本发明涉及家用热水器领域,具体涉及一种热水器内胆清洁剂的制备方法。
背景技术
热水器就是指通过各种物理原理,在一定时间内使冷水温度升高变成热水的一种装置。按照原理不同可分为电热水器、燃气热水器、太阳能热水器、磁能热水器、空气能热水器,暖气热水器等。热水器内胆的功能是储水,它必须具备保温、耐压、不生锈、无水垢、不渗水的特性。
热水器内胆经过长期使用会积累一定的水垢,尤其是水质偏硬的地区,热水器内胆中会积累大量水锈,而因为热水器内胆不可清洗的原因,电热水器内的污垢长期积累,容易造成热能损耗,且易导致污垢脱落堵塞淋浴喷头,造成热水器的使用故障。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种热水器内胆清洁剂的制备方法,制备得到对长期使用的热水器内胆中积累的水垢、水锈进行清理的清洁剂。
为此,本发明提供一种热水器内胆清洁剂,包括如下步骤:
(1)取聚季铵盐,将其加入到水中,搅拌,使其溶解,得到聚季铵盐溶液;
(2)取十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺,将所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺,加入步骤(1)中所述的聚季铵盐溶液中,充分混合,搅拌,得到混合液;
(3)将步骤(2)中所述混合液静置,使杂质沉淀,最后过滤去除杂质即可。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺加入所述的聚季铵盐溶液中的顺序为依次加入。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺加入所述的聚季铵盐溶液后,在100-150℃下,加热回流2-5h。
优选地,步骤(2)中,还包括加入甲基硅油的步骤。
进一步优选地,步骤(2)中,加入所述甲基硅油的顺序为加入所述烷基氧化后。
优选地,步骤(3)中,静置的时间为1-10h。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述聚季铵盐的用量为1-60重量份;所述水的用量为100-200重量份。

2、本发明所述的热水器内胆清洁剂的制备方法,采用的原料包括十二烷基苯磺酸30-150重量份、乙酸30-100重量份、聚季铵盐1-60重量份、乙酸乙酯10-80重量份、表面活性剂20-80重量份。
十二烷基苯磺酸,其化学式为C18H30O3S,也叫做直链烷基苯、十二苯磺酸。十二烷基苯磺酸是一种阴离子表面活性剂棕色黏稠性液体。其由分子筛脱蜡油与氯气反应生成氯化烷,再与苯缩合合成十二烷基苯,烷基苯用发烟硫酸硫磺化得到十二烷基苯硫酸,可用作氨基烘漆的固化催化剂。乙酸,也叫醋酸、冰醋酸,化学式为CH3COOH,是一种有机一元酸,为食醋主要成分,能溶于水、乙醇、乙醚、四氯化碳及甘油等有机溶剂,稀释后对金属有强烈腐蚀性。聚季铵盐,外观为淡黄色透明液体,无色至微黄色透明液体。聚季铵盐属强阳离子高分子聚合物,在水中有很好的溶解性能。属非氧化性杀菌剂絮凝剂,具有广谱、高效的杀菌灭藻能力,能有效地控制水中菌藻繁殖和粘泥生长,并具有良好的粘泥剥离作用和一定的分散、渗透作用,同时具有一定的去油、除臭能力和缓蚀作用。乙酸乙酯是无色透明液体,低毒性,有甜味,浓度较高时有刺激性气味,易挥发,对空气敏感,能吸水分,使其缓慢水解而呈酸性反应。乙酸乙酯能与氯仿、乙醇、丙酮和乙醚混溶,溶于水,能溶解某些金属盐类。
上述几种物质互相配合制备得到的所述的热水器内胆清洁剂,针对水中常见的各类杂质具有良好的溶解性,能够对长期使用的热水器内胆中积累的水垢、水锈进行清理。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的热水器内胆清洁剂,包括如下重量份的原料:十二烷基苯磺酸30重量份、乙酸100重量份、聚季铵盐1重量份、乙酸乙酯10重量份、烷基氧化胺50重量份、水100重量份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份取所述聚季铵盐,将其加入到水中,搅拌,使其溶解,得到聚季铵盐溶液;
(2)按重量份取所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺,将所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺依次加入步骤(1)中所述的聚季铵盐溶液中,充分混合,搅拌,得到混合液;
(3)将步骤(2)中所述混合液静置,使杂质沉淀,最后过滤去除杂质即可。
由上述制备方法制备得到的所述热水器内胆清洁剂的使用方法如下:
(1)在充满水的热水器内胆中,加入所述热水器内胆清洁剂,所述热水器内胆清洁剂的用量每升水加入50ml;
(2)将热水器内胆中的水加热至80℃,使所述热水器内胆清洁剂在所述热水器内胆中静置3h,再将混合液排出即可。

本实施例的热水器内胆清洁剂,包括如下重量份的原料:十二烷基苯磺酸150重量份、乙酸65重量份、聚季铵盐60重量份、乙酸乙酯80重量份、烷基氧化胺20重量份、水200重量份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份取所述聚季铵盐,将其加入到水中,搅拌,使其溶解,得到聚季铵盐溶液;
(2)按重量份取所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺,将所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺依次加入步骤(1)中所述的聚季铵盐溶液中,充分混合,搅拌,在温度100℃下,加热回流2h,得到混合液;
(3)将步骤(2)中所述混合液静置1h,使杂质沉淀,最后过滤去除杂质即可。
由上述制备方法制备得到的所述热水器内胆清洁剂的使用方法如下:
(1)在充满水的热水器内胆中,加入所述热水器内胆清洁剂,所述热水器内胆清洁剂的用量每升水加入10ml;
(2)将热水器内胆中的水加热至60℃,使所述热水器内胆清洁剂在所述热水器内胆中静置3h,再将混合液排出,重复步骤(1)-(2),1-3次,即可。
实施例3
本实施例的热水器内胆清洁剂,包括如下重量份的原料:十二烷基苯磺酸90重量份、乙酸30重量份、聚季铵盐30重量份、乙酸乙酯45重量份、烷基氧化胺80重量份、水200重量份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份取所述聚季铵盐,将其加入到水中,搅拌,使其溶解,得到聚季铵盐溶液;
(2)按重量份取所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺,将所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺依次加入步骤(1)中所述的聚季铵盐溶液中,充分混合,搅拌,在温度150℃下,加热回流2h,得到混合液;
(3)将步骤(2)中所述混合液静置,使杂质沉淀,最后过滤去除杂质即可。
由上述制备方法制备得到的所述热水器内胆清洁剂的使用方法如下:
(1)在充满水的热水器内胆中,加入所述热水器内胆清洁剂,所述热水器内胆清洁剂的用量每升水加入30ml;
(2)将热水器内胆中的水加热至60℃,使所述热水器内胆清洁剂在所述热水器内胆中静置3h,再将混合液排出,重复步骤(1)-(2),2次,即可。
实施例4
本实施例的热水器内胆清洁剂,包括如下重量份的原料:十二烷基苯磺酸65重量份、乙酸75重量份、聚季铵盐30重量份、乙酸乙酯50重量份、烷基氧化胺25重量份、水150重量份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份取所述聚季铵盐,将其加入到水中,搅拌,使其溶解,得到聚季铵盐溶液;
(2)按重量份取所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺,将所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺依次加入步骤(1)中所述的聚季铵盐溶液中,充分混合,搅拌,在温度130℃下,加热回流4h,得到混合液;
(3)将步骤(2)中所述混合液静置,使杂质沉淀,最后过滤去除杂质即可。
由上述制备方法制备得到的所述热水器内胆清洁剂的使用方法如下:
(1)在充满水的热水器内胆中,加入所述热水器内胆清洁剂,所述热水器内胆清洁剂的用量每升水加入10ml;
(2)将热水器内胆中的水加热至60℃,使所述热水器内胆清洁剂在所述热水器内胆中静置3h,再将混合液排出,重复步骤(1)-(2),1-3次,即可。
实施例5
本实施例的热水器内胆清洁剂,包括如下重量份的原料:十二烷基苯磺酸65重量份、乙酸75重量份、聚季铵盐30重量份、乙酸乙酯50重量份、烷基氧化胺25重量份、甲基硅油10重量份、水150重量份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份取所述聚季铵盐,将其加入到水中,搅拌,使其溶解,得到聚季铵盐溶液;
(2)按重量份取所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺、甲基硅油,将所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺、甲基硅油依次加入步骤(1)中所述的聚季铵盐溶液中,充分混合,搅拌,在温度130℃下,加热回流4h,得到混合液;
(3)将步骤(2)中所述混合液静置1h,使杂质沉淀,最后过滤去除杂质即可。
由上述制备方法制备得到的所述热水器内胆清洁剂的使用方法如下:
(1)在充满水的热水器内胆中,加入所述热水器内胆清洁剂,所述热水器内胆清洁剂的用量每升水加入10ml;
(2)将热水器内胆中的水加热至80℃,使所述热水器内胆清洁剂在所述热水器内胆中静置3h,再将混合液排出,重复步骤(1)-(2),1-3次,即可。
实施例6
本实施例的热水器内胆清洁剂,包括如下重量份的原料:十二烷基苯磺酸65重量份、乙酸75重量份、聚季铵盐30重量份、乙酸乙酯50重量份、烷基氧化胺25重量份、甲基硅油30重量份、水150重量份。
其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份取所述聚季铵盐,将其加入到水中,搅拌,使其溶解,得到聚季铵盐溶液;
(2)按重量份取所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺、甲基硅油,将所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺、甲基硅油依次加入步骤(1)中所述的聚季铵盐溶液中,充分混合,搅拌,在温度130℃下,加热回流6h,得到混合液;
(3)将步骤(2)中所述混合液静置10h,使杂质沉淀,最后过滤去除杂质即可。
由上述制备方法制备得到的所述热水器内胆清洁剂的使用方法如下:
(1)在充满水的热水器内胆中,加入所述热水器内胆清洁剂,所述热水器内胆清洁剂的用量每升水加入10ml;
(2)将热水器内胆中的水加热至60℃,使所述热水器内胆清洁剂在所述热水器内胆中静置3h,再将混合液排出,重复步骤(1)-(2),1-3次,即可。

Claims (9)
1.一种热水器内胆清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)取聚季铵盐,将其加入到水中,搅拌,使其溶解,得到聚季铵盐溶液;
(2)取十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺,将所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺,加入步骤(1)中所述的聚季铵盐溶液中,充分混合,搅拌,得到混合液;
(3)将步骤(2)中所述混合液静置,使杂质沉淀,最后过滤去除杂质即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热水器内胆清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺加入所述的聚季铵盐溶液中的顺序为依次加入。
3.根据权利要求1或2中所述的热水器内胆清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺加入所述的聚季铵盐溶液后,在100-150℃下,加热回流2-5h。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的热水器内胆清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,还包括加入甲基硅油的步骤。
5.根据权利要求4所述的热水器内胆清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,加入所述甲基硅油的顺序为加入所述烷基氧化后。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的热水器内胆清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,静置的时间为1-10h。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的热水器内胆清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述聚季铵盐的用量为1-60重量份;所述水的用量为100-200重量份。
8.根据权利要求7中所述的热水器内胆清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺的用量如下:十二烷基苯磺酸50-80重量份、乙酸50-80重量份、乙酸乙酯30-60重量份、烷基氧化胺20-50重量份。
9.根据权利要求8中所述的热水器内胆清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述十二烷基苯磺酸、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、烷基氧化胺的用量如下:十二烷基苯磺酸65重量份、乙酸75重量份、聚季铵盐30重量份、乙酸乙酯50重量份、烷基氧化胺25重量份。
