The umbrella-shaped adjustable hoisting structure according to claim 1, further comprising a sleeve, wherein the sleeve is sleeved on the screw rod, two ends of the sleeve are respectively connected with the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece, and the ring buckle is sleeved on the outside of the sleeve.
4. An umbrella-type adjustable lifting structure as claimed in claim 3 wherein said sleeve, said first securing member and said second securing member are integrally formed.

6. The umbrella-type adjustable lifting structure of claim 1, further comprising a second screw sleeve, wherein the second screw sleeve is sleeved on the screw, and wherein the second screw sleeve is located on a side of the second fixing element away from the first fixing element.

An umbrella-shaped adjustable hoisting assembly, which is characterized by comprising angle steel, an adjusting piece and the umbrella-shaped adjustable hoisting structure of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the screw rod penetrates through the angle steel, the adjusting piece is provided with a third internal thread, the adjusting piece is in threaded fit with the screw rod, and the adjusting piece is positioned on one side, away from the second fixing piece, of the angle steel.
