Abstract
一种具有独立摆臂结构的原位植入仿生人工肛门括约肌假体,包括:上、下环机构以及转动中环机构,其中:固定连接通过上环和下环机构相连的驱动机构实现,中环机构通过连接独立转动轴实现转动设置。本发明结构更加简单小巧,降低移植风险;具有独立转轴的中环结构简单,降低安装难度;霍尔开关设与上环仓内,方便走线;外齿轮啮合传动扭矩简单可靠性强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种医疗器械领域的技术,具体是一种具有独立摆臂结构的原位植入仿生人工肛门括约肌假体。
背景技术
人工肛门括约肌假体模拟正常肛门外括约肌的生理功能,通过压力传感器感知直肠压力,结合控制系统实现直肠感觉重塑,实现自主控制排便,从而治疗大便失禁。现有的全封闭式肛门括约肌假体机构总体复杂、零件数量较多导致括约肌重量较大,体内植入后将带来生物相容性和安全性问题;其一般所采用的霍尔开关安装位置调整困难导致中环正常工作区间难以保障,影响括约肌系统对肠道的正常开或闭;另外这些假体机构一般中环及附属元件较多、装配困难导致组装精度降低影响传动效果,进而使括约肌系统能耗不均衡影响系统正常工作;中环部分活动密封难以保障,存在安全隐等问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的上述不足,提出一种具有独立摆臂结构的原位植入仿生人工肛门括约肌假体,本发明使用行星齿轮减速器,结构更加简单小巧,降低手术移植风险;具有独立转轴的中环结构简单,降低了安装难度;霍尔开关设与上环仓内,方便布置导线;外齿轮啮合传动扭矩简单可靠性强。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明包括:固定连接且相对设置的上、下环机构以及转动设置于上环机构和下环机构之间的中环机构,其中:固定连接通过两端分别与上环机构和下环机构相连的驱动机构实现,中环机构通过连接于上、下环机构之间的独立的转动轴实现转动设置,转动轴的至少一端与驱动机构相啮合,驱动机构输出的扭矩通过转动轴,带动实现中环机构的摆臂运动。
所述的驱动机构包括:设置于电机套筒内的带有减速箱的电机,其中:减速箱的输出轴通过齿轮啮合与转动轴的至少一端相连。
所述的中环机构与转动轴固定连接,与转动轴同步转动的磁铁支撑件内设有磁铁,对应上环机构仓内的齿轮隔板上设有霍尔元件,当磁铁转动到与霍尔元件设定位置时,触发产生限位信号控制驱动机构停止工作;当驱动机构反转带动中环机构反方向转动时,也通过霍尔元件的位置传感实现限位。进一步优选通过设置两个霍尔元件从而进一步确定中环机构所处的准确位置。
技术效果
与现有技术相比,本发明技术效果包括:
1)机构简单、零件数量较少,使机构重量减轻,体内植入后相容性和安全性强;
2)霍尔元件设置于上环机构内,通过密封圈进行密封,霍尔开关安装位置易于调整,保证霍尔开关正常工作,进而保障括约肌系统对肠道的正常开或闭;
3)与霍尔元件配合的磁铁设置于与转动轴同步转动的磁铁支撑件内,并可根据摆动中环所需的打开角度来调节位置;
4)使用行星齿轮减速器可以缩小机构整体尺寸,电机套筒既固定电机减速器又方便布线;
5)中环机构与转动轴固定连接,执行机构的相关零件可模块化安装,最后集成到上、下环机构,极大缩短了装配时间。
6)中环机构采用密封圈进行密封,活动密封得以保障。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例包括:上环机构a、下环机构b和中环机构c,其中:上环机构a通过上环支撑件9连接驱动机构d上端,下环机构b通过下环支撑件16连接驱动机构d下端,活动的中环机构c固连在独立的转动轴13上,驱动机构d的电机套筒11内的电机12上端设有行星齿轮减速箱10,通过两级传动齿轮系5把扭矩传递到独立的转动轴13,实现中环的摆臂运动,摆动角度通过霍尔开关进行限位。
如图2所示,所述的转动轴13上依次设有传动齿轮系5、磁铁支撑件6和上轴承套盖板7并随转动轴13同步转动,其中:磁铁支撑件6的位置孔21处设有磁铁,传动齿轮系5与驱动机构d的减速箱10输出轴相连。
如图5所示,所述的转动轴13的两端分别设有上轴承套筒8和下轴承套筒17以实现与上环机构a和下环机构b的转动连接;转动轴13的上端为D字形结构,从而与传动齿轮系5同步转动,将扭矩传递给中环机构c。
如图3所示,所述的上环机构a的底部设有齿轮隔板4,上述转动轴13的磁铁支撑件6活动嵌套在齿轮隔板4内。
所述的齿轮隔板4的一侧设有用于安装霍尔元件的位置仓22。霍尔元件安装后,通过与位置孔21处的磁铁相配合形成霍尔元件开关,对中环机构进行限位:当中环机构转动时会带动磁铁位置孔6内的磁铁一起转动,当磁铁转动到与霍尔元件重合的位置时,霍尔元件产生限位信号,阻止驱动机构继续转动,从而实现中环机构的限位。其中,磁铁安装位置孔6和霍尔元件仓22的设计位置更加开放,方便调节定位。
如图4所示,所述的驱动机构d的减速箱10设置于电机12的上方并嵌套于电机套筒11内,该电机套筒11内设有弧形槽23,对应上述转动轴13内设有对应位置孔21的通道,从而构成霍尔元件的布线通道。

1.一种具有独立摆臂结构的原位植入仿生人工肛门括约肌假体,其特征在于,包括:固定连接且相对设置的上、下环机构以及转动设置于上环机构和下环机构之间的中环机构,其中:固定连接通过两端分别与上环机构和下环机构相连的驱动机构实现,中环机构通过连接于上、下环机构之间的独立的转动轴实现转动设置,转动轴的至少一端与驱动机构相啮合,驱动机构输出的扭矩通过转动轴,带动实现中环机构的摆臂运动;
所述的中环机构与转动轴固定连接,该转动轴内设有磁铁,对应上环机构或下环机构上设有霍尔元件,当磁铁转动到与霍尔元件设定位置时,触发产生限位信号控制驱动机构停止工作;当驱动机构反转带动中环机构反方向转动时,也通过霍尔元件的位置传感实现限位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人工肛门括约肌假体,其特征是,所述的驱动机构包括:设置于电机套筒内的带有减速箱的电机,其中:减速箱的输出轴通过齿轮啮合与转动轴的至少一端相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的人工肛门括约肌假体,其特征是,所述的转动轴上依次设有传动齿轮系、磁铁支撑件和上轴承套盖板并随转动轴同步转动,其中:磁铁支撑件上设有用于安装磁铁的位置孔,传动齿轮系与驱动机构的减速箱输出轴相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的人工肛门括约肌假体,其特征是,所述的转动轴的两端分别设有上轴承套筒和下轴承套筒以实现与上环机构和下环机构的转动连接;转动轴的上端为D字形结构,从而与传动齿轮系同步转动,将扭矩传递给中环机构。
5.根据权利要求3所述的人工肛门括约肌假体,其特征是,所述的上环机构的底部设有齿轮隔板,上述转动轴的磁铁支撑件活动嵌套在齿轮隔板内。
6.根据权利要求3所述的人工肛门括约肌假体,其特征是,所述的齿轮隔板的一侧设有用于安装霍尔元件的位置仓;霍尔元件通过与位置孔处的磁铁相配合形成霍尔元件开关,对中环机构进行限位:当中环机构转动并带动磁铁同步运动至与霍尔元件重合的位置时触发霍尔元件产生限位信号,从而阻止驱动机构继续转动实现中环机构的限位。
7.根据权利要求1所述的人工肛门括约肌假体,其特征是,所述的驱动机构的减速箱设置于电机的上方并嵌套于电机套筒内,该电机套筒内设有弧形槽,对应上述转动轴内设有对应位置孔的通道,从而构成霍尔元件的布线通道。
8.根据权利要求1或6或7所述的人工肛门括约肌假体,其特征是,所述的霍尔元件设有至少两个从而进一步确定中环机构所处的准确位置。
