Abstract

本发明公开了一种摩托车减震器油组合物及生产方法。所述的一种摩托车减震器油,其原料组分按每公斤原料计算,由1000g~1100g的基础油、20g~30g的极压抗磨剂、20g~40g的抗氧剂、20g~40g的降凝剂及0.0005~0.001.g的抗泡剂组成。其制备方法即将基础油中各组份油按比例进行混兑后加入抗泡剂和降凝剂,升温至75~85℃搅拌4h后,再加入极压抗磨剂和抗氧剂,在50~60℃下搅拌4h,过滤,即得到本发明的一种具有优良的低温流动性、良好的减震性、剪切安定性、润滑性及抗氧防锈性满足摩托车减震器油各项指标要求的摩托车减震器油组合物。

一种摩托车减震器油组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种摩托车减震器油组合物,是一种用于降低摩托车在行使中的震动,保证行车的平顺性与舒适性,提高摩托车的使用寿命和操纵稳定性的油类混合物。
背景技术
为了缓和与衰减摩托车在行驶过程中因道路凹凸不平受到的冲击和震动,保证行车的平顺性与舒适性,提高摩托车的使用寿命和操纵的稳定性,摩托车上均设置有减震器装置。
由于现代摩托车的制造技术发展,摩托车的行驶领域过大,道路苛刻度增大,导致对减震器及其油品的要求也更高,对于减震器油,在油品的粘温特性、低温流动性、橡胶相容性、氧化安定性以及抗磨损性的要求越来越高。
摩托车减震器油要求粘度适度,粘温性好,低温性能良好,因而对基础油的选择就提出了较高的要求,但目前我国摩托车减震器油多为简单的二元混合矿物油,粘温特性和低温性能极不理想,即使添加添加剂后仍很难满足摩托车减震器的工作环境通常(40℃~-40℃)。
发明内容
本发明目的为了解决我国摩托车减震器油的温特性和低温性能不理想的状况,提供了一种满足摩托车减震器油各项指标要求的润滑油组合物及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案
一种摩托车减震器油组合物,其原料组分按每公斤(1000g)原料计算,其组成如下:
基础油1000g~1100g
极压抗磨剂20g~30g
抗氧剂20g~40g
降凝剂15g~25g
抗泡剂0.0005~0.001g
所述的基础油为溶剂精制油和加氢裂化油组成的混合物;
所述的溶剂精制油为MVIS150BS或MVIS150;
所述的加氢裂化油为VHVIH300或HVIWH60;
所述的极压抗磨剂为硫磷伯仲醇基锌盐T205和异辛基酸性硫磷脂十八胺T308组成的混合物;
所述的抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501和苯二唑衍生物T551组成的混合物;
所述的降凝剂为聚a烯烃T803B和聚甲基丙烯酸酯(Viscoplex8-310)组成的混合物;
所述的抗泡剂为甲基硅油T901。
上述的一种摩托车减震器油组合物的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)、根据基础油各组份油的混兑比例进行混兑,混兑后加入抗泡剂和降凝剂;
(2)、升温至75~85℃,控制搅拌转速为300~400r/min搅拌4h后,再加入极压抗磨剂和抗氧剂,在50~60℃下,控制搅拌转速为300~400r/min搅拌4h,过滤,即得到本发明的一种摩托车减震器油组合物。
本发明的有益效果
本发明的一种摩托车减震器油组合物及生产方法,通过使用高粘度的加氢裂化油和中粘度的溶剂精制油配比作为基础油,解决了目前摩托车减震器油中常用的二元混合矿物油存在的粘温特性和低温性能不理想的问题,同时对各种添加剂组分特别是挤压抗磨添加剂和抗氧化剂的精心选择,提高了润滑油的剪切安定性、润滑性以及抗氧防锈性能,可以满足摩托车减震器油各项指标要求。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面通过实施例对本发明进一步阐述,但并不限制本发明。
实施例1
一种摩托车减震器油组合物,其原料组分按每公斤原料计算,其组成如下:
基础油1050g
极压抗磨剂25g
抗氧剂30g
降凝剂15g
抗泡剂0.0005g
所述的基础油为溶剂精制油和加氢裂化油,按质量比即溶剂精制油:加氢裂化油为3:7组成的混合物;
所述的溶剂精制油为MVIS150BS;
所述的加氢裂化油为VHVIH300;
所述的极压抗磨剂为硫磷伯仲醇基锌盐T205和异辛基酸性硫磷脂十八胺T308,按质量比即硫磷伯仲醇基锌盐T205:异辛基酸性硫磷脂十八胺T308为1:1组成的混合物;
所述的抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501和苯二唑衍生物T551,按质量比即2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501:苯二唑衍生物T551为5:1组成的混合物;
所述的降凝剂为聚a烯烃T803B和聚甲基丙烯酸酯Viscoplex8-310,按质量比即聚a烯烃T803B:聚甲基丙烯酸酯Viscoplex8-310为1:1组成的混合物;
所述的抗泡剂为甲基硅油T901。
上述的一种摩托车减震器油组合物的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)、根据基础油各组份油的混兑比例进行混兑,混兑后加入抗泡剂和降凝剂;
(2)、升温至80℃,控制搅拌转速为300r/min搅拌4h后,再加入极压抗磨剂和抗氧剂,在55℃下,控制搅拌转速为350r/min搅拌4h,过滤,即得到本发明的一种摩托车减震器油组合物。
实施例2
一种摩托车减震器油组合物,其原料组分按每公斤(1g)原料计算,其组成如下:
基础油1080g
极压抗磨剂20g
抗氧剂20g
降凝剂25g
抗泡剂0.0005g
所述的基础油为溶剂精制油和加氢裂化油,按质量比即溶剂精制油:加氢裂化油为4:6组成的组合物;
所述的溶剂精制油为MVIS150BS;
所述的加氢裂化油为HVIWH60;
所述的极压抗磨剂为硫磷伯仲醇基锌盐T205和异辛基酸性硫磷脂十八胺T308,按质量比即硫磷伯仲醇基锌盐T205:异辛基酸性硫磷脂十八胺T308为2:1组成的混合物;
所述的抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501和苯二唑衍生物T551,按质量比即2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501:苯二唑衍生物T551为4:1组成的混合物;
所述的降凝剂为聚a烯烃T803B和聚甲基丙烯酸酯Viscoplex8-310,按质量比即聚a烯烃T803B:聚甲基丙烯酸酯Viscoplex8-310为1:1组成的混合物;
所述的抗泡剂为甲基硅油T901。
上述的一种摩托车减震器油组合物的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)、根据基础油各组份油的混兑比例进行混兑,混兑后加入抗泡剂和降凝剂;
(2)、升温至80℃,控制搅拌转速为300r/min搅拌4h后,再加入极压抗磨剂和抗氧剂,在55℃下,控制搅拌转速为350r/min搅拌4h,过滤,即得到本发明的一种摩托车减震器油组合物。
将实施例1及实施例2所得的摩托车减震器油,分别进行运动粘度、氧化安定性、铜片腐蚀、抗泡性、承载能力、液相锈蚀及抗磨性能测试。
可以看出该摩托车减震器油组合物具有优良的低温流动性、良好的减震性、剪切安定性、润滑性及抗氧防锈性,各性能可以满足摩托车减震器油各项指标要求。同时和本领域中技术上最具代表性的中石油公司的摩托车减震器油产品的性能相比,本发明制备的摩托车减震器油组合物在氧化安定性、抗泡性和承载能力都要好于中石油的摩托车减震器油。

1.一种摩托车减震器油组合物,其特征在于其原料组分按每公斤原料计算,其组成及含量如下:
基础油1000g~1100g
极压抗磨剂20g~30g
抗氧剂20g~40g
降凝剂15g~25g
抗泡剂0.0005~0.001g
所述的基础油为溶剂精制油和加氢裂化油组成的混合物;
所述的溶剂精制油为MVIS150BS或MVIS150;
所述的加氢裂化油为VHVIH300或HVIWH60;
所述的极压抗磨剂为硫磷伯仲醇基锌盐T205和异辛基酸性硫磷脂十八胺T308组成的混合物;
所述的抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501和苯二唑衍生物T551组成的混合物;
所述的降凝剂为聚a烯烃T803B和聚甲基丙烯酸酯Viscoplex8-310组成的混合物;
所述的抗泡剂为甲基硅油T901。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种摩托车减震器油组合物,其特征在于其原料组分按每公斤原料计算,其组成如下:

(2)、升温至75~85℃,控制搅拌转速为300~400r/min搅拌4h后,再加入极压抗磨剂和抗氧剂,在50~60℃下控制搅拌转速为300~400r/min,搅拌4h,过滤,即得本发明的一种摩托车减震器油组合物。
