技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高低温防老化线束。
背景技术
线束为一定负载源组提供服务设备的总体,如中继线路、交换装置、控制系统等。现有技术中使用的线束在连接完成后由于经常在高低温环境下工作,线束极容易被高低温影响,导致线束损坏,进而导致整个设备的连接出现问题,使用效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有优异的抗老化性、耐低温性、耐高温性、产品质量稳定、强度高、韧性好、防静电性优异的特点的耐高低温防老化线束。
本发明的技术方案是,一种耐高低温防老化线束,由ABS塑料、防老化剂、耐低温剂、耐高温剂、偶联剂、分散剂以及抗静电剂组成,所述耐高低温防老化线束各成分所占重量份数分为别:所述ABS塑料占100份-130份,所述防老化剂占10份-18份,所述耐低温剂占6份-13份,所述耐高温剂占4份-11份,所述偶联剂占15份-23分,所述分散剂占12份-20分,所述抗静电剂占7份-14份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防老化剂为硫代二丙酸二月桂酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐低温剂为聚苯醚。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐高温剂为改性聚苯乙烯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述偶联剂为氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述分散剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗静电剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
本发明所述为一种耐高低温防老化线束,本发明具有优异的抗老化性、耐低温性、耐高温性、产品质量稳定、强度高、韧性好、防静电性优异的特点。
