Abstract
The invention relates to an online deburring device for a pipeline, which comprises a deburring mechanism transversely arranged in the middle, door-shaped plate limiting mechanisms symmetrically arranged at two sides of the deburring mechanism at parallel intervals, and a pressing mechanism longitudinally arranged above the deburring mechanism and two ends of which are connected with the door-shaped plate limiting mechanisms; the deburring device is disposed between the brake pipe main body and the feed roller. According to the invention, the left-right direction of the plate and the level of the plate are ensured through the door-shaped plate limiting mechanism and the pressing mechanism, so that the plate enters the scraper smoothly; in addition, the middle part of the plate material, which is produced when the plate material passes through the scraper, is raised and leveled by the pressing mechanism; and then the burrs are removed through the upper scraping knife and the lower scraping knife by the burr scraping mechanism, and then the plate normally enters a normal pipe in a pipe production line, so that the influence of the burrs on welding is eliminated, and the welding quality is greatly improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of deep processing of pipes, and particularly relates to an on-line deburring device for manufacturing pipelines.
Background
It is known that the welding quality is very dependent on the size of burrs of the plate material itself, and that when a roll is cut by a slitting machine, larger burrs are generated. When flowing into the pipeline, the defects of the pipe fitting are easily caused, and the production of the pipe fitting is greatly risked. At present, the pipeline is not provided with an on-line deburring device, burrs attached to the plate material have influence on welding, and if the burrs are large, the welding quality can be seriously influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an on-line deburring device for a pipeline, which is arranged between a pipeline manufacturing main body and a feeding roller, has a simple structure, can effectively remove burrs of a plate, and improves welding quality.

The invention has the advantages and effects that:

As shown in fig. 1 and 9: an on-line deburring device for manufacturing pipelines comprises a deburring mechanism A transversely arranged in the middle, door-shaped plate limiting mechanisms B symmetrically arranged at two sides of the deburring mechanism A at parallel intervals, and a pressing mechanism C longitudinally arranged above the deburring mechanism A and connected with the door-shaped plate limiting mechanisms B at two ends; the deburring device is arranged between the brake pipe body D and the feed roller E.
As shown in fig. 2: the burr scraping mechanism A comprises a shell 1, adjusting screw rods 2, fixing seats 3, guide plates 4, scrapers 5, upper and lower adjusting screw rods 6 and floating seats 7, wherein the two adjusting screw rods 2 are arranged in the shell 1, the two fixing seats 3 are symmetrically arranged on the upper surface of the shell 1, a first sliding block 3-1 meshed with the adjusting screw rods 2 is arranged below each fixing seat 3, one fixing seat 3 is controlled by each adjusting screw rod 2 respectively, and the two fixing seats 3 can be adjusted in the axial direction of the adjusting screw rods 2 according to the widths of different plates; the upper inner side of the fixed seat 3 is provided with a floating seat 7, one end of the floating seat 7 is provided with a guide plate 4 and a scraper 5, the guide plate 4 and the floating seat 7 are arranged at right angles, the scraper 5 is arranged at a right angle bending position between the guide plate 4 and the floating seat 7 at an angle of 45 degrees, the guide plate 4 plays a role in guiding a plate material, the scraper 5 is fixed on the floating seat 7 and plays a role in scraping burrs with the plate material, and the fixed seat 3 is connected on the adjusting screw rod 2 to play a role in supporting the floating seat 7; the fixed seat 3 is also provided with an up-down adjusting screw rod 6 for adjusting the height of the floating seat 7, so that the plate material can smoothly pass through the guide plate 4. The two adjusting screw rods 2 respectively control one side of the fixed seat 3, and the fixed seat 3 can be axially adjusted according to the widths of different plates in the screw rods 2.

The working principle of the plate limiting mechanism B is as follows: the third slide block 19 is inlaid with an internal thread slide block centering sleeve 20 and fixed by a screw, the copper slide block centering sleeve 20 is meshed with the transverse adjusting screw rod 16, the transverse adjusting screw rod 16 is adjusted to enable the third slide blocks 19 on two sides to respectively move leftwards and rightwards, the width of a plate is adjusted, the longitudinal adjusting screw rod 22 is adjusted to adjust the feeding center of the plate, and the height is fixed to be locked and positioned by a fastening nut 21; the side guard plates 15 on the two sides of the base 14 play a role in protection and positioning; the upper end cover 17 serves as a protection and also as a supporting component of the pressing mechanism C.
As shown in fig. 9: the material pressing mechanism C comprises a fixed plate 28, two ends of the fixed plate 28 are vertically and symmetrically provided with adjusting screws 29, the adjusting screws 29 are provided with adjusting nuts 30, a polyurethane material pressing plate 31 is arranged below the fixed plate 28, and the adjusting screws 29 are arranged in the central holes of the upper end covers 17 of the door-shaped plate limiting mechanisms B.
The sheet material enters the burr scraping mechanism A through the guide wheel 18, the polyurethane pressing plate 31 floats up and down through adjusting the adjusting screw 29, and the position is adjusted to be locked and fixed on the upper end cover 17 through the adjusting nut 30, so that the pressing smoothness is ensured.
Working principle:
as shown in fig. 10: a deburring device is newly added between a pipeline main body D and a feeding roller E of an original pipeline, and an original plate material passes through the feeding roller and then enters deburring equipment.
