Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a vitrified tile paving technology, in particular to a stone-like vitrified tile wall paving structure.
Background
Because the existing floor tile production process is advanced, a plurality of floor tiles can achieve the effect of natural stone, so that a plurality of owners like paving and decorating effects of the floor tile to be adhered to the wall surface. The decorative effect of the floor tile pasting wall surface is higher than that of the traditional wall tile pasting wall surface, but the floor tile pasting wall surface is different from ground paving, and the pasting firmness is the most critical because the specification and the weight of the floor tile are relatively large, and one of the most important factors for the safety of the later-stage wall tile is directly influenced.
At present, the floor tile pasting wall surface in domestic building decoration engineering adopts the traditional wall tile pasting construction process flow: base layer treatment, plastering, middle layer treatment, elastic line division, face brick selection, brick dipping, tile sticking, pointing and cleaning. The traditional tile paving is to directly pave and paste cement mortar, but the tile is easy to fall off in a hollowing way, so that the tile can be firmly pasted, the hollowing falling off can be reduced, the cement mortar base layer and the adhesive connecting layer are paved together later, and the tile is gradually and directly paved by the adhesive.
However, in the vertical maintenance, the space is large and complicated, the temperature and the humidity are difficult to control, the maintenance is not in place easily, and the empty dropping is more easily caused by the reason. Meanwhile, the cement or the binder can generate the phenomenon of volume micro shrinkage in the hardening process, if the cement or the binder is directly adhered to a wall surface, the connection part of the weakest binding material and the brick is easy to generate hollows under the action of internal stress in the hardening process of the cement or the binder, and the hollows are directly caused to fall off due to the double reasons of difficult elevation maintenance and self gravity influence of the brick.
