Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于从包装材料片生产包装的包装机。本发明还涉及一种从包装材料片生产包装的方法。
背景技术
众所周知,诸如果汁、巴氏灭菌或UHT(超高温处理)的牛奶、酒、番茄酱等许多食品在由无菌包装材料制成的包装中销售。
这种类型的包装的典型示例是称为Tetra Brik Aseptic(注册商标)的用于液体或可倾倒食品的平行六面体形状的包装,其通过折叠和密封层压条带包装材料而制成。
包装材料具有多层结构,所述多层结构基本上包括:用于刚度和强度的基层,所述基层可以包括纤维材料(例如纸)层或矿物填充的聚丙烯材料层;和覆盖基层的两侧的多个热密封塑料材料(例如,聚乙烯薄膜)层。
在用于长期储存产品(例如UHT牛奶)的无菌包装的情况下,包装材料还可以包括气体和光阻隔材料(例如铝箔或乙烯乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)箔)层,其叠加在热密封塑料材料层上,并且又被形成包装的最终接触食品的内表面的另一热密封塑料材料层覆盖。
众所周知,这种包装是在全自动包装机上生产的,在该包装机上由幅材进给式包装材料形成连续的管。包装材料幅材在包装机上灭菌,例如,通过施加诸如过氧化氢溶液之类的化学灭菌剂,一旦灭菌完成,通过例如加热蒸发将化学灭菌剂从包装材料的表面除去。经如此灭菌的包装材料幅材被保持在封闭的无菌环境中,并被纵向折叠和密封以形成竖直的管。
将管用灭菌过的或无菌处理过的食品连续地向下充满,并且密封,然后沿着等间隔的横截面切割,以形成枕形包,可以将枕形包送入折叠单元以形成成品包装。
包装机可以包括模制工位,在该模制工位中,将熔融塑料模塑到包装材料幅材上,然后将其折叠、填充和密封,以便形成正在生产的包装的开启装置的倾倒口。
包装机包括工具,所述工具被布置用于在包装材料上执行工作操作以获得包装。
包装材料包括多个标记,每个标记与包装材料的必须进行上述工作操作之一的部分相关联。
包装机器包括传感器,其布置在固定的位置,读取标记并控制工具的位置。
已知的包装机的缺点在于,工具不能相对于包装材料的必须进行工作操作的相应部分进行适当的定位。这主要是由于包装材料的可变形性。具体地,包装材料可能在检测到标记的时间点和工具在包装材料的与标记相关联的部分处执行工作操作的时间点之间经历一定的变形。以这种方式,发生工具相对于包装材料的相应部分的错位,这会损害包装的生产。
传感器以不连续的方式读取标记,例如,当每个标记在传感器前通过时。
在两次连续的阅读操作中间,例如在两个连续标记的读数之间,包装材料的位置只能被预测或“猜测”。由于包装材料的变形或影响包装材料的动态事件(例如用待包装的食品填充包装材料的管),包装材料的实际位置可能不同于预期的或“猜测的”位置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改善已知包装机。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种包装机,在该包装机中对包装材料执行工作操作的工具相对于包装材料以高精度定位。
在本发明的第一方面,提供了一种用于根据权利要求1所述的从包装材料片生产包装的包装机。
在本发明的第二方面,提供了一种根据权利要求10所述的从包装材料片生产包装的方法。

具体实施方式
参考图1至图6,示出了一种用于由从卷轴(未示出)上退绕并沿着前进路径P馈送的包装材料3生产密封的包装2的包装机1,该密封的包装2包含可倾倒的食品,例如经巴氏灭菌的或UHT牛奶、果汁、酒等。当包装材料从卷轴上退绕时,其具有平坦片100的形状。
通过已知的引导元件、辊或类似设备(未示出),使片100沿着前进路径P馈送通过灭菌单元(未示出),在一个实施方式中,灭菌单元包括灭菌浴。
在另一个实施方式(未示出)中,灭菌单元可以包括其它灭菌设备,例如用低电压电子束照射包装材料3的灭菌设备。
使片100沿着前进路径P馈送通过室4(如图1中虚线所示),片100在室4中被保持在无菌空气环境中。
室4包括顶部6和底部8,该顶部6与灭菌单元连通,并且在其中片100沿着竖直部分P1被引导,该底部8沿着部分P1自顶部6竖直延伸。
在底部8内部,使片100纵向折叠成圆筒以形成具有与部分P1同轴的纵向轴线A的连续竖直管9。
包装机1包括多个成形组件,在所示的实施方式中包括四个成形组件,即第一成形组件11、第二成形组件12、第三成形组件13和第四成形组件14,它们沿着位于室4内的部分P1定位,并且与片100相互作用以将片100逐渐地折叠成圆筒并且使片100的第一横向部分100a和片100的与第一横向部分100a相对的第二横向部分100b相互叠置,以形成管9。
包装机1还包括沿着部分P1位于第四成形组件14的下游的密封设备15(在图1中示意性地示出),并且其设置成密封经叠置的第一横向部分100a和第二横向部分100b,以在管9中形成液密纵向密封。
管9通过在管9内部分地延伸并形成填充回路(未示出)的一部分的倾倒管道17用灭菌的或无菌加工的食品连续地填充。
包装机1还包括成形和横向密封单元5,其设置有成对的夹爪7,成对的夹爪7与管9相互作用,以沿等间隔的横截面密封和切割管9以形成包10。
包装机2还包括折叠单元(未示出),在折叠单元中,包10经受连续的机械折叠操作以获得包装2。

在一个实施方式中,标记20可以是携带磁场的磁性标记。标记20可以通过在包装材料3上印刷装饰物时分布在包装材料3上的可磁化墨获得。墨随后例如当使包装材料3产生折痕时被磁化,在这种情况下,如上面所描述的,折痕线23的图案的位置与相应的标记20的位置匹配。

每个第二输送元件32b包括第二传感器设备33b。
在操作期间,第一传感器设备33a和第二传感器设备33b检测与已经折叠成管结构的包装材料3的必须成形和密封的部分21相关联的标记20的位置。
控制单元评估第一输送元件32a(即第一夹爪7a)的实际位置R与第一输送元件32a(即第一夹爪7a)的目标位置T之间的差,并且沿第一轨道31a移动第一输送元件32a,以使实际位置R与目标位置T之间的距离d最小化。

这样,模具41相对于部分20布置在正确的位置。这允许在部分21的正确区域中模制熔化的塑料材料,并且因此获得高质量的口42。
由于每个输送元件32包括传感器设备33的事实,并且由于每个输送设备32可在轨道装置31上独立于其它输送设备32移动的事实,因此工具40可非常精确地相对于包装材料3的上面必须进行所需操作的部分21定位。另外,工具40相对于部分21的位置不受包装材料3的变形的不利影响。
显然,可以在不脱离所附权利要求所限定的本发明的范围的情况下对本文所述和所示的包装机进行改变。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于从包装材料(3)片生产包装(2)的包装机,所述包装材料(3)包括与所述包装材料(3)的相应部分(21)相关联的多个标记(20),所述包装机包括具有轨道装置(31)和多个输送元件(32)的工作单元(30),每个输送元件(32)支撑被布置用于对所述包装材料(3)执行工作操作的工具(40),所述输送元件(32)能够在所述轨道装置(31)上彼此独立地移动,其特征在于,所述输送元件(32)中的每一个包括传感器设备(33),所述传感器设备被布置用于检测相应的标记(20)并产生指示所述标记(20)的相对于所述输送元件(32)的位置的信号,所述包装机还包括控制单元,所述控制单元被布置成根据所述信号控制所述输送元件(32)沿着所述轨道装置(31)的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装机,其中所述工作单元(30)是成形和横向密封单元(5),在该成形和横向密封单元(5)中用所述包装材料(3)形成的并用待包装的产品填充的管(9)沿着等间隔的横截面密封和切割,以形成包(10),随后对所述包(10)进行机械折叠操作以获得所述包装(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包装机,其中,所述成形和横向密封单元(5)包括多对夹爪(7),所述多对夹爪(7)被布置成与所述管(9)相互作用以密封和切割所述管(9)并且能彼此独立地移动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的包装机,其中,所述轨道装置(31)包括第一轨道(31a)和第二轨道(31b),多个第一输送元件(32a)能在所述第一轨道(31a)上移动,而多个第二输送元件(32b)能在所述第二轨道(31b)上移动,每对夹爪(7)包括第一夹爪(7a)和第二夹爪(7b),所述第一夹爪(7a)由所述多个第一输送元件中的第一输送元件(32a)承载,并且所述第二夹爪(7b)由所述多个第二输送元件中的第二输送元件(32b)承载,每个第一输送元件(32a)包括第一传感器设备(33a),并且每个第二输送元件(32b)包括第二传感器设备(33a)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的包装机,其中,所述第一轨道(31a)和所述第二轨道(31b)彼此平行并且被布置在所述管(9)的相对侧上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的包装机,其中,所述工作单元(30)包括施加单元(16),在所述施加单元(16)中,塑料材料模制在所述包装材料(3)上以形成所述包装(2)的开启装置的倾倒口(42)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的包装机,其中,所述施加单元(16)包括多个模具(41),所述多个模具(41)布置成用于将所述塑料材料模制在所述包装材料(3)上并且能彼此独立地移动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的包装材料,其中所述轨道装置包括轨道(31c),所述输送元件(32c)能在所述轨道(31c)上移动,每个输送元件(32c)支撑所述多个模具中的相应模具(41),每个输送元件(32c)包括传感器设备(33c)。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装机,其中,所述轨道装置(31)容纳能单独激励的螺线管,并且所述输送元件(32)容纳永磁体,或者所述输送元件(32)容纳能单独激励的螺线管,并且所述轨道装置(31)容纳永磁体,所述输送元件(32)通过单独地控制所述螺线管而能沿所述轨道装置(31)独立地移动。
10.一种用于从包装材料(3)片生产包装(2)的方法,所述包装材料(3)包括与所述包装材料(3)的相应部分(21)相关联的多个标记(20),所述方法包括以下步骤:提供多个输送元件(32),每个输送元件(32)支撑被布置用于对所述包装材料(3)执行工作操作的工具(40),所述输送元件(32)能够在所述轨道装置(31)上彼此独立地移动,其特征在于,所述方法还包括以下步骤:给所述输送元件(32)中的每一个提供传感器设备(33),用所述传感器设备(33)检测相应标记(20),产生指示所述标记(20)相对于所述输送元件(32)的位置的信号,并且根据所述信号控制所述输送元件(32)沿着所述轨道装置(31)的位置。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述包装材料(3)包括沿着所述包装材料(3)的方向(D)一个接一个地布置的多个单元(22),每个单元(22)限定相应的部分(21)并且旨在一旦折叠就形成相应的包装(2)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中每个单元(22)包括折痕线(23)的图案,所述包装材料(3)沿着所述折痕线(23)折叠以形成相应的包装(2),每个标记(20)相对于相应单元(22)被布置在预定的位置。
13.根据权利要求10至12中任一项所述的方法,其还包括以下步骤:基于所述信号评估所述输送元件(32)的相对于所述包装材料(3)的承载所述标记(20)的所述部分(21)的实际位置(R)和所述输送元件(32)的相对于所述包装材料(3)的承载所述标记(20)的目标位置(T)之间的差,以及沿着所述轨道装置(31)驱动所述输送元件(32),以使所述距离(d)最小化。
14.根据权利要求10-13中任一项所述的包装机,其中,所述轨道装置(31)容纳能单独激励的螺线管,并且所述输送元件(32)容纳永磁体,或者所述输送元件(32)容纳能单独激励的螺线管,并且所述轨道装置(31)容纳永磁体,所述输送元件(32)通过单独地控制所述螺线管而能沿所述轨道装置(31)独立地移动。
