the project basic information collection memory is provided with a project basic information database, is provided with basic information data related to each project and is used for filling the basic information data into the project information database after being processed, and the basic information data related to each project comprises but is not limited to enterprise financial statements, organization reports, expert opinions, consulting organization reports, industry analysis related information, questionnaire survey results and industry oriented evaluation results; the scoring information terminals are used for forming consulting opinions with statistical significance for the stored information or the formed report; the number of the scoring information terminals is 200-1000;
the system comprises a plurality of information acquisition terminals, a display terminal and a display terminal, wherein the information acquisition terminals are used for acquiring scoring opinions or information containing opinion information, and each information acquisition terminal at least comprises an input device for inputting character information; the number of the information acquisition terminals is 300-1500;
