Locking 15 outside both sides of dish all are provided with flexible protection pad 13, and the edge at flexible protection pad 13 both ends all is provided with arc cushion 14, through the guard action of flexible protection pad 13 and arc cushion 14 when using, prevent the collision and be injured.
