First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a paper tearing detection system 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The paper tearing detection system 100 is applied to a printer and comprises a sound collection device 110, a storage device 130, a main control chip 150 and a mobile terminal 170, wherein the sound collection device 110 and the storage device 130 are electrically connected with the main control chip 150, and the main control chip 150 is in communication connection with the mobile terminal 170 through a network 160.
In this embodiment, the sound collection device 110 is electrically connected to the main control chip 150, and the sound collection device 110 is configured to collect external environment sound when the printer operates, and send the external environment sound to the main control chip 150. As an implementation mode, when the printer completes one-time printing and a user tears paper, the paper is torn by the paper tearing knife under pressure, paper tearing sound with the characteristic of being torn by the paper tearing knife is emitted, and the paper tearing sound can be collected by collecting external environment sound through the sound collection device 110 when the printer works. After the sound collection device 110 sends the external environment sound to the main control chip 150, the main control chip 150 compares the external environment sound with the sound template data in the sound database, and when the sound feature of the external environment sound obtained after comparison is consistent with the paper tearing knife splitting feature, it is determined that the user has completed one paper tearing action, that is, the paper tearing result is the paper tearing completed by the user, and the paper tearing result is fed back to the mobile terminal 170.
In this embodiment, the external environment sound is compared with the sound template data in the sound database, and when the external environment sound includes a natural tearing feature, it is determined that the paper tearing result is that the user does not complete paper tearing. In one embodiment, it is assumed that the user performs a paper tearing operation, but the paper is not cut by the paper tearing blade but is torn naturally, and the external environment sound collected by the sound collection device 110 during the operation of the printer includes a natural tearing feature and only has such a paper tearing sound. After the sound collection device 110 sends the external environment sound to the main control chip 150, the main control chip 150 compares the external environment sound with the sound template data in the sound database, and when the sound feature of the external environment sound obtained after comparison is consistent with the natural tearing feature, it is determined that the user does not tear paper completely, that is, the paper tearing result is that the user does not tear paper completely, and the paper tearing result is fed back to the mobile terminal 170.
The working principle of the paper tearing detection system 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows: firstly, when the printer finishes one-time printing and a user tears paper, the sound collection device 110 collects external environment sound when the printer works, so that the paper tearing sound can be collected, and the sound collection device 110 collects the external environment sound when the printer works and then sends the external environment sound to the main control chip 150; secondly, the main control chip 150 receives the external environment sound, compares the external environment sound with the sound template data in the sound database to obtain a paper tearing result, and feeds the paper tearing result back to the mobile terminal 170, that is, compares the external environment sound with the sound template data in the sound database, and when the external environment sound includes the paper tearing knife splitting characteristic, determines that the paper tearing result is that the user finishes paper tearing; when the external environment sound comprises the natural tearing characteristic, the paper tearing result is judged to be that the user does not complete paper tearing.
