The existing independent hydraulic control type separate layer water injection process has greater applicability and long-term effect in offshore water injection wells, and is implemented and applied on a large scale. The packers matched with the water injection pipe column are mainly independent hydraulic control expansion packers and independent hydraulic control compression packers, and play a role in packing oil layers and backwashing with large discharge. The working state of the underground packer is controlled mainly through a hydraulic control pipeline independent of an oil pipe, and the packer is set by pressing the hydraulic control pipeline at a well head or is unsealed by releasing pressure of the hydraulic control pipeline.
