本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种双层金属铠装耐高温防火电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯为铝合金导体,所述的铝合金导体的外部挤包有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘层的外部挤包有铝带防火屏蔽带,所述的铝带防火屏蔽带的外部挤包有防油阻燃的丁腈橡胶阻燃层,所述的丁腈橡胶阻燃层的外部绕包有玻璃纤维阻燃包带,所述的玻璃纤维阻燃包带的外部挤包有粗钢丝铠装阻燃层,所述的粗钢丝铠装阻燃层的外部挤包有聚氯乙烯外护套,采用双层金属铠装替代化学或物理添加剂造成空气污染;使得铝带防火屏蔽带提高电缆的熔点,阻燃效果好;铝带防火屏蔽带使得内部受力均匀,同时丁腈橡胶阻燃层防油耐高温,可充分保护电缆芯内部的安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种双层金属铠装耐高温防火电缆。
背景技术
为了确保数据的安全,人们就希望在发生火灾后,能后有足够的时间在整个网络瘫痪前将所有数据回笼,并将他们转移到安全的地方,将数据流失的可能性降到最低。因此,在缆线的标准中,还有一类防火标准,称之为“线路完整性”标准。它的目标是缆线在火场中仍然能保持线路畅通,让电源和信息仍然能够正常传输。因此符合系列完整性要求的线缆也被称之为防火缆线。随着电缆使用范围的增加,对电缆的使用安全也是极为重要,当发生火灾时,电缆需要具有耐高温及阻燃使得人们成功逃生,现在多添加矿物质来得到阻燃效果,但矿物质弯曲强度低,仍然需要改进。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种双层金属铠装耐高温防火电缆。
一种双层金属铠装耐高温防火电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯为铝合金导体,所述的铝合金导体的外部挤包有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘层的外部挤包有铝带防火屏蔽带,所述的铝带防火屏蔽带的横截面为拼合的两个矩形,所述的铝带防火屏蔽带的外部挤包有防油阻燃的丁腈橡胶阻燃层,所述的丁腈橡胶阻燃层的横截面为便于抵抗外界力的X型,所述的丁腈橡胶阻燃层的外部绕包有玻璃纤维阻燃包带,所述的玻璃纤维阻燃包带的外部挤包有粗钢丝铠装阻燃层,所述的粗钢丝铠装阻燃层的外部挤包有聚氯乙烯外护套。
所述的铝合金导体与交联聚乙烯绝缘层之间、交联聚乙烯绝缘层与铝带防火屏蔽带之间均设置有用于填充的填充绳,所述的填充绳为玻璃纤维丝和石棉粒的混合物。
所述的一根粗电缆芯与四根细电缆芯绞合为一组电缆组,所述的铝带防火屏蔽带的两个矩形内均设置有一组电缆组。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用双层金属铠装来达到耐高温及防火的需要,无需添加化学或物理添加剂造成空气污染;使得铝带防火屏蔽带的横截面为拼合的两个矩形,可将两组电缆组分别放置,金属熔点高,阻燃效果好;采用X型的丁腈橡胶阻燃层包裹铝带防火屏蔽带,使得铝带防火屏蔽带的受力均匀,同时丁腈橡胶阻燃层防油耐高温,可充分保护电缆芯内部的安全。

如图1所示,一种双层金属铠装耐高温防火电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯为铝合金导体1,所述的铝合金导体1的外部挤包有交联聚乙烯绝缘层2,所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘层2的外部挤包有铝带防火屏蔽带4,所述的铝带防火屏蔽带4的横截面为拼合的两个矩形,所述的铝带防火屏蔽带4的外部挤包有防油阻燃的丁腈橡胶阻燃层8,所述的丁腈橡胶阻燃层8的横截面为便于抵抗外界力的X型,所述的丁腈橡胶阻燃层8的外部绕包有玻璃纤维阻燃包带5,所述的玻璃纤维阻燃包带5的外部挤包有粗钢丝铠装阻燃层6,所述的粗钢丝铠装阻燃层6的外部挤包有聚氯乙烯外护套7。

1.一种双层金属铠装耐高温防火电缆,包括电缆芯,其特征在于:所述的电缆芯为铝合金导体(1),所述的铝合金导体(1)的外部挤包有交联聚乙烯绝缘层(2),所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘层(2)的外部挤包有铝带防火屏蔽带(4),所述的铝带防火屏蔽带(4)的横截面为拼合的两个矩形,所述的铝带防火屏蔽带(4)的外部挤包有防油阻燃的丁腈橡胶阻燃层(8),所述的丁腈橡胶阻燃层(8)的横截面为便于抵抗外界力的X型,所述的丁腈橡胶阻燃层(8)的外部绕包有玻璃纤维阻燃包带(5),所述的玻璃纤维阻燃包带(5)的外部挤包有粗钢丝铠装阻燃层(6),所述的粗钢丝铠装阻燃层(6)的外部挤包有聚氯乙烯外护套(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层金属铠装耐高温防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的铝合金导体(1)与交联聚乙烯绝缘层(2)之间、交联聚乙烯绝缘层(2)与铝带防火屏蔽带(4)之间均设置有用于填充的填充绳(3),所述的填充绳(3)为玻璃纤维丝和石棉粒的混合物。
