Abstract
The invention discloses an oil smoke filtering device with a fire-retarding function, which comprises a frame body and a filter screen arranged in an inner cavity of the frame body, wherein the filter screen comprises a plurality of layers of stacked wavy sheets, each layer of wavy sheet comprises a plurality of arc-shaped grooves, straight sheets are inserted between two adjacent layers of wavy sheets, a plurality of filtering channels are formed between each straight sheet and each adjacent layer of wavy sheet, the filtering channels are mutually independent, and the paths of the filtering channels are identical with the shapes of the arc-shaped grooves. When flame rushes to the filter screen, because the filter screen is relatively narrow and small, the flame is cut apart into innumerable tiny flame by the filter screen, and tiny flame carries out cold and heat exchange with the filter screen on the one hand, and the filter screen has absorbed the energy of flame, and on the other hand has taken place the wall effect between tiny flame and the filter screen, leads to tiny flame's temperature to drop sharply, and when tiny flame's temperature drops below the ignition point of combustion substance, tiny flame will extinguish in the filter screen, therefore this device has good fire-blocking function.

Background
The fume filter is mainly used for purifying fume discharged from a kitchen and avoiding fume polluting the environment. Due to the special environment of a kitchen, the oil smoke filtering device is required to have a good oil smoke filtering effect and a good fire retarding function.
The Chinese patent with the application number of CN200920262589.7 discloses a lampblack filtering device, which comprises an outer frame, wherein a plurality of corrugated filter screens which are mutually arranged side by side are arranged in the outer frame, and each corrugated part can form an exhaust channel to capture oil drops, so that the lampblack separating effect is good. However, since the exhaust passages are communicated with each other and gaps formed between the exhaust passages are large, when flames pass through the exhaust passages, oxygen is supplemented between the exhaust passages, and energy lost by the flames is small, so that the flames easily leak out of the exhaust passages to bring fire hazards.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a fume filter with fire-retarding function to overcome the above problems.

The invention aims to ensure that the oil smoke filtering device has good fire-retarding function by inserting the straight sheets between two adjacent layers of wave sheets and forming a plurality of independent filtering channels between the straight sheets and the wave sheets.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention comprises a frame body 1 and a filter screen 2 arranged in the inner cavity of the frame body 1.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the frame 1 is composed of a U-shaped frame 11 and a cover plate 12, and the cover plate 12 is fixed to the open end of the U-shaped frame 11, thereby constituting a complete frame 1. In this embodiment, the frame body 1 is made of stainless steel, that is, the U-shaped frame 11 and the cover plate 12 are made of stainless steel, so that the frame body 1 has better structural strength and antirust performance. The two opposite sides of the frame body 1 are provided with handles 3, the handles 3 can rotate around a handle seat 5, and the handle seat 5 is fixed on the frame body 1 through rivet pulling. One handle 3 is arranged on the U-shaped frame 11, and the other handle 3 is arranged on the cover plate 12.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the filter screen 2 includes a plurality of stacked wave sheets 21, each wave sheet 21 including a plurality of peaks 211 and a plurality of valleys 212, and in this example, the peaks 211 and the valleys 212 of two adjacent wave sheets 21 are disposed opposite to each other. Each layer of wave sheet 21 comprises a plurality of arc-shaped grooves 213, straight sheets 22 are inserted between two adjacent layers of wave sheets 21, a plurality of filtering channels 4 are formed between each straight sheet 22 and each adjacent layer of wave sheet 21, and the filtering channels 4 are mutually independent, namely each filtering channel 4 is an independent channel and is not mutually communicated. The straight sheet 22 includes a first face 221 and a second face 222 disposed opposite to each other, the first face 221 abutting against the crests 211 of one layer of the corrugated sheet 21, and the second face 222 abutting against the troughs 212 of the other adjacent layer of the corrugated sheet 21, thereby forming two filtering passages 4 between each crest 211 and each trough 212 disposed opposite to each other. When the flame is towards the filter screen 2, because the filter passage 4 is narrow, the flame is divided into countless fine flames by the filter screen 2, when the fine flames pass through the filter passage 4, the paths of the fine flames in the filter passage 4 are matched with the shape of the arc-shaped grooves 213, the traveling paths of the fine flames are long, the contact area of the fine flames and the filter passage 4 is enlarged, on one hand, the fine flames and the filter passage 4 perform cold and heat exchange, the filter passage 4 absorbs the energy of the flame, on the other hand, the wall effect occurs between the fine flames and the filter passage 4, the temperature of the fine flames is rapidly reduced, and when the temperature of the fine flames is reduced below the ignition point of burning substances, the fine flames are extinguished in the filter passage 4, so that the device has a good fire-retarding function.
In this example, the cross section at the inlet of the filter channel 4 is triangular. The cross-sectional shape of the filter passage 4 coincides with the cross-sectional shape of the arc-shaped groove 213. Before the straight piece 22 is inserted, the cross section of the inlet of the filtering passage 4 is prismatic, compared with the prismatic cross section, the triangular cross section reduces the area of the inlet cross section, has good fire-retarding function, and enables the oil smoke to be filtered more fully.
As shown in fig. 5, the arc-shaped grooves 213 are V-shaped, so that the filtered oil drops flow outward along the arc-shaped grooves 213. The arcuate grooves 213 of adjacent two layers of corrugated sheets 21 are oriented in the same direction so that each layer of corrugated sheets 21 can easily drain oil droplets despite the presence of the barrier of straight sheets 22 between adjacent two layers of corrugated sheets 21.
In order to strengthen the firmness of the whole filter screen 2 and prevent rust, the wave sheets 21 and the straight sheets 22 are stainless steel sheets or aluminum sheets.
Fig. 2 shows a first embodiment of the present invention, in which the first side 221 and the second side 222 of the straight piece 22 are provided with grooves, the depth of which is smaller than the thickness of the straight piece 22, and the wave piece 21 is welded to the grooves.
In the second example, the filter screen 2 is perforated with at least one support 6, and the straight piece 22 and the wave piece 21 are provided with perforations for the support 6 to pass through, and the perforations of the wave piece are located at the peaks 211 or the troughs 212.
In the third embodiment, at least one buckling piece 7 is sleeved between two adjacent wavy sheets 21, and the buckling piece 7 is buckled between oppositely arranged wave crests 211 and wave troughs 212.
The above three embodiments are all for fixing the straight piece 22 between the two layers of the wave pieces 21, preventing the straight piece 22 from loosening, so that the overall structural strength of the filter screen 2 can be enhanced, the firmness of the filter screen 2 is enhanced, and phenomena such as loosening, displacement, deformation and the like between the layers of the wave pieces 21 are prevented, thereby affecting the filtering effect. In addition, because the filter screen 2 becomes a whole that is difficult for not hard up, no longer need strengthen the fastness through the mode that increases the lamination number of wave piece 21, consequently can correspondingly reduce the lamination number of wave piece 21 to shorten the length of framework 1, so not only can reduce manufacturing cost, can also reduce oil smoke filter equipment's occupation volume, in order to adapt to different installation demands under the actual conditions.
