Description

Air outlet for a ventilation system of a motor vehicle
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an air outlet and a corresponding motor vehicle.
Background
Air outlets for ventilation systems of motor vehicles are often used for supplying, heating or cooling the interior space of the motor vehicle with fresh air. The air outlet usually has a plate-like air-guiding means, the orientation of which can be set by means of an operating means in order to set the direction of the outflowing air.
An air outlet is known from DE 102009044363B 4, in which the operating means are arranged directly at a side wall of the housing for the air guiding means. An air outlet with a protruding holder for fastening an operating device is known from DE 202009008817U 1.
Disclosure of Invention
In contrast, the present invention is based on the object of providing an air outlet which is simpler to construct and can be installed more simply. Furthermore, a motor vehicle with such an air outlet should be provided.
This object is achieved by an air outlet according to the invention and a motor vehicle according to the invention. The invention also proposes a number of advantageous embodiments.
The air outlet comprises a plurality of air guiding means, at least one operating means and at least one fastening means. Within the scope of the present description, air-guiding means are understood to mean, in particular, adjustable components which influence the escape direction of the air flowing out of the air outlet. The operating means is configured to receive an operating signal and to trigger a change of the orientation of the air-guiding means in dependence on the operating signal. When the orientation of the air-guiding means is changed, the escape direction of the air escaping from the air outlet is changed. Alternatively or additionally, a change in the intensity of the air flow through the air outlet can also be triggered by the operating means.
The operating signal may be, for example, a user input. The operating signal may be, for example, a user touching the operating device. It is also possible that different touch types form different operating signals. Thus, a horizontal wiping movement (Wischbewegung) by the user via the operating means can trigger, for example, a horizontal adjustment of the air-guiding means. A vertical wiping movement may for example trigger a vertical adjustment of the air guiding means. Touching with multiple fingers, for example, may trigger a change in the air flow intensity.
The fastening means is configured for fastening the air outlet at a motor vehicle. The fastening means may for example have recesses in order to fasten the air outlet at one or more other components with screws, bolts or rivets. The fastening means may in particular project outwardly from the housing of the air outlet surrounding the air guiding means.
The operating means is arranged at the fastening means. This is particularly advantageous since no further components for fastening the operating device are required. Thereby, the construction of the air outlet and its mounting are simplified. It is furthermore advantageous that the operating means do not influence the air flow guided through the air guiding means. Furthermore, a visually pleasing image of the air outlet in the installed state in the motor vehicle is obtained for the user.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the operating device can be electronically embodied. The operating device may, for example, have no mechanically adjustable components. Many users regard such operating devices as particularly pleasant. It is particularly feasible that the operating device is formed as a touch-sensitive surface, such as a touch pad.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the air outlet may comprise a drive means configured to receive a trigger signal from the operating means and to change the orientation of the air guiding means upon receipt of the trigger signal. The operating device may be configured to output the trigger signal to the drive device in dependence on an operating signal. The trigger signal may be an electrical signal, in particular. The drive means may in particular be an electronic actuator. This is particularly advantageous for particularly comfortable changes of the orientation of the air guiding device.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the air guiding means comprise a plurality of sheets oriented parallel to each other. Such air guiding means are particularly well suited for changes in orientation and can close the air outlet by a change in orientation such that no or only very little air flow escapes from the air outlet.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the operating means is arranged in a lateral end region of the air outlet. In the context of the present description, a lateral end region is to be understood to mean, in particular, a region which, in the installed state in the motor vehicle, forms an end region in a horizontal direction transverse to the direction of travel. By a terminal region is understood in particular a region which comprises one terminal end of the air outlet and at most one third or one quarter of the length of the air outlet. The arrangement in the lateral end region has in particular the advantage of a stable fastening. Furthermore, the operating device is particularly well accessible to the user.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the fastening means is arranged below the air-guiding means in the mounted state in the motor vehicle. Thus, neither the securing means nor the operating means influence the air flow when the air flow is directed upwards.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the fastening means may be formed as a protrusion. Thereby not disturbing the air flow. In addition, a particularly stable fastening can thus be achieved.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the air outlet may comprise a plurality of fastening means and a plurality of operating means. One of the operating means may be arranged at one of the fastening means, respectively. As already mentioned above for a fastening means and an operating means, the operating means and the fastening means can be configured and arranged in this way.
The use of a plurality of fastening means and operating means improves the stability of the fastening and the comfort for the user.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the fastening means are arranged in each case in mutually opposite lateral end regions of the air outlet. This further improves the stability of the fastening and the comfort for the user.
Drawings
Other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of the preferred embodiments, which refers to the accompanying drawings. Here, the same reference numerals are used for components having the same or similar functions and the same or similar components.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of an air outlet according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic perspective view of the air outlet of fig. 1.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic perspective cross-sectional view of an air outlet according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The air outlet 100 comprises air guiding means 101 and fastening means 102. These fastening means 102 are formed as projections and may also be referred to as fastening shafts. These fastening means may be used for fastening the air outlet at the motor vehicle. At each of the fastening means 102, an actuating means, which is not shown in the figures, can be arranged. Thereby, the fastening means 102 fulfill the function of fastening the air outlet 100 at the motor vehicle on the one hand and of retaining the operating means on the other hand.
The fastening means 102 is formed as a downwardly projecting protrusion. Therefore, stable fastening can be achieved. Furthermore, this is a particularly advantageous position for the operating means, since these do not disturb the air flow and are well accessible to the user.
These operating means may be electronically designed and may be touch-sensitive, for example. For such operating means, the air outlet 100 comprises electrical drive means 200 configured for adjusting the orientation of the air guiding means 101. By changing the orientation of the air guiding means 101, the direction of the air flow escaping from the air outlet 100 can be changed.
In fig. 3 it can be seen that the air outlet 100 comprises further air guiding means 101, the orientation of which can likewise be changed by operating means to change the air flow direction. Here, the orientation of the air guiding device 101 controls the direction of the air flow in the vertical plane, while the orientation of the other air guiding devices 300 controls the direction of the air flow in the horizontal plane.
