Abstract
本发明提供了一种室内墙面除污护理剂及其制备方法,涉及日用品领域。由以下重量份原料制备而成:20‑30份聚乙二醇、5‑8份二甲基硅油、8‑10份活性炭、3‑5份十二烷基硫酸钠、1‑2份柠檬酸钠、10‑15份皂角、5‑8份黄柏、1‑2份蛋白酶、1‑2份纤维素酶、3‑5份植物淀粉。本发明提供了一种室内墙面除污护理剂及其制备方法,可以使制备的除污护理剂在清理墙面污垢的同时还能起到护理作用,保护墙面涂层不受侵蚀并且增加光洁度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日用品领域,尤其涉及一种室内墙面除污护理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
墙身的外表饰面,分为室内墙面和室外墙面。墙面装修是建筑设计的组成部分。现代室内墙面运用色彩、质感的变化来美化室内环境、调节照度,选择各种具有易清洁和良好物理性能的材料,以满足多方面的使用功能。因此墙面如果残留污物则要用专用的清洗剂。传统的清洗剂在清理污物时往往损坏墙面,甚至轻微腐蚀墙面,从而影响墙面外观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种室内墙面除污护理剂及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种室内墙面除污护理剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制备而成:20-30份聚乙二醇、5-8份二甲基硅油、8-10份活性炭、3-5份十二烷基硫酸钠、1-2份柠檬酸钠、10-15份皂角、5-8份黄柏、1-2份蛋白酶、1-2份纤维素酶、3-5份植物淀粉。
一种室内墙面除污护理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、将聚乙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠在30-35℃下混合,并均匀搅拌20-30分钟,即得基础物料;
B、将活性炭粉碎至纳米级,并通入乙醇蒸汽,处理5-8分钟,即得活性炭粉末;
C、将皂角、黄柏干燥后研成粉末,将所得粉末与柠檬酸钠、蛋白酶、纤维素酶混合,并投入二甲基硅油中进行均匀搅拌,搅拌30-45分钟,将所得混合液体通过离心机离心,取滤液;
D、将滤液与活性炭粉末进行均匀混合搅拌,并置于5-10℃温度下静置6-8小时,即得改性液;
E、将所得改性液、基础物料与植物淀粉均匀混合,并在50-60℃温度下搅拌30-40分钟,即得室内墙面除污护理剂。
优选地,所述的步骤B在超声振动条件下进行。
优选地,所述的步骤D在高压条件下进行。
优选地,所述的步骤E中,搅拌速率为300-350r/min。
本发明提供的室内墙面除污护理剂制备工艺简单,原材料无毒无污染,可以有效的清除墙面污垢,尤其是改性液的添加,使得清理墙面污垢的同时还能起到护理作用,保护墙面涂层不受侵蚀并且增加光洁度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种室内墙面除污护理剂及其制备方法,可以使制备的除污护理剂在清理墙面污垢的同时还能起到护理作用,保护墙面涂层不受侵蚀并且增加光洁度。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
将20份聚乙二醇、3份十二烷基硫酸钠在30℃下混合,并均匀搅拌20分钟,即得基础物料;
超声振动条件下,将8份活性炭粉碎至纳米级,并通入乙醇蒸汽,处理5分钟,即得活性炭粉末;
将10份皂角、5份黄柏干燥后研成粉末,将所得粉末与1份柠檬酸钠、1份蛋白酶、1份纤维素酶混合,并投入5份二甲基硅油中进行均匀搅拌,搅拌30分钟,将所得混合液体通过离心机离心,取滤液;
在高压条件下,将滤液与活性炭粉末进行均匀混合搅拌,并置于5℃温度下静置6小时,即得改性液;
将所得改性液、基础物料与3份植物淀粉均匀混合,并在50℃温度下搅拌30分钟,搅拌速率为300r/min,即得室内墙面除污护理剂。
实施例2
将30份聚乙二醇、3份十二烷基硫酸钠在35℃下混合,并均匀搅拌30分钟,即得基础物料;
超声振动条件下,将8份活性炭粉碎至纳米级,并通入乙醇蒸汽,处理5分钟,即得活性炭粉末;
将10份皂角、5份黄柏干燥后研成粉末,将所得粉末与1份柠檬酸钠、1份蛋白酶、1份纤维素酶混合,并投入5份二甲基硅油中进行均匀搅拌,搅拌45分钟,将所得混合液体通过离心机离心,取滤液;
在高压条件下,将滤液与活性炭粉末进行均匀混合搅拌,并置于10℃温度下静置8小时,即得改性液;
将所得改性液、基础物料与3-5份植物淀粉均匀混合,并在60℃温度下搅拌40分钟,搅拌速率为350r/min,即得室内墙面除污护理剂。
实施例3
将25份聚乙二醇、4份十二烷基硫酸钠在30℃下混合,并均匀搅拌30分钟,即得基础物料;
超声振动条件下,将10份活性炭粉碎至纳米级,并通入乙醇蒸汽,处理8分钟,即得活性炭粉末;
将15份皂角、5份黄柏干燥后研成粉末,将所得粉末与1份柠檬酸钠、2份蛋白酶、2份纤维素酶混合,并投入8份二甲基硅油中进行均匀搅拌,搅拌45分钟,将所得混合液体通过离心机离心,取滤液;
在高压条件下,将滤液与活性炭粉末进行均匀混合搅拌,并置于10℃温度下静置8小时,即得改性液;
将所得改性液、基础物料与5份植物淀粉均匀混合,并在60℃温度下搅拌40分钟,搅拌速率为350r/min,即得室内墙面除污护理剂。

1.一种室内墙面除污护理剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制备而成:20-30份聚乙二醇、5-8份二甲基硅油、8-10份活性炭、3-5份十二烷基硫酸钠、1-2份柠檬酸钠、10-15份皂角、5-8份黄柏、1-2份蛋白酶、1-2份纤维素酶、3-5份植物淀粉。
2.一种室内墙面除污护理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、将聚乙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠在30-35℃下混合,并均匀搅拌20-30分钟,即得基础物料;
B、将活性炭粉碎至纳米级,并通入乙醇蒸汽,处理5-8分钟,即得活性炭粉末;
C、将皂角、黄柏干燥后研成粉末,将所得粉末与柠檬酸钠、蛋白酶、纤维素酶混合,并投入二甲基硅油中进行均匀搅拌,搅拌30-45分钟,将所得混合液体通过离心机离心,取滤液;
D、将滤液与活性炭粉末进行均匀混合搅拌,并置于5-10℃温度下静置6-8小时,即得改性液;
E、将所得改性液、基础物料与植物淀粉均匀混合,并在50-60℃温度下搅拌30-40分钟,即得室内墙面除污护理剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种室内墙面除污护理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B在超声振动条件下进行。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种室内墙面除污护理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤D在高压条件下进行。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种室内墙面除污护理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤E中,搅拌速率为300-350r/mi n。
