Referring to fig. 1, a portable forming tray of a straw pressing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a main disc 1 and a sub-disc 2, wherein: the main disc body 1 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 11, and one side of the main disc body 1, which is positioned at any one of the first through holes 11, is provided with a first butt joint part 12 which extends linearly towards one side direction of the main disc body; the side surface of the first butt joint part 12, which is close to one side of the first through hole 11, is provided with an arc-shaped groove which extends in the same direction with the first through hole 11, the arc-shaped groove is communicated with the first through hole 11, and the axial lead of the arc-shaped groove is parallel to the axial lead of the main disc body 1. A plurality of second through holes 21 are formed in the auxiliary disc body 2, and a second butt joint part 22 which linearly extends towards one side direction of any one of the second through holes 21 is arranged on the auxiliary disc body 2; the side surface of the second butt joint part 22, which is close to one side of the second through hole 21, is provided with an arc-shaped groove which extends in the same direction with the second through hole 21, the arc-shaped groove is communicated with the second through hole 21, and the axial lead of the arc-shaped groove is overlapped with the axial lead of the auxiliary disc body 2.
The auxiliary disc body 2 is located one side of the main disc body 1 and is detachably and fixedly connected with the main disc body 1, and when the auxiliary disc body 2 is fixedly connected with the main disc body 1, the disc surface of one side of the auxiliary disc body 2, which is close to the second butt joint part 22, is mutually attached to the disc surface of one side of the main disc body 1, which is close to the first butt joint part 12, the first butt joint part 12 is located inside the second through hole 21, the second butt joint part 22 is located inside the first through hole 11, and the arc-shaped groove of the first butt joint part 12 and the arc-shaped groove of the second butt joint part 22 are mutually matched to form a discharge hole.
When the discharging hole is blocked, the auxiliary disc body 2 can be detached from the main disc body 1, so that the first butt joint part 12 and the second butt joint part 22 are respectively pulled out from the second through hole 21 and the first through hole 11, the discharging hole is divided into two open arc grooves, and a worker can easily remove blocked materials without damaging the inner wall of the discharging hole. The structure is simple, convenient and quick.
Referring to fig. 2, the first abutting portion 12 is provided with guide grooves extending in the same direction as the first through hole 11 on the side surface thereof near the first through hole 11 and on both sides of the arc groove thereof; the side surface of the second butt joint part 22, which is close to one side of the second through hole 21, and two sides of the arc-shaped groove are provided with guide strips 23 which extend in the same direction; and when the auxiliary disc body 2 is fixedly connected with the main disc body 1, the guide strip 23 is positioned in the guide groove and is in sliding fit with the guide groove, so that the matching tightness of the first butt joint part 12 and the second butt joint part 22 is improved.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the first abutting portion 12 is located at a side of the first through hole 11 away from the axis of the main disc body 1, and the second abutting portion 22 is located at a side of the second through hole 21 close to the axis of the auxiliary disc body 2, so that when the first abutting portion 12 is matched with the second abutting portion 22, the first abutting portion 12 is located at a side of the second abutting portion 22 away from the axis of the main disc body 1, and when the first abutting portion 12 and the second abutting portion 22 are respectively pulled out from the second through hole 21 and the first through hole 11, materials located in the arc-shaped groove on the first abutting portion 12 can automatically fall down. In this embodiment, the arc grooves on the first butt joint portion 12 and the second butt joint portion 22 are all semicircular grooves, so that after the first butt joint portion 12 and the second butt joint portion 22 are separated, no matter in which arc groove the material blocked in the discharge hole is located, the material can be easily removed.
