Abstract
一种辣椒切段分离装置,包括机架主体、动刀滚、进料仓、烘干装置以及传送带,所述机架主体后部设置有进料仓,进料仓底部与传送带相连通,传送带另一端与动刀滚相连通;所述进料仓与传送带连接处设置有进料毛刷辊,所述传送带上方均布设置有多个隔板,该隔板与动刀滚刀片之间紧密配合,形成一个密闭的与辣椒段长度相适配的切割空间;所述动刀滚下方制有出料口,出料口下方设置有筛选装置;所述隔板上方还设置有烘干装置。本发明设计合理,通过采用隔板与刀片之间紧密配合,形成一个密闭的与辣椒段长度相适配的切割空间将辣椒片分离切割,使得辣椒无论在任何角度位置均能被切割成完整统一的辣椒段。

技术领域
本发明涉及辣椒生产处理设备领域,尤其是一种辣椒切段分离装置。
背景技术
干辣椒是重要调味品,深受各国人民欢迎。辣椒在进行深加工前需要进行切段处理,常见的辣椒切段方式为使用切段机自动化切段。如中国专利201210267982.1公开了一种辣椒切圈机,包括电机(1)、机体(2)、传送装置、滚压装置和切圈装置,其特征在于:所述机体(2)的顶部设有传送装置,所述机体(2)的底部设有电机(1),所述传送装置的端部上方设有滚压装置,所述滚压装置的端部设有切圈装置,所述电机(1)连接传送装置、滚压装置和切圈装置,所述传送装置包括传送并行设置的传送皮带(3)和并排的传送滚轮(4),所述传送皮带(3)绕在所述传送滚轮(4)的外围,所述滚压装置包括滚压带(5)和滚压轮(6),所述滚压带(5)绕在所述滚压轮(6)的外围,所述切圈装置包括切刀(7)和切板,所述切刀(7)连接有传动连杆(8),所述切板固定在所述机体(2)上,该种辣椒切圈机结构设计简单,可首先对辣椒进行滚压操作,从而便于后续的切圈处理,有效地提高生产效率。但是其不能对辣椒切段宽度进行调节,以满足不同宽度辣椒段的切割,且切割过程中不能保证辣椒延一个方向进入切刀,辣椒段形状、规格参差不齐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种设计合理、经济适用、可将辣椒段与辣椒籽分离、可控制辣椒切段长度且辣椒段形状整齐的一种辣椒切段分离装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种辣椒切段分离装置,包括机架主体、动刀滚、进料仓、烘干装置以及传送带,所述机架主体后部设置有进料仓,进料仓底部与传送带相连通,传送带另一端与动刀滚相连通;所述进料仓与传送带连接处设置有进料毛刷辊,所述传送带上方均布设置有多个隔板,该隔板与动刀滚刀片之间紧密配合,形成一个密闭的与辣椒段长度相适配的切割空间;所述动刀滚下方制有出料口,出料口下方设置有筛选装置;所述隔板上方还设置有烘干装置,该烘干装置通过向下设置的传送带烘干喷口以及延伸进进料仓的进料仓烘干喷口对物料进行烘干作业。
而且,所述隔板与动刀滚刀片紧密配合处,位于隔板外沿处固装有切割刀片。
而且,所述隔板上方靠近进料仓一侧还旋转安装有压料辊。
而且,所述相邻隔板之间宽度及高度与所需切割辣椒段长度相适配。
而且,所述筛选装置包括筛选架、制有筛孔的辣椒段振动筛以及辣椒籽出料板;所述筛选架顶部制有开口与辣椒段振动筛相连通,辣椒段振动筛下方设置有辣椒籽出料板。
而且,所述辣椒段振动筛底面为半球形结构,并均布制有与辣椒籽相适配的筛孔。
而且,所述辣椒段振动筛后部通过振动连杆与机架主体内的振动电机相连。
本发明的优点和经济效果是:
1、本发明设计合理,通过采用隔板与刀片之间紧密配合,形成一个密闭的与辣椒段长度相适配的切割空间将辣椒片分离切割,使得辣椒无论在任何角度位置均能被切割成完整统一的辣椒段。
2、本发明通过采用半球形结构的辣椒段振动筛,不仅能够增大进料面积,同时延长辣椒段在振动筛内的时间,使得辣椒籽更容易筛出;结构简单、使用方便。
3、本发明通过采用新型切割形式配合烘干装置,将待切割物料进行脱水处理使得物料更加便于切割,有效提高切割效率,保证了切割后物料的整体性。

为能进一步了解本发明的内容、特点及功效,兹例举以下实施例,并配合附图详细说明如下。需要说明的是,本实施例是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能由此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种辣椒切段分离装置,包括机架主体12、动刀滚2、进料仓11、烘干装置6以及传送带5,所述机架主体后部设置有进料仓,进料仓底部与传送带相连通,传送带另一端与动刀滚相连通;所述进料仓与传送带连接处设置有进料毛刷棍10,所述传送带上方均布设置有多个隔板4,该隔板与动刀滚刀片3之间紧密配合,形成一个密闭的与辣椒段长度相适配的切割空间;所述动刀滚下方制有出料口1,出料口下方设置有筛选装置;所述隔板上方还设置有烘干装置,该烘干装置通过向下设置的传送带烘干喷口7以及延伸进进料仓的进料仓烘干喷口9对物料进行烘干作业。
而且,所述隔板与动刀滚刀片紧密配合处,位于隔板外沿处固装有切割刀片13。所述隔板上方靠近进料仓一侧还旋转安装有压料辊8。所述相邻隔板之间宽度及高度与所需切割辣椒段长度相适配。
所述筛选装置包括筛选架18、制有筛孔的辣椒段振动筛17以及辣椒籽出料板16;所述筛选架顶部制有开口与辣椒段振动筛相连通,辣椒段振动筛下方设置有辣椒籽出料板。所述辣椒段振动筛底面为半球形结构,并均布制有与辣椒籽相适配的筛孔。所述辣椒段振动筛后部通过振动连杆15与机架主体内的振动电机14相连。
本发明的创新点在于:物料经由进料箱投放入机架主体内,通过进料毛刷辊将物料柔性地卷入传送带上,通过隔板与刀片之间紧密配合,形成一个密闭的与辣椒段长度相适配的切割空间将辣椒片分离切割;在辣椒段经由出料口进入筛选装置后,通过辣椒段振动筛反复振动将辣椒籽筛出;结构简单、使用方便。
Claims (7)
1.一种辣椒切段分离装置,其特征在于:包括机架主体、动刀滚、进料仓、烘干装置以及传送带,所述机架主体后部设置有进料仓,进料仓底部与传送带相连通,传送带另一端与动刀滚相连通;所述进料仓与传送带连接处设置有进料毛刷辊,所述传送带上方均布设置有多个隔板,该隔板与动刀滚刀片之间紧密配合,形成一个密闭的与辣椒段长度相适配的切割空间;所述动刀滚下方制有出料口,出料口下方设置有筛选装置;所述隔板上方还设置有烘干装置,该烘干装置通过向下设置的传送带烘干喷口以及延伸进进料仓的进料仓烘干喷口对物料进行烘干作业。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辣椒切段分离装置,其特征在于:所述隔板与动刀滚刀片紧密配合处,位于隔板外沿处固装有切割刀片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种辣椒切段分离装置,其特征在于:所述隔板上方靠近进料仓一侧还旋转安装有压料辊。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种辣椒切段分离装置,其特征在于:所述相邻隔板之间宽度及高度与所需切割辣椒段长度相适配。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种辣椒切段分离装置,其特征在于:所述筛选装置包括筛选架、制有筛孔的辣椒段振动筛以及辣椒籽出料板;所述筛选架顶部制有开口与辣椒段振动筛相连通,辣椒段振动筛下方设置有辣椒籽出料板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种辣椒切段分离装置,其特征在于:所述辣椒段振动筛底面为半球形结构,并均布制有与辣椒籽相适配的筛孔。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种辣椒切段分离装置,其特征在于:所述辣椒段振动筛后部通过振动连杆与机架主体内的振动电机相连。
