Abstract

本发明是一种流体泵的涡旋盘。目前涡旋泵不能用于泵水,主要是由于水中颗粒性杂质不能顺利通过涡旋压缩室并会破坏动静涡旋盘间的密封而使工作失效。本发明在动涡旋盘上开有垂直于涡旋线切线方向的凹槽,此凹槽规则排列,给杂质提供了一个藏身之地而不会破坏两涡旋盘之间接触面。具有这种涡旋盘的涡旋泵工作效率高。噪音小、体积小,通过改变转速还可大比例的变流量恒压供水高效节能。

Description

涡旋流体泵的涡旋盘
本发明涉及涡旋机械,特别是一种涡旋流体泵的涡旋盘。
涡旋流体泵的涡旋盘由静涡旋盘和动涡旋盘组成,两个涡旋盘的曲线形状相同但有180度的相位差,工作时,动涡旋盘与静涡旋盘相互啮合并以偏心距为半径绕静涡旋盘作平动,使涡旋外围的工作容积中被压缩且随之向中心移动,最后从涡旋中间排液口中排出,从而完成一个增压周期。涡旋压缩原理应用到气体压缩机和油泵上,实践证明十分成功。当应到水,特别是直接应用到供水管道中,就会带来一些问题。由于水中常含有一些硬度较高的颗粒性杂质(如砂粒),这些杂质很难通过涡旋压缩室并会破坏两个涡旋盘之间的密封而使工作失效。因此,目前述未见到有涡旋水泵的报导。
本发明目的在于设计一种涡旋流体泵所用的涡旋盘,安装此种涡旋盘的水泵无需对水严格过滤。
为实现上述发明目的,首先考虑使水中颗粒性杂质在动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘密封面之间有一个藏身之地而不致破坏两者之间的密封。主要技术手段就是将静涡旋盘和动涡旋盘的接触面由连续的面接触改为不连续的线接触。每相邻两个接触线之间空间则为颗粒杂质藏身之地。具体地说,就是在动涡旋盘上制有垂直于涡旋线切线方向的凹槽,凹槽规则排列并可为直槽或V形槽,凹槽也可以为其它形状,深浅和大小视涡旋盘大小确定,但首先保证不破坏涡旋盘机械强度。
当含有颗粒杂质的液体进入压涡旋缩室时,流体沿涡旋线切线方向流动,由于在动涡旋盘上有垂直于切线方向的凹槽,在重力作用下,颗粒性杂质就会进入凹槽,这样,当动、静涡旋盘啮合时就不会损伤接触面。随着流体冲击。颗粒杂质会沿着流体挤出方向跳跃式移位,最终被带出流体泵。
本发明优点是将先进的涡旋增压技术可应用到水泵上,从根本上改变了涡旋增压机械仅限气体和油类这一现状。应用这种涡旋;盘制造的泵具有噪音低、节能、高效、体积小、维修方便的优点,并可通过改变转速实现大比例变流量、恒压节能供水。

实施例:涡旋流体泵的涡旋盘,由静涡旋盘1和动涡旋盘2组成,在动涡旋盘2上开有垂直于涡旋线切线方向的圆直凹槽,而且此凹槽是规则排列、互相错开的。
