Background
A deep fryer is a device which uses edible oil as a main raw material to carry out a deep frying cooking process on food. Deep fryers are mainly used in the catering industry and the food processing industry. In the market, the types of the fryer are various, but the fryer mainly comprises three types, namely electric heating, coal heating and gas heating according to the heating mode. Electric heating is widely used due to the characteristics of cleanness, convenient use and the like.
However, when more items are to be fried, conventional fryers require the worker to manually fry the items apart, but inevitably the items stick together, thus resulting in uneven frying of the items.
Therefore, it is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art to improve the existing fryer so that the food can be prevented from sticking together when the fryer is used.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a fryer capable of preventing food from being stuck.
In order to achieve the above purposes, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a deep fryer for preventing food adhesion comprises a fryer body and a fryer cover, wherein the fryer cover is arranged on the fryer body, a driving mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the fryer body, the fryer cover comprises a gear ring, a driven wheel and a driving wheel, the gear ring comprises outer ring gear teeth and inner ring gear teeth, the driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the outer ring gear teeth, the driving wheel is arranged at the center of the gear ring, the driven wheel comprises a plurality of driven wheels, the driven wheel is symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the driving wheel, the driven wheel is respectively meshed with the inner ring gear teeth and the driving wheel, a frying cage is connected with the driven wheel close to one side of the inner side of the fryer body, a connecting rod mechanism capable of moving up and down is arranged at the bottom of the frying cage, a limiting cavity is fixed in the fryer body and is communicated with the inner cavity of the fryer body through, the piston rod is matched with the limiting cavity to slide in a piston mode.
When the pot cover is covered, the piston rod is clamped into the limiting cavity, oil in the limiting cavity is pressed into the pot body, the oil level at the frying cage is raised, and the oil saving effect is achieved; when the cooker cover is not covered, the oil level in the cooker body is lower, the heating speed is higher, and the cooker is not easy to splash to operators. The spacing cavity can play the role of fixing the pot cover, so that the gear transmission in the pot cover is more stable. The piston rod can make the pot cover directly as the oil draining mechanism, need not to take off the frying cage again oil draining.
As an improvement, the driving mechanism is arranged on a handle of the pot body and comprises a driving wheel and a driving motor, the driving motor drives the driving wheel to rotate, and the driving wheel is meshed with the outer ring gear teeth. Through driving motor drive action wheel, the action wheel drives the gear circle, and the gear circle drives from the driving wheel rotation, drives from the driving wheel and explodes the cage and rotate, and this kind of actuating mechanism's form makes this deep fryer can stir automatically, and the time of saving staff when stirring food that can be great, and is safer when this kind of deep fryer production.
As an improvement, the pot cover further comprises an upper pot cover and a lower pot cover, the upper pot cover and the lower pot cover are matched to form a guide rail, and the gear ring is arranged in the guide rail. Through the cooperation formation guide rail of last pot cover with lower pot cover, gear circle is at the guide rail internal rotation, and this kind of mounting means makes the rotation that gear circle can be stable, ensures to fry the cage at fried in-process pivoted stability to ensure the security of fried in-process.
As an improvement, the upper pot cover is fixedly connected with the lower pot cover, and a handle is arranged at the upper end of the upper pot cover. The handle can make things convenient for the pot cover to draw, facilitates the use.
As an improvement, the edge of the lower pot cover is provided with a groove, and the outer ring gear teeth are exposed out of the groove and meshed with the driving wheel. Therefore, the driving wheel can be smoothly matched with the gear ring in a transmission way, and meanwhile, oil can not be splashed out due to the fact that an overlarge gap is formed in the pot cover, or dirt enters the pot body, so that the sanitation of food is not influenced.
As an improvement, the driven wheels comprise four, the four driven wheels are uniformly distributed on the side edge of the driving wheel, and the lower ends of the driven wheels are respectively connected with frying cages. Through a power supply, turnover when making four fried cages rotation makes the fried more even, promotes the taste of food to use manpower sparingly.
As an improvement, link mechanism includes many first branches and second branch, first branch one end with fry the cage lateral wall and rotate to be connected, the other end with second branch rotates to be connected, second branch one end interconnect, the other end with first branch rotates to be connected. By adopting the structure, the food can be stir-fried more up and down in the smaller space of the fryer, so that the food can be prevented from being adhered.
As an improvement, the first supporting rods comprise twelve supporting rods, and the second supporting rods correspond to the first supporting rods. Form sufficient inseparable link mechanism like this, also can guarantee link mechanism can be smooth up-and-down motion when can be smooth holding food, make food turn over the degree of stir-fry from top to bottom bigger, prevent the food adhesion.
As an improvement, the lower end of the driven wheel is provided with a hook, the upper end part of the frying cage is provided with a hanging hole, and the hook is buckled into the hanging hole. The connecting mode has simple structure and convenient installation.
As an improvement, the side wall of the frying cage is provided with a plurality of oil outlets. So that oil can be drained conveniently.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: put into food and fry the cage in, then fry the cage and put into the pot internal, the pot internal content receives the edible oil, and actuating mechanism drive gear circle rotates, and the gear circle drives from the driving wheel rotation, and from the driving wheel drive fried the cage and rotate, and a plurality of cages of frying are placed to the pot internal simultaneously for it is more even when deep-fry, promote the food taste, use manpower sparingly simultaneously.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the invention is a deep fryer for preventing food adhesion, comprising a pan body 1 and a pan cover 2, wherein the pan cover 2 is covered on the pan body 1, a driving mechanism 3 is arranged on the outer side of the pan body 1, the pan cover 2 comprises a gear ring 23, a driven wheel 24 and a driving wheel 25, the gear ring 23 comprises outer ring gear teeth 231 and inner ring gear teeth 232, the driving mechanism 3 is in transmission connection with the outer ring gear teeth 231, the driving wheel 25 is arranged at the center of the gear ring 23, the driven wheel 24 comprises a plurality of driven wheels, the driven wheels are symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the driving wheel 25, the driven wheels 24 are respectively meshed with the inner ring gear teeth 232 and the driving wheel 25, one surface of the driven wheel 24 close to the inner side of the pan body 1 is connected with a frying cage 4, a connecting rod mechanism 41 capable of moving up and down is arranged at the bottom of, a piston rod 5 is fixed on one side of the transmission wheel 25 close to the pot body 1, and the piston rod 5 is matched with the limiting cavity 11 to slide in a piston manner.
When the pot cover 2 is covered, the piston rod 5 is clamped into the limiting cavity 11, oil pressure in the limiting cavity 11 is pressed into the pot body 1, so that the oil level at the position of the frying cage 4 is raised, and the oil saving effect is achieved; when the cooker cover 2 is not covered, the oil level in the cooker body 1 is lower, the heating speed is higher, and the cooker is not easy to splash to operators. The spacing cavity 11 can play a role in fixing the pot cover 2, so that the gear transmission in the pot cover 2 is more stable. The piston rod 5 can make the pot cover 2 directly used as an oil draining mechanism, and the frying cage 4 does not need to be taken down and oil is drained.

Wherein, actuating mechanism 3 is installed on the handle of pot body 1, and actuating mechanism 3 includes action wheel 31 and driving motor, and driving motor drive action wheel 31 rotates, and action wheel 31 meshes with outer lane teeth of a cogwheel 231. Through driving motor drive action wheel 31, action wheel 31 drives gear circle 23, and gear circle 23 drives from the driving wheel 24 and rotates, drives from driving wheel 24 and explodes cage 4 and rotate, and this kind of actuating mechanism 3's form makes this fryer can stir automatically, and the time of saving staff when stirring food that can be great, and is safer when this kind of fryer production.
Wherein, pot cover 2 still includes upper pot cover 21 and lower pot cover 22, and upper pot cover 21 forms the guide rail with lower pot cover 22 cooperation, and gear circle 23 sets up in the guide rail. Through a power supply, the turnover of the rotation of the four frying cages 4 is realized, so that the frying is more uniform, the taste of food is improved, and the labor is saved. Of course, the number of the driven wheels 24 may be three, five or more, and the number of the driven wheels 24 in this embodiment is only for better illustration of this embodiment, but is not limited to the specific number of the driven wheels 24, and therefore, it is considered that the number of the driven wheels 24 cannot be changed only, and is substantially different from the technical solution of this embodiment.
Wherein, link mechanism 41 includes a plurality of first branch bars 411 and second branch bars 412, and first branch bar 411 one end and fry cage 4 lateral wall rotate to be connected, and the other end and second branch bar 412 rotate to be connected, and second branch bar 412 one end interconnect, the other end and first branch bar 411 rotate to be connected. The first support bars 411 include twelve support bars, and the second support bars 412 correspond to the first support bars 411. Of course, the number of the first struts 411 and the number of the second struts 412 may also be three, five, ten or more, and the number of the first struts 411 and the second struts 412 in this embodiment is only for better explaining this embodiment, but is not limited to the specific number of the first struts 411 and the second struts 412, and therefore, it is considered that the number of the first struts 411 and the second struts 412 cannot be changed only, which is substantially different from the technical solution of this embodiment.
