本发明涉及一种装甲车辆并联式混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:其包括电力供应系统、动力供应系统、功率分配系统以及连接上述各系统的单排行星齿轮机构;所述电力供应系统与所述动力供应系统之间、所述电力供应系统与所述功率分配系统之间、所述动力供应系统与所述功率分配系统之间均通过所述单排行星齿轮机构进行能量传送,实现装甲车辆并联式混合动力传动系统的不同工作模式。本发明通过电力供应系统、动力供应系统构成并联式混合动力传动系统,有效改善装甲车辆的动力性能和供电性能,可以广泛应用于装甲车辆的动力系统中。

技术领域
本发明涉及车辆动力系统及新能源领域,特别是涉及一种装甲车辆并联式混合动力传动系统。
背景技术
装甲车辆(包括轮式、履带和半履带)是具有装甲防护的战斗车辆及其保障车辆的统称,是现代陆军的重要装备。目前的作战环境中,装甲车辆在战场上的作用日益重要,其品种不断增加,除了主战装备外的各种保障车辆也在逐步实现装甲化。
目前装甲车辆主要由电控增压柴油机、机械液力变速器构成基础动力传动系统,全车的动力都来源于柴油发动机,电力供应则主要依靠铅酸蓄电池。在实际应用中,动力性能上存在冷启动预热时间长、冷启动困难、战场红外特征明显、运行噪音和排放高以及发动机摩托小时损耗大的问题,供电性能上存在起动扰动、浪涌电压尖峰脉冲和恢复时间长等问题。为了增强装甲车辆的战场适应性,迫切需要在未来的装甲车辆传统动力平台基础上实现混合式动力传动的技术升级。

针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种装甲车辆并联式混合动力传动系统,通过发动机、电动机和储能单元构成的并联式混合动力传动系统,有效改善装甲车辆的动力性能和供电性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种装甲车辆并联式混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:其包括电力供应系统、动力供应系统、功率分配系统以及连接上述各系统的行星齿轮机构;所述电力供应系统与所述动力供应系统之间、所述电力供应系统与所述功率分配系统之间、所述动力供应系统与所述功率分配系统之间均通过所述行星齿轮机构进行能量传送,实现装甲车辆并联式混合动力传动系统的不同工作模式。
所述电力供应系统包括电动机、储能单元、辅助用电设备以及电功率耦合器;所述电功率耦合器的输出端与所述电动机的电机控制器端相连,所述电功率耦合器的输入端分别与储能单元和辅助用电设备的输入端相连,所述电动机的输出轴通过所述行星齿轮机构与所述动力供应系统的飞轮和功率分配系统的输入轴相连。
所述储能单元包括动力电池组和超级电容。
所述动力供应系统包括发动机,所述发动机的飞轮通过行星齿轮机构与所述电力供应系统的输出轴和功率分配系统的输入轴相连。
所述发动机采用电控增压柴油发动机。
所述功率分配系统包括机械功率耦合器、液力驱动装置、扭转减振器、功率分配器、行走系统、制动系统、前进/后退系统、变速箱和主减速器;所述机械功率耦合器的输入轴与所述行星齿轮机构相连,所述机械功率耦合器的输出轴与所述液力驱动装置和扭转减振器的输入端相连;所述扭转减振器的输出端与所述功率分配器的输入轴相连,所述功率分配器的输出轴分别与所述行走系统、制动系统以及前进/后退系统相连;所述前进/后退系统通过所述变速箱与所述主减速器的输入端相连,所述主减速器的输出端与所述驱动轮相连。
所述行星齿轮机构采用单排行星齿轮,其包括通过行星架相连的行星轮、齿圈和太阳轮,所述行星轮与电力供应系统相连,所述太阳轮与所述动力供应系统相连,所述齿圈与所述功率分配系统相连。
本发明由于采取以上技术方案,其具有以下优点:1、本发明通过搭建装甲车辆并联式混合动力传动系统,可以降低柴油机排量及体积,进一步降低燃料消耗和携油量;合理优化的驱动方法,可以提高急加速工况下柴油机与电动机的并行驱动能力,提升装甲车辆在战场环境下的机动性和生存适应性。2、本发明设计的电力供应系统中采用发电机和储能单元相配合的模式,不但具备纯电启动模式,减少冷启动损耗;还可以实现短距电驱动行驶,极大降低被侦察的可能性,相比原技术形式具备恶劣环境下辅助柴油机启动和车载设备优化供电等优点。3、本发明由于储能单元采用动力电池组和超级电容相结合的方式,能够满足不同工况下对电能供应的需求。4、本发明由电力供应系统和动力供应系统提供的机械能经单排行星齿轮传送到机械功率耦合器,机械功率耦合器和功率分配器的传动组合,可以在动力和传统变速箱之间实现整体的调控,依据行驶工况、液力驱动工况和辅助用电工况的功率需求进行合理分配,并按控制策略做到预先的动力分配加载,降低对人员的技术要求和人力消耗。5、本发明由于机械功率耦合器与功率分配器之间设置有扭转减振器,能够有效减小模式切换过程中的冲击载荷,降低加载到轴上的载荷,同时提高装甲车辆的乘坐舒适性。本发明可以广泛应用于装甲车辆的动力系统中。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的进行详细的描述。
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种装甲车辆并联式混合动力传动系统,包括电力供应系统1、动力供应系统2、功率分配系统3以及连接上述各系统的行星齿轮机构4。电力供应系统1与动力供应系统2之间、电力供应系统1与功率分配系统3之间、动力供应系统2与功率分配系统3之间均通过行星齿轮机构4进行能量传送,实现装甲车辆并联式混合动力传动系统的不同工作模式。
电力供应系统1包括电功率耦合器11、电动机12、辅助用电设备13以及储能单元14。电功率耦合器11的输出端与电动机12的电机控制器端相连,电功率耦合器11的输入端与辅助用电设备13和储能单元14的输入端相连,电动机12的输出轴通过行星齿轮机构4分别与动力供应系统2的飞轮和功率分配系统3的输入轴相连。
动力供应系统2包括发动机21,发动机21的飞轮通过行星齿轮机构4与电力供应系统1的输出轴和功率分配系统3的输入轴相连。
功率分配系统3包括机械功率耦合器30、液力驱动装置31、扭转减振器32、功率分配器33、行走系统34、制动系统35、前进/后退系统36、变速箱37和主减速器38。其中,机械功率耦合器30的输入轴与行星齿轮机构4相连,输出轴分别与液力驱动装置31和扭转减振器32的输入端相连。扭转减振器32的输出端与功率分配器33的输入轴相连,功率分配器33的输出轴分别与行走系统34、制动系统35以及前进/后退系统36相连,前进/后退系统36通过变速箱37与主减速器38的输入端相连,主减速器38的输出端与驱动轮39相连。
行星齿轮机构4采用单排行星齿轮,其包括通过行星架相连的行星轮41、齿圈42和太阳轮43,且行星轮41与电力供应系统1内电动机12的输出轴相连,太阳轮43与动力供应系统2的发动机飞轮相连,齿圈42与功率分配系统3内机械功率耦合器30的输入轴相连。
上述实施例中,储能单元14包括动力电池组141和超级电容142。动力电池组141主要用于日常使用,比如纯电工况或者车载的一些辅助用电设备的日常用电过程中;超级电容142可以在短时间内提供大电流,主要用于冷启动或快速放电模式等需要大电流时的工况。
上述各实施例中,辅助用电设备13包括冷却风扇或其他通讯设备。
上述各实施例中,发动机21采用电控增压柴油发动机。
本发明提供的并联式混合动力传动系统包括低温冷起动模式、纯电驱动模式、充电模式、制动能量再生模式和混合驱动模式,下面对各种工作模式做详细介绍。
如图2所示,为低温冷起动模式工作过程示意图。低温冷起动模式工作过程中,行星齿轮机构4中的齿圈42固定,电动机12通过行星轮41和太阳轮43倒托发动机21起动。起动过程中其能量流动过程为电力供应系统1中超级电容142中存储的电能通过电功率耦合器11将电能传输给电动机12,电动机12将电能转化为起动机械能,这时发动机21的ECU(ElectronicControl Unit)进入起动程序,根据装甲车辆配属的作战地域环境,配置不同的起动控制策略,完成发动机21起动。这种情况下不同于传统的起动模式,由于电动机转速和扭矩可以达到电动机理论上的任何转速和扭矩,因此可以通过电动机12将发动机21转速倒托到高转速,这样发动机21内部器件本身的摩擦会快速产生大量的热,同时配合发动机21相应的起动模式可以快速的实现发动机21的起动过程,并且发动机21起动之后,利用电动机12做负载可以更快的实现暖机过程,为后续的机动和作战提供保障。
如图3所示,为纯电驱动模式的工作过程示意图。纯电动模式工作过程中,动力供应系统2不工作,电力供应系统1工作。主要分为两种工况:第1种工况,如果装甲车辆在停止时,车上的附属用电设备13需要用电,则电力供应系统中1的动力电池组141中存储的电能通过电功率耦合器11直接输出给车载的辅助用电设备13。第2种工况,如果车辆需要纯电动运行时,动力电池组141和超级电容142中存储的电能通过电功率耦合器11传输给电动机12,电动机12将电能转化为机械能,这部分机械能通过行星齿轮机构4传输到功率分配系统3中的机械功率耦合器30,机械功率耦合器30将机械能一部分传输给液力驱动装置31,另一部分经由扭转减振器32传输到功率分配器33,进而通过前进/后退系统36、变速箱37和主减速器38后传输到驱动轮39。
如图4所示,为充电模式的工作过程示意图。充电模式工作过程中,发动机21正常工作,发动机21将燃烧化学能转化为机械能,并通过行星齿轮机构4将转化的机械能一部分传输到机械功率耦合器30,一部分传输到电动机12。传输到电动机12的部分机械能经过电动机12转化为电能后,一部分供给车载辅助用电设备13,一部分通过电功率耦合器11用于给超级电容142和动力电池组141充电;传输到机械功率耦合器30的机械能一部分传输给液力驱动装置31,另一部分传输给扭转减振器32,经过扭转减振器32的能量通过功率分配器33分配到行走系统34、制动系统35以及前进/后退系统36,前进/后退系统36接收的能量再经过变速箱37和主减速器38后到达驱动轮39,实现车辆前进/后退、转向和制动。
如图5所示,为再生制动模式的工作过程示意图。再生制动模式工作过程为:车辆在制动过程中,车辆制动产生的机械能通过驱动轮39、主减速器38和变速箱37后传输到功率分配器33中,功率分配器33将这部分机械能通过扭转减振器32、机械功率耦合器30传输到行星齿轮机构4中;此时行星齿轮机构4中的太阳轮43固定,机械能通过齿圈42和行星轮41传输到电动机12,电动机12将这部分机械能转化为电能后,通过电功率耦合器11用于给动力电池组141和超级电容142充电。
如图6所示,为混合驱动模式的工作过程示意图。在混合驱动模式工作过程中,动力源分为两部分:一部分来自于发动机21,一部分来自电动机12。具体的工作过程为:发动机21正常工作,机械能通过太阳轮43传输到齿圈42;来自动力电池组141和超级电容142的电能传输到电动机12,由电动机12将电能转化为机械能,并通过行星轮41传输到齿圈42;齿圈42将来自发动机21和电动机12的机械能传输到机械功率耦合器30。机械功率耦合器30将机械能分配到液力驱动装置31和扭转减振器32,扭转减振器32将机械能传输到功率分配器33,进而通过前进/后退系统36、变速箱37和主减速器38后传输到驱动轮39。
上述各实施例仅用于说明本发明,其中各部件的结构、连接方式和制作工艺等都是可以有所变化的,凡是在本发明技术方案的基础上进行的等同变换和改进,均不应排除在本发明的保护范围之外。

Claims (3)

1.一种装甲车辆并联式混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:其包括电力供应系统、动力供应系统、功率分配系统以及连接上述各系统的行星齿轮机构;所述电力供应系统与所述动力供应系统之间、所述电力供应系统与所述功率分配系统之间、所述动力供应系统与所述功率分配系统之间均通过所述行星齿轮机构进行能量传送,实现装甲车辆并联式混合动力传动系统的不同工作模式;
所述电力供应系统包括电动机、储能单元、辅助用电设备以及电功率耦合器;所述电功率耦合器的输出端与所述电动机的电机控制器端相连,所述电功率耦合器的输入端分别与储能单元和辅助用电设备的输入端相连,所述电动机的输出轴通过所述行星齿轮机构与所述动力供应系统和功率分配系统的输入轴相连;
所述动力供应系统包括发动机,所述发动机的飞轮通过行星齿轮机构与所述电力供应系统的输出轴和所述功率分配系统的输入轴相连;
所述功率分配系统包括机械功率耦合器、液力驱动装置、扭转减振器、功率分配器、行走系统、制动系统、前进/后退系统、变速箱和主减速器;
所述机械功率耦合器的输入轴与所述行星齿轮机构相连,所述机械功率耦合器的输出轴与所述液力驱动装置和扭转减振器的输入端相连;所述扭转减振器的输出端与所述功率分配器的输入轴相连,所述功率分配器的输出轴分别与所述行走系统、制动系统以及前进/后退系统相连;所述前进/后退系统通过所述变速箱与所述主减速器的输入端相连,所述主减速器的输出端与驱动轮相连;
所述行星齿轮机构采用单排行星齿轮,其包括通过行星架相连的行星轮、齿圈和太阳轮,所述行星轮与所述电力供应系统的电动机相连,所述太阳轮与所述动力供应系统的发动机相连,所述齿圈与所述功率分配系统相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种装甲车辆并联式混合动力传动系统,其特征在于:所述储能单元包括动力电池组和超级电容。
