本发明公开了一种循环风热式污泥处理设备的加热装置,包括圆筒形的后罩壳和前罩壳,前罩壳螺接在后罩壳内,后罩壳的内壁上成型有环形的后挡圈,前罩壳的内壁上成型有环形的前挡圈,前罩壳的前端成型有锥形的导向筒,前罩壳导向筒的前端成型有出风管,后罩壳的后端成型有进风孔,后罩壳上固定有与进风孔相连通的进风管;所述的后罩壳内插接有圆锥形的导风罩,导风罩的内壁上固定有加热盘管,导风罩的底端固定有盖板,导风罩的侧边成型有折边,折边上成型有若干通风孔,导风罩和折边上覆盖有过滤网罩,过滤网罩和导风罩的折边夹持在前罩壳的前挡圈和后罩壳的后挡圈之间。本发明能避免灰尘堆积在加热盘管上,从而保护加热盘管,减小灰尘对加热效率的影响。

技术领域:
本发明涉及污泥处理设备的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种循环风热式污泥处理设备的加热装置。
背景技术:
污泥压出机,是污物净化处理中的设备,即为将污泥挤压呈各种形状的设备,而条形压出机,即是将污泥挤压出成型条状的设备,通过将污泥挤压呈条形能使物料堆积高度一致,增大空隙率,增大污泥与热空气的接触面积,降低热空气穿透干化带时的流阻,能有效提高干化效率。现有污泥压出机的工作原理是通过转动压出机内十字头,改变体积,从而将污泥从拉模板的出料孔中挤出成条形,污泥条便于干燥和堆积,而有些污泥条在干燥过程中采用循环风热的方式进行烘干,而在循环风热过中,其风中会掺杂大量的灰尘,其灰尘会堆积在加热装置的加热盘管上,影响加热盘管的加热效率。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供了一种循环风热式污泥处理设备的加热装置,其能避免灰尘堆积在加热盘管上,从而保护加热盘管,减小灰尘对加热效率的影响。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种循环风热式污泥处理设备的加热装置,包括圆筒形的后罩壳和前罩壳,前罩壳螺接在后罩壳内,后罩壳的内壁上成型有环形的后挡圈,前罩壳的内壁上成型有环形的前挡圈,前罩壳的前端成型有锥形的导向筒,前罩壳导向筒的前端成型有出风管,后罩壳的后端成型有进风孔,后罩壳上固定有与进风孔相连通的进风管;所述的后罩壳内插接有圆锥形的导风罩,导风罩的内壁上固定有加热盘管,导风罩的底端固定有盖板,导风罩的侧边成型有折边,折边上成型有若干通风孔,导风罩和折边上覆盖有过滤网罩,过滤网罩和导风罩的折边夹持在前罩壳的前挡圈和后罩壳的后挡圈之间。
优选的,所述前罩壳上的导向筒圆锥方形和导风罩的圆锥方形相同。
优选的,所述导风罩折边上的通风孔绕导风罩的中心轴线呈环形均匀分布。
优选的,所述过滤网罩的外边夹持在前罩壳的端面和后罩壳的后挡圈之间。
优选的,所述后罩壳上进风孔的孔径等于进风管的孔径。
本发明的有益效果在于:其提出了一种污泥处理设备的加热装置,能避免灰尘堆积在加热盘管上,起到保护加热盘管的作用,从而能减小灰尘对加热效率的影响;同时其加热装置便于拆卸,便于对加热装置的清理。

实施例:见图1所示,一种循环风热式污泥处理设备的加热装置,包括圆筒形的后罩壳1和前罩壳2,前罩壳2螺接在后罩壳1内,后罩壳1的内壁上成型有环形的后挡圈11,前罩壳2的内壁上成型有环形的前挡圈21,前罩壳2的前端成型有锥形的导向筒,前罩壳2导向筒的前端成型有出风管22,后罩壳1的后端成型有进风孔12,后罩壳1上固定有与进风孔12相连通的进风管7;所述的后罩壳1内插接有圆锥形的导风罩3,导风罩3的内壁上固定有加热盘管5,导风罩3的底端固定有盖板4,导风罩3的侧边成型有折边31,折边31上成型有若干通风孔311,导风罩3和折边31上覆盖有过滤网罩6,过滤网罩6和导风罩3的折边31夹持在前罩壳2的前挡圈21和后罩壳1的后挡圈11之间。
所述前罩壳2上的导向筒圆锥方形和导风罩3的圆锥方形相同。
所述导风罩3折边31上的通风孔311绕导风罩3的中心轴线呈环形均匀分布。
所述过滤网罩6的外边夹持在前罩壳2的端面和后罩壳1的后挡圈11之间。
所述后罩壳1上进风孔12的孔径等于进风管7的孔径。
工作原理:本发明为污泥处理设备的加热装置,其将加热盘管5安设在圆锥形的导风罩3内,其导风罩3既能实现气流的导向,同时又能保护安设在导风罩3内的加热盘管5;同时其加热装置内还设置有过滤网罩6,通过过滤网罩6能有效实现灰尘推挤在后罩壳1内,其后罩壳1和前罩壳2旋开后,便于清理。

1.一种循环风热式污泥处理设备的加热装置,包括圆筒形的后罩壳(1)和前罩壳(2),其特征在于:前罩壳(2)螺接在后罩壳(1)内,后罩壳(1)的内壁上成型有环形的后挡圈(11),前罩壳(2)的内壁上成型有环形的前挡圈(21),前罩壳(2)的前端成型有锥形的导向筒,前罩壳(2)导向筒的前端成型有出风管(22),后罩壳(1)的后端成型有进风孔(12),后罩壳(1)上固定有与进风孔(12)相连通的进风管(7);所述的后罩壳(1)内插接有圆锥形的导风罩(3),导风罩(3)的内壁上固定有加热盘管(5),导风罩(3)的底端固定有盖板(4),导风罩(3)的侧边成型有折边(31),折边(31)上成型有若干通风孔(311),导风罩(3)和折边(31)上覆盖有过滤网罩(6),过滤网罩(6)和导风罩(3)的折边(31)夹持在前罩壳(2)的前挡圈(21)和后罩壳(1)的后挡圈(11)之间;
所述过滤网罩(6)的外边夹持在前罩壳(2)的端面和后罩壳(1)的后挡圈(11)之间。
