技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种多层污水过滤器。
背景技术
水资源是人类生产生活的最关键资源,我国是一个干旱缺水严重的国家,淡水资源总量为28000亿立方米,占全球水资源的6%,仅次于巴西、俄罗斯和加拿大,居世界第四位,但人均只有2200立方米,仅为世界平均水平的 1/4、美国的 1/5,是全球13个人均水资源最贫乏的国家之一。可是如今,生态环境遭到严重破坏,水体污染严重,水资源的保护和水污染的治理成为现代社会最关注的问题。现有的污水过滤器在工作一段时间后,水中的颗粒粘附在滤网上,需要停止工作,才能对滤网进行清洗或更换,影响系统的工作连续性和效益。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供了一种多层污水过滤器。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种多层污水过滤器包括呈圆筒状的过滤器本体、电动机、清洁装置;所述过滤器本体上设置有进水管和出水管,且进水管位于出水管的下方;所述过滤器本体内设置有多个过滤网,所述过滤网水平分布在进水管和出水管之间,并且上方过滤网的过滤精度大于下方过滤网的过滤精度;所述清洁装置包括搅拌轴、搅拌叶片、刷毛,所述搅拌轴与电动机相连,所述搅拌叶片设置在搅拌轴上,搅拌叶片的个数与过滤网的个数相对应,每个过滤网下方都对应设有搅拌叶片;所述刷毛设置在搅拌叶片上。
进一步地,还设有差压变送器和控制器,所述差压变送器测量进水管和出水管两侧的压差,并且差压变送器将压差信号传递给控制器,所述控制器控制电动机开启或关闭。
进一步地,所述刷毛采用无纺布材料制成。
进一步地,所述过滤器本体的下端设置有安装座。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过电动机带动搅拌轴转动,利用搅拌叶片上的刷毛将粘附在过滤网上的杂质清洗干净,结构简单,便于推广使用。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

一种多层污水过滤器包括呈圆筒状的过滤器本体1、电动机5、清洁装置6;所述过滤器本体1上设置有进水管3和出水管4,且进水管3位于出水管4的下方;所述过滤器本体1内设置有多个过滤网7,所述过滤网7水平分布在进水管3和出水管4之间,并且上方过滤网7的过滤精度大于下方过滤网7的过滤精度;所述清洁装置6包括搅拌轴61、搅拌叶片62、刷毛63,所述搅拌轴61与电动机5相连,所述搅拌叶片62设置在搅拌轴61上,搅拌叶片62的个数与过滤网7的个数相对应,每个过滤网7下方都对应设有搅拌叶片62;所述刷毛63设置在搅拌叶片62上。
多层污水过滤器还设有差压变送器8和控制器9,所述差压变送器8测量进水管3和出水管4两侧的压差,并且差压变送器8将压差信号传递给控制器9,所述控制器9控制电动机5开启或关闭。
所述刷毛63采用无纺布材料制成。
所述过滤器本体1的下端设置有安装座2。
其工作原理为:当过滤工作开始时,待过滤的水由进水管3进入,经过多层过滤网7过滤掉不同颗粒大小的杂质,在过滤过程中,过滤网7逐渐累积水中的赃物以及杂质,形成过滤杂质层,由于过滤杂质层堆积在过滤网7的下侧,随着被截留下来的杂质越来越多,过滤杂质层的厚度越来越厚,过滤速度将会越来越慢,而进水管3的污水仍源源不断地进入,滤孔会越来越小,因此在进水管3与出水管4之间就形成了一个压差,当该压差达到预设值时,将开始进行自动清洗过程,差压变送器8将电信号传送到控制器9,控制器9通过控制系统启动电动机5并带动搅拌轴61转动,搅拌叶片62上的刷毛63将粘附在过滤网7上的杂质清洗干净。

1.一种多层污水过滤器,其特征在于:包括呈圆筒状的过滤器本体(1)、电动机(5)、清洁装置(6);所述过滤器本体(1)上设置有进水管(3)和出水管(4),且进水管(3)位于出水管(4)的下方;所述过滤器本体(1)内设置有多个过滤网(7),所述过滤网(7)水平分布在进水管(3)和出水管(4)之间,并且上方过滤网(7)的过滤精度大于下方过滤网(7)的过滤精度;所述清洁装置(6)包括搅拌轴(61)、搅拌叶片(62)、刷毛(63),所述搅拌轴(61)与电动机(5)相连,所述搅拌叶片(62)设置在搅拌轴(61)上,搅拌叶片(62)的个数与过滤网(7)的个数相对应,每个过滤网(7)下方都对应设有搅拌叶片(62);所述刷毛(63)设置在搅拌叶片(62)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层污水过滤器,其特征在于:还设有差压变送器(8)和控制器(9),所述差压变送器(8)测量进水管(3)和出水管(4)两侧的压差,并且差压变送器(8)将压差信号传递给控制器(9),所述控制器(9)控制电动机(5)开启或关闭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层污水过滤器,其特征在于:所述刷毛(63)采用无纺布材料制成。
