本发明属于碳纤维材料技术领域,具体涉及到一种碳纤维板及其生产方法,包括基板,所述基板上下表面贴覆有玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层上设有碳纤维布,所述碳纤维布表面上设有加强板,所述加强板与所述碳纤维布之间设有若干首尾相连且排列成锯齿状的支撑碳纤维板,所述碳纤维板之间设有填充层。本发明提供一种强度高、韧性好的碳纤维板及其生产方法。

一种碳纤维板及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于碳纤维材料技术领域,具体涉及到一种碳纤维板及其生产方法。
背景技术
碳纤维板是将同一方向排列的碳素纤维使用树脂浸润硬化形成碳纤维板材,能有效解决多层碳纤维布施工困难和工程量大的问题,补强效果好,施工便捷。采用优质碳纤维原料与良好基本树脂,碳纤维板材具有拉伸强度高、耐腐蚀性、抗震性、抗冲击性等良好性能。应用于混凝土梁抗弯、抗剪加固,混凝土楼板、桥板加固补强、混凝土、砖砌体墙,剪刀墙补强,桥墩、桩等柱加固补强,烟囱、隧道、水池、混凝土管等加固补强。一般用于建筑上的碳纤维板要求具有更高的韧性和强度的要求。
专利碳纤维板(公告号CN103832014A)公开了一种碳纤维板,由碳纤维胶编织成的碳纤维基板,覆盖在多个碳纤维基板表面的防火板。单纯的多层碳纤维板满足不了建筑需要的强度、抗震性。
根据现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种强度高、韧性好的碳纤维板及其生产方法。
发明内容
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种碳纤维板,包括基板,所述基板上下表面贴覆有玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层上设有碳纤维布,所述碳纤维布表面上设有加强板,所述加强板与所述碳纤维布之间设有若干首尾相连且排列成锯齿状的支撑碳纤维板,所述碳纤维板之间设有填充层。
优选的,所述玻璃纤维层与所述碳纤维布之间设有塑料薄膜。
优选的,所述基板包括30-100层碳纤维网。
优选的,所述填充层为乙烯基酯树脂固化层。
优选的,所述支撑纤维板与所述碳纤维布通过编制一体成型。
一种碳纤维板的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:制作基板:将30-100层表面涂有环氧树脂加固化剂碳纤维网通过热压机压合在一起,然后固化,制成基板;
S2:在所述基板上下表面分别依次贴覆有玻璃纤维层、塑料薄膜、碳纤维布和加强板。
优选的,在所述S2中,贴覆玩所述塑料薄膜后,使用刮板在所述塑料薄膜上按照固定方向刮掉基板、玻璃纤维层和塑料薄膜之间的气泡。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过在由碳纤维网压制成的基板上设有玻璃纤维强,增加抗震缓冲能力,设有塑料薄膜,增加韧性,碳纤维布增加本发明结构的稳定性,最后使用加强板进一步提高本发明的强度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种碳纤维板,包括基板,基板上下表面贴覆有玻璃纤维层,玻璃纤维层上设有碳纤维布,碳纤维布表面上设有加强板,加强板与碳纤维布之间设有若干首尾相连且排列成锯齿状的支撑碳纤维板,碳纤维板之间设有填充层。
如图1所示,玻璃纤维层与碳纤维布之间设有塑料薄膜。
如图1所示,基板包括30-100层碳纤维网。
如图1所示,填充层为乙烯基酯树脂固化层。
如图1所示,支撑纤维板与碳纤维布通过编制一体成型。
一种碳纤维板的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:制作基板:将30-100层表面涂有环氧树脂加固化剂碳纤维网通过热压机压合在一起,然后固化,制成基板;
S2:在基板上下表面分别依次贴覆有玻璃纤维层、塑料薄膜、碳纤维布和加强板。
如图1所示,支撑纤维板与碳纤维布通过编制一体成型。
一种碳纤维板的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:制作基板:将80层表面涂有环氧树脂加固化剂碳纤维网通过热压机压合在一起,然后固化,制成基板;
S2:在基板上下表面分别依次贴覆有玻璃纤维层、塑料薄膜、碳纤维布和加强板。
在S2中,贴覆玩塑料薄膜后,使用刮板在塑料薄膜上按照固定方向刮掉基板、玻璃纤维层和塑料薄膜之间的气泡。

1.一种碳纤维板,其特征在于,包括基板,所述基板上下表面贴覆有玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层上设有碳纤维布,所述碳纤维布表面上设有加强板,所述加强板与所述碳纤维布之间设有若干首尾相连且排列成锯齿状的支撑碳纤维板,所述碳纤维板之间设有填充层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维层与所述碳纤维布之间设有塑料薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维板,其特征在于,所述基板包括30-100层碳纤维网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维板,其特征在于,所述填充层为乙烯基酯树脂固化层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维板,其特征在于,所述支撑纤维板与所述碳纤维布通过编织一体成型。
6.一种碳纤维板的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:制作基板:将30-100层表面涂有环氧树脂加固化剂碳纤维网通过热压机压合在一起,然后固化,制成基板;
S2:在所述基板上下表面分别依次贴覆有玻璃纤维层、塑料薄膜、碳纤维布和加强板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种碳纤维板的生产方法,其特征在于,在所述S2中,贴覆玩所述塑料薄膜后,使用刮板在所述塑料薄膜上按照固定方向刮掉基板、玻璃纤维层和塑料薄膜之间的气泡。
