本发明涉及铝型材技术领域,尤其是一种高强度抗压型铝型材,包括铝型材本体,所述铝型材本体的侧边设置有连接扣,且铝型材本体设置为矩形,所述铝型材本体的内部设置有内支撑框,所述铝型材本体的内侧壁上间隔开设有多个插槽,每个插槽内均插设有插块,所述内支撑框的外侧面间隔设置有与多个插块配合连接的弧形支撑板,所述弧形支撑板的中部凸出端与插块连接,且弧形支撑板远离插块一侧的两端与内支撑框固定连接,所述内支撑框内间隔设置有多个环形支撑管。本发明具有结构简单、使用方便的优点,有效增加了铝型材整体的强度以及抗压能力,避免型材发生变形的情况,便于使用者使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝型材技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度抗压型铝型材。
背景技术
铝型材具有抗腐蚀性、优良电导率、非铁磁性、优良的可机加工性、可成形性和极高的回收性等特点,不同截面形状的铝材料通过铝棒热熔和挤而得,由于其优良的特性,其在很多行业中都得到了广泛的应用,尤其是在建筑装饰,装潢的行业中,已成为不可或缺的材料之一。现阶段用于加工门窗边框或隔断的型材,基本都采用空腔结构,导致了铝型材的整体强度不够高,在使用过程中容易变形损坏,不便于使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的铝型材的强度较低,容易变形损坏的缺点,而提出的一种高强度抗压型铝型材。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种高强度抗压型铝型材,包括铝型材本体,所述铝型材本体的侧边设置有连接扣,且铝型材本体设置为矩形,所述铝型材本体的内部设置有内支撑框,所述铝型材本体的内侧壁上间隔开设有多个插槽,每个插槽内均插设有插块,所述内支撑框的外侧面间隔设置有与多个插块配合连接的弧形支撑板,所述弧形支撑板的中部凸出端与插块连接,且弧形支撑板远离插块一侧的两端与内支撑框固定连接,所述内支撑框内间隔设置有多个环形支撑管,所述环形支撑管的侧边与内支撑框之间以及位于相邻位置上的两个环形支撑管之间均通过连接块连接。
优选的,所述环形支撑管内设置有保温填充物,且保温填充物设置为保温棉与泡沫塑料的混合物。
优选的,所述铝型材本体的外表面设置有钛合金层。
本发明提出的一种高强度抗压型铝型材,有益效果在于:本发明具有结构简单、使用方便的优点,内支撑框、多个弧形支撑板以及多个环形支撑管均增加了铝型材整体的强度以及抗压能力,避免型材整体发生变形的情况,便于使用者使用;并且内支撑框可根据使用需要从铝型材本体的内部取出,便于使用者根据使用情况调节使用。

参照图1,一种高强度抗压型铝型材,包括铝型材本体1,铝型材本体1的侧边设置有连接扣2,且铝型材本体1设置为矩形,所述铝型材本体1的外表面设置有钛合金层5,这样能够提高型材整体的使用寿命。铝型材本体1的内部设置有内支撑框6,铝型材本体1的内侧壁上间隔开设有多个插槽4,每个插槽4内均插设有插块3,内支撑框6的外侧面间隔设置有与多个插块3配合连接的弧形支撑板7,弧形支撑板7的中部凸出端与插块3连接,且弧形支撑板7远离插块3一侧的两端与内支撑框6固定连接。支撑框6通过多个插块3与铝型材本体1可拆分式连接,便于根据使用需要进行拆卸或安装。支撑框6以及多个弧形支撑板7能够有效从铝型材本体1内部的各个方位对其进行支撑,有效提高了型材整体的强度与抗压性能,便于实际使用。
内支撑框6内间隔设置有多个环形支撑管9,环形支撑管9的侧边与内支撑框6之间以及位于相邻位置上的两个环形支撑管9之间均通过连接块10连接。多个环形支撑管9对内支撑框6具有较好的支撑效果,能够提高型材整体的抗压性能。环形支撑管9内设置有保温填充物8,且保温填充物8设置为保温棉与泡沫塑料的混合物,保温填充物8既能够增加型材整体的保温隔热效果,并且也能够在一定程度上提高环形支撑管9的支撑效果,提高型材整体的抗压性能。

1.一种高强度抗压型铝型材,包括铝型材本体(1),所述铝型材本体(1)的侧边设置有连接扣(2),且铝型材本体(1)设置为矩形,其特征在于,所述铝型材本体(1)的内部设置有内支撑框(6),所述铝型材本体(1)的内侧壁上间隔开设有多个插槽(4),每个插槽(4)内均插设有插块(3),所述内支撑框(6)的外侧面间隔设置有与多个插块(3)配合连接的弧形支撑板(7),所述弧形支撑板(7)的中部凸出端与插块(3)连接,且弧形支撑板(7)远离插块(3)一侧的两端与内支撑框(6)固定连接,所述内支撑框(6)内间隔设置有多个环形支撑管(9),所述环形支撑管(9)的侧边与内支撑框(6)之间以及位于相邻位置上的两个环形支撑管(9)之间均通过连接块(10)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度抗压型铝型材,其特征在于,所述环形支撑管(9)内设置有保温填充物(8),且保温填充物(8)设置为保温棉与泡沫塑料的混合物。
