本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种聚乙烯绝缘阻燃聚氯乙烯护套补偿电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯为退火铜导体,所述的铜导体的外部挤包有聚乙烯绝缘层,所述的聚乙烯绝缘层的外部挤包有用于保护内部稳定的表面涂有硅漆的无碱玻璃丝保护层,所述的无碱玻璃丝保护层的外部挤包有用于屏蔽外界干扰的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层,所述的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层外部绕包有用于缓冲的无纺布层,所述的无纺布层的外部挤包有氧化镁绝缘层,所述的氧化镁绝缘层的外部挤包有聚氯乙烯护套,采用聚乙烯绝缘层进行绝缘阻燃,聚乙烯具有优良的性能,便于保护电缆内部;使用聚氯乙烯作为护套,价格低廉,同时具有较高的机械性能,可延长电缆寿命,减少损耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种聚乙烯绝缘阻燃聚氯乙烯护套补偿电缆。
背景技术
补偿电缆是用于延伸多点热电极及移动热电偶的冷端,与显示仪表联接构成多点测温系统,补偿电缆需要具有优良的耐酸、碱、耐磨和阻燃的性能,并且可浸入油水中长期使用,但目前补偿电缆的损耗大,制造难度高,平均寿命短,需要对此进行改进。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种聚乙烯绝缘阻燃聚氯乙烯护套补偿电缆。
一种聚乙烯绝缘阻燃聚氯乙烯护套补偿电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯为退火铜导体,所述的铜导体的外部挤包有聚乙烯绝缘层,所述的聚乙烯绝缘层的外部挤包有用于保护内部稳定的表面涂有硅漆的无碱玻璃丝保护层,所述的无碱玻璃丝保护层的外部挤包有用于屏蔽外界干扰的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层,所述的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层外部绕包有用于缓冲的无纺布层,所述的无纺布层的外部挤包有氧化镁绝缘层,所述的氧化镁绝缘层的外部挤包有聚氯乙烯护套,所述的无碱玻璃丝保护层的横截面为可保持稳定并保护电缆内部平衡的方形。
所述的铜导体与聚乙烯绝缘层之间、聚乙烯绝缘层与无碱玻璃丝保护层之间、无碱玻璃丝保护层与镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层之间均设置有用于减少缓冲抵抗外界冲击力并具有填充功能的填充绳。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的内部采用聚乙烯绝缘层进行绝缘阻燃,聚乙烯具有优良的性能,同时化学成分稳定,便于保护电缆内部;设置无碱玻璃丝保护层和氧化镁绝缘层用于阻燃,阻燃性能好;使用聚氯乙烯作为护套,原料丰富,价格低廉,同时具有较高的机械性能,可延长电缆寿命,减少损耗。

如图1所示,一种聚乙烯绝缘阻燃聚氯乙烯护套补偿电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯为退火铜导体3,所述的铜导体3的外部挤包有聚乙烯绝缘层4,所述的聚乙烯绝缘层4的外部挤包有用于保护内部稳定的表面涂有硅漆的无碱玻璃丝保护层1,所述的无碱玻璃丝保护层1的外部挤包有用于屏蔽外界干扰的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层8,所述的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层8外部绕包有用于缓冲的无纺布层5,所述的无纺布层5的外部挤包有氧化镁绝缘层6,所述的氧化镁绝缘层6的外部挤包有聚氯乙烯护套7,所述的无碱玻璃丝保护层1的横截面为可保持稳定并保护电缆内部平衡的方形。
所述的铜导体3与聚乙烯绝缘层4之间、聚乙烯绝缘层4与无碱玻璃丝保护层1之间、无碱玻璃丝保护层1与镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层8之间均设置有用于减少缓冲抵抗外界冲击力并具有填充功能的填充绳2。

1.一种聚乙烯绝缘阻燃聚氯乙烯护套补偿电缆,包括电缆芯,其特征在于:所述的电缆芯为退火铜导体(3),所述的铜导体(3)的外部挤包有聚乙烯绝缘层(4),所述的聚乙烯绝缘层(4)的外部挤包有用于保护内部稳定的表面涂有硅漆的无碱玻璃丝保护层(1),所述的无碱玻璃丝保护层(1)的外部挤包有用于屏蔽外界干扰的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层(8),所述的镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层(8)外部绕包有用于缓冲的无纺布层(5),所述的无纺布层(5)的外部挤包有氧化镁绝缘层(6),所述的氧化镁绝缘层(6)的外部挤包有聚氯乙烯护套(7),所述的无碱玻璃丝保护层(1)的横截面为可保持稳定并保护电缆内部平衡的方形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯绝缘阻燃聚氯乙烯护套补偿电缆,其特征在于:所述的铜导体(3)与聚乙烯绝缘层(4)之间、聚乙烯绝缘层(4)与无碱玻璃丝保护层(1)之间、无碱玻璃丝保护层(1)与镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层(8)之间均设置有用于减少缓冲抵抗外界冲击力并具有填充功能的填充绳(2)。
