本发明涉及空气净化装置技术领域,具体涉及一种空气净化洁净门。
背景技术
目前,空气污染越来越严重,而工业洁净厂房的规格,既要满足当前产品生产的工艺要求,卫生条件也至关重要,这就涉及到空气净化洁净门的使用。由于洁净门作为工作人员出入的必经之处,因此,常常会因为工作人员在开、关门的同时,将外来有害菌带入洁净室内,从而影响了正常生产。现有技术中的洁净们通常价格昂贵,净化速度慢。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种空气净化洁净门,设置合理,能够将洁净门内外的空气进行快速净化,净化后的空气排到室内,结构简单,使用方便,空气净化效果好,实用性较强。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种空气净化洁净门,包括洁净门本体,洁净门本体设置在门框内,洁净门本体下部设有软密封层,所述洁净门本体包括外门板和内门板,外门板和内门板之间为处理空间,处理空间内设有空气净化通道,空气净化通道呈S形,空气净化通道的下端设有入风口,入风口处设有涡轮风机和空气加热器,入风口包括内入风口和外入风口,空气净化通道内设有空气过滤层,空气过滤层包括初级过滤层、二级过滤层和负离子增氧层,初级过滤层、二级过滤层和负离子增氧层间隔设置,空气净化通道的上端设有出风口,出风口处设有紫外消毒灭菌装置。
优选的是,所述涡轮风机的数量为两个。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述两个涡轮风机分别设置在空气净化通道的内入风口和外入风口。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述内入风口和外入风口对称设置,内入风口设置在内门板上,外入风口设置在外门板上。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述出风口设置在内门板上,出风口处设有覆盖层。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述紫外消毒灭菌装置为紫外消毒灯。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述初级过滤层为粗过滤网,二级过滤层为HIMOP过滤层。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述空气净化通道由一段处理通道、中间处理通道和尾段处理通道连接组成。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述粗过滤网设置在一段处理通道内,HIMOP过滤层设置在中间处理通道,负离子增氧层设置在尾段处理通道内。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-图3所示,一种空气净化洁净门,包括洁净门本体,洁净门本体设置在门框1内,洁净门本体下部设有软密封层2,软密封层2能够使空气净化洁净门内外空气隔绝。洁净门本体包括外门板3和内门板4,外门板3和内门板4之间为处理空间5,处理空间5内设有空气净化通道6,空气净化通道6呈S形,空气净化通道6的下端设有入风口,入风口处设有涡轮风机7和空气加热器8,涡轮风机7将空气吸入后,空气加热器8对空气进行初步加热灭菌。入风口包括内入风口9和外入风口10,内入风口9和外入风口10内侧的涡轮风机7同时进行工作,加快空气处理速度。
空气净化通道6内设有空气过滤层,空气过滤层包括初级过滤层11、二级过滤层12和负离子增氧层13,初级过滤层11、二级过滤层12和负离子增氧层13间隔设置,空气净化通道6的上端设有出风口14,出风口14处设有紫外消毒灭菌装置15。
本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述涡轮风机7的数量为两个。
本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述两个涡轮风机7分别设置在空气净化通道6的内入风口9和外入风口10处。
本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述内入风口9和外入风口10对称设置,内入风口9设置在内门板4上,外入风口10设置在外门板3上。
本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述出风口14设置在内门板4上,出风口14处设有覆盖层16。覆盖层16为软体材质,防止净化后的空气直接吹入室内,起到缓冲的作用。
本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述紫外消毒灭菌装置15为紫外消毒灯。
本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述初级过滤层11为粗过滤网,二级过滤层12为HIMOP过滤层。
本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述空气净化通道6由一段处理通道61、中间处理通道62和尾段处理通道63连接组成。
本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述粗过滤网设置在一段处理通道内61,HIMOP过滤层设置在中间处理通道62,负离子增氧层设置在尾段处理通道63内。
