弹力绷带是用自然纤维编织而成,质料柔软,弹性极高。主要用于外科包扎护理,弹力绷带用途广泛,身体各个部位外用包扎,野外训练,外伤急救等可感受到此绷带的各种好处。优点:弹性高,关节部位使用后活动不受限制,不缩水,不会妨碍血液循环或令关节部位移位质料透气好,不会使伤口凝结水汽,携带方便。弹性绷带分类包括:自粘性弹性绷带、高弹性绷带、氨纶弹性绷带、100%全棉弹性绷带、PBT弹性绷带、全棉织边纱布绷带、PBT带吸水垫绷带、石膏绷带等各种绷带,年生产绷带。
而传统的术后纱布绷带加压包扎回定很容易受活动的影响而松动,由于包扎松解脱落等因素,常引起术后出血粘连,直接影响手术的效果。

本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种防止皮肤过敏的自粘性医用绷带,可根据包扎部位粗、细和压力的大小进行随意调整,使局部受压均匀,松紧适宜,舒适度好,不会出现皮肤过敏问题。

一种防止皮肤过敏的自粘性医用绷带,该绷带加工中使用的原料按照质量百分比计以下成分制成:棉纤维占35-45%、竹纤维占15-16%、苎麻纤维占12-13%、人造纤维占10-15%、剩余为自粘性弹性材料;所述自粘性弹性材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺与水按照重量比为1:12-14的比例混合溶解,加入到反应器中,添加为N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺30-35倍重的混合丙烯酸酯,兑水至水位线刚好覆盖反应物,加入质量分数为0.12-0.14%的乳化剂和质量分数为0.05-0.08%的缓冲剂,在通入氮气下搅拌15-20分钟;
(2)搅拌后升温至55-60℃,加入质量分数为2-3%的脲醛树脂和质量分数为4-5%的糠醇树脂,搅拌均匀后加热至60-65℃,继续反应100-120分钟,降温到45-55℃,加入质量分数为1.0-1.2%过硫酸钾和质量分数为3.0-3.5%邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,搅拌均匀,保持反应30-40分钟后出料即可。

(1)按照重量份称取花生壳25-30份、棉籽壳15-18份、白果壳13-15份、桑树皮10-12份、蝉蛹5-8份、鸡蛋清10-15份、芦荟叶片4-6份;
(2)将花生壳、棉籽壳、白果壳粉碎后加入10-15倍体积的水煮沸,转小火熬煮至粘稠状,将桑树皮使用沸水浸烫5-10分钟,取出后使用清水冲洗2-3遍,与蝉蛹混合,兑入20-30倍体积的水加热煮制至成为丝状,挑出后添加鸡蛋清浸泡2-3分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物混合,经过化学纺丝得到所述人造纤维。

1.一种防止皮肤过敏的自粘性医用绷带,其特征在于,该绷带加工中使用的原料按照质量百分比计以下成分制成:棉纤维占35-45%、竹纤维占15-16%、苎麻纤维占12-13%、人造纤维占10-15%、剩余为自粘性弹性材料;所述自粘性弹性材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺与水按照重量比为1:12-14的比例混合溶解,加入到反应器中,添加为N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺30-35倍重的混合丙烯酸酯,兑水至水位线刚好覆盖反应物,加入质量分数为0.12-0.14%的乳化剂和质量分数为0.05-0.08%的缓冲剂,在通入氮气下搅拌15-20分钟;
(2)搅拌后升温至55-60℃,加入质量分数为2-3%的脲醛树脂和质量分数为4-5%的糠醇树脂,搅拌均匀后加热至60-65℃,继续反应100-120分钟,降温到45-55℃,加入质量分数为1.0-1.2%过硫酸钾和质量分数为3.0-3.5%邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,搅拌均匀,保持反应30-40分钟后出料即可。
2.如权利要求1所述一种防止皮肤过敏的自粘性医用绷带,其特征在于,所述人造纤维的制备方法为:
(1)按照重量份称取花生壳25-30份、棉籽壳15-18份、白果壳13-15份、桑树皮10-12份、蝉蛹5-8份、鸡蛋清10-15份、芦荟叶片4-6份;
(2)将花生壳、棉籽壳、白果壳粉碎后加入10-15倍体积的水煮沸,转小火熬煮至粘稠状,将桑树皮使用沸水浸烫5-10分钟,取出后使用清水冲洗2-3遍,与蝉蛹混合,兑入20-30倍体积的水加热煮制至成为丝状,挑出后添加鸡蛋清浸泡2-3分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物混合,经过化学纺丝得到所述人造纤维。
3.如权利要求1所述一种防止皮肤过敏的自粘性医用绷带,其特征在于,所述混合的丙烯酸酯中含有丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸辛酯和丙烯酸,混合比例为2-3:5-6:7-8:0.5-0.6。
4.如权利要求1所述一种防止皮肤过敏的自粘性医用绷带,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为OP-10,缓冲剂为质量浓度为20-30%的碳酸氢钠溶液。
