Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of display devices, and in particular, to an auxiliary pressing device.
Background
With the development of technology, the backlight source of the mobile product has a trend of narrower and thinner frames and thinner thickness. In order to cope with these changes, many pressing steps are added to the backlight process, but the conventional pressing method has a great disadvantage.
1. At present, most operators directly press with fingers or press with a doctor blade, so that the pressing force in the whole pressing process cannot be ensured to be constant, the pressed surface cannot be ensured to be uniformly stressed, and the local pressing area is extremely easy to damage;
2. the pressing accuracy cannot be ensured, and the fragile region is easily pressed by mistake (the fragile region is not pressed);

The auxiliary pressing device provided by the invention, as shown in fig. 1, comprises: a stage 1 (shown in fig. 2) for placing an object to be pressed; a moving mechanism 2 (shown in fig. 3) mounted on the stage 1; a ratchet mechanism 3 (as shown in fig. 4) mounted on the moving mechanism 2, wherein the moving mechanism 2 is used for driving the ratchet mechanism 3 to move; and a pressing rod 4 mounted on the ratchet mechanism 3, the ratchet mechanism 3 being configured to adjust a pressing force of the pressing rod 4.
According to the auxiliary pressing equipment provided by the invention, after the ratchet mechanism 3 adjusts the pressing force of the pressing rod 4 according to the pressing force required by the object to be pressed, the object to be pressed is fixed on the object stage 1, the moving mechanism 2 drives the pressing rod 4 to move, so that the pressing rod 4 is pressed on the object to be pressed, and the pressing rod 4 is driven to move on the object to be pressed according to the route formed by the pressing areas until the pressing is finished, and then the pressing rod 4 is driven to be far away from the object to be pressed, and finally the object to be pressed is dismounted on the object stage 1.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, the ratchet mechanism 3 includes a ratchet 31, a pawl 32, an inner hollow pressure adjusting seat 36 and a spring 33, where the ratchet 31 and the pressure adjusting seat 36 are both fixed on the moving mechanism 2, the pressure adjusting seat 36 is located beside the ratchet 31, one end of the pressure adjusting seat 36 facing the ratchet 31 is provided with a through hole, the pawl 32 is located in the through hole, the spring 33 is located in the pressure adjusting seat 36 and is pressed between the ratchet 31 and one end of the pressure adjusting seat 36 facing away from the ratchet 31, so as to press the claw head of the pawl 32 into one gear tooth of the ratchet 31, the upper end of the pressing rod 4 is fixed on the ratchet 31 (both synchronously rotated), the pressure adjusting seat 36 is used for adjusting the compression amount of the spring 33, and the compression force of the control spring 33 is changed, so that the acting force of the pawl 32 on the ratchet 31 is changed, and thus the pressing force of different kinds of objects to be pressed (different kinds of objects to be pressed) can be adapted to a wider range of application range of pressing requirements.
When the torque formed by the reaction force of the local pressing area to the pressing bar 4 is larger than the torque formed by the acting force of the pawl 32 to the ratchet wheel 31, the pressing bar 4 rotates along with the ratchet wheel 31, so that the force applied to the pressed surface is always kept below the limit value, and the problem that the local pressing area is damaged due to overlarge force is avoided.
When the torque formed by the reaction force of the local pressing area to the pressing rod 4 is increased but is smaller than the torque formed by the acting force of the pawl 32 to the ratchet wheel 31, the pressing rod 4 swings upwards by a radian along with the ratchet wheel 31 slightly, so that the force on the pressed surface is adjusted to be slightly reduced, the pressing force of the local pressing area is prevented from being excessively large, the whole pressing precision is prevented from being reduced, and after the local pressing area is pressed, the pressing rod 4 swings downwards by a radian along with the ratchet wheel 31 to return to the previous position (the swinging radian is smaller than the radian of one gear tooth) under the acting force of the pawl 32 to the ratchet wheel 31.
Specifically, the pressure adjusting seat 36 includes a first cavity seat 34 and a second cavity seat 35, one of opposite open ends of the first cavity seat 34 and the second cavity seat 35 is provided with an internal thread, the other is provided with an external thread, the internal thread is screwed into the external thread, and the screwing depth of the internal thread in the external thread is adjusted to adjust the compression amount of the spring 33.
The pawl 32 is connected with a positioning rod, the upper end of the positioning rod extends out of the pressure adjusting seat 36, and the spring 33 is sleeved on the positioning rod, so that the pawl 32 is ensured to be clamped into the gear teeth of the ratchet wheel 31 stably all the time when the pressure adjusting seat 36 is adjusted. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the through hole is located on the first cavity seat 34, and the positioning rod protrudes from the second cavity seat 35.
Moreover, the pressing rod 4 is obliquely arranged, the upper end of the pressing rod 4 is fixed at the rotating shaft of the ratchet wheel 31, the pressure adjusting seat is positioned above the ratchet wheel 31, the lower end of the pressing rod 4 is provided with the roller 5, rigid contact pressing in the pressing process is avoided in a rolling pressing mode, and damage to the surface of an object to be pressed is reduced; the stage 1 is provided with a positioning block 11 for positioning the objects to be pressed, so as to position the objects to be pressed, and the fixed position of each object to be pressed in one batch is unique on the stage 1. The auxiliary pressing apparatus further includes: and an adsorption unit (not shown in the figure) is installed on the objective table 1 and is used for adsorbing and fixing the object to be pressed on the objective table 1, so that the object to be pressed is prevented from loosening, and the object to be pressed is not damaged by vacuum adsorption. Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the moving mechanism 2 includes: a horizontal moving mechanism 21 (in this embodiment, two sets of motor screws and moving blocks are vertically arranged, the motors drive the screws to rotate, and the screws drive the moving blocks to linearly move) mounted on the objective table 1; and a vertical movement mechanism 22 mounted on the horizontal movement mechanism 21, the ratchet mechanism 3 being mounted on the vertical movement mechanism 22, the horizontal movement mechanism 21 being configured to drive the vertical movement mechanism 22 and the ratchet mechanism 3 to move horizontally (move back and forth and/or move left and right, etc., as selected according to specific needs), the vertical movement mechanism 22 being configured to drive the ratchet mechanism 3 to move vertically.
Of course, the transfer mechanism may be a single horizontal moving mechanism 21 or a single vertical moving mechanism 22, etc. according to specific needs, so that the purposes of the present application can be achieved.
