为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种阻燃电缆用耐高温材料,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:丁腈橡胶25~36份、多异氰酸酯5~15份、环氧树脂40~56份、聚四氟乙烯8~15份、石英砂4~11份、碳化硅6~15份、石蜡12~19份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯1~5份、甲壳素1~7份、镍粉2~6份、硬脂酸1.3~2.1份、竹纤维3~7份、白油4~9份和钙锌稳定剂1~5份。
所述阻燃电缆用耐高温材料,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:丁腈橡胶28~31份、多异氰酸酯7~11份、环氧树脂43~52份、聚四氟乙烯10~14份、石英砂6~10份、碳化硅8~13份、石蜡15~18份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯2~4份、甲壳素2~6份、镍粉3~5份、硬脂酸1.6~1.8份、竹纤维4~6份、白油5~8份和钙锌稳定剂2~4份。
所述阻燃电缆用耐高温材料,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:丁腈橡胶30份、多异氰酸酯10份、环氧树脂48份、聚四氟乙烯12份、石英砂8份、碳化硅11份、石蜡16份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯3份、甲壳素5份、镍粉4份、硬脂酸1.7份、竹纤维5份、白油7份和钙锌稳定剂3份。
本发明的有益效果:该种阻燃电缆用耐高温材料成分配比合理,原料廉价易得,生产成本低,耐高温性能优异,使用寿命长。
