本发明为一种脚蹬健身器，公开了一种下肢锻炼器械，其特点是在平板底座上装有两个支架，两个支架的顶端之间装有中轴，中轴与支架之间有法兰盘配合联接，中轴的两端穿过支架，中轴的两端头上装有脚蹬，中轴的中间装有阻尼盘，阻尼盘下部两侧面都装有阻尼棒，阻尼棒的外端装在支架上。它解决了健身器材不宜移动，且造价高的问题，适合室外、室内等场合锻炼下肢使用。

本发明涉及健身器材行业，具体的说是一种主要用于下肢活动健身锻炼的器材。
背景技术
目前，社会上使用的腿部活动锻炼器材，大多是固定在某一位置或体积较大不宜移动，且造价较高。
发明内容
本发明为解决健身器材不宜移动，且造价高的问题，设计一种简易轻便的下肢活动健身器具。
本发明的技术方案是，一种脚蹬健身器，其特殊之处是，在平板底座上装有两个支架，两个支架的顶端之间装有中轴，中轴与支架之间有法兰盘配合联接，中轴的两端穿过支架，中轴的两端头上装有脚蹬，中轴的中间装有阻尼盘，阻尼盘下部两侧面都装有阻尼棒，阻尼棒的外端装在支架上。
使用时，只要调整好阻尼棒与阻尼盘之间的摩擦力大小，健身者坐在旁边将双脚放在脚蹬上用力踩踏即可。
本发明的技术效果是，采用上述的技术方案，可以实现一种成本低廉，移动灵活的腿部的健身器具。

如图所示，在平板底座1上装有两个支架7，两个支架7的顶端之间装有中轴5，中轴5与支架7之间有法兰盘3配合联接，中轴5的两端穿过支架7，中轴5的两端头上装有脚蹬2，中轴5的中间装有阻尼盘4，阻尼盘4下部两侧面都装有阻尼棒6，阻尼棒6的外端装在支架7上。
使用时，只要调整好阻尼棒6与阻尼盘4之间的摩擦力大小，健身者坐在旁边将双脚放在脚蹬2上用力踩踏即可。
