本发明公开了一种成型汽车标志细长柱形骨位的模具镶件结构,包括凸模1,所述凸模1上设有顶部小、根部大的阶梯轴结构的镶针2,所述凸模1上设有与镶针2相配合的镶针孔11,所述凸模1上设有连通模具型腔和镶针孔11并用于成型汽车标志细长柱形骨位的骨位孔12,所述骨位孔12的孔径小于镶针孔11顶部的孔径,通过在汽车标志的内表面设置细长柱形骨位,提高注塑成型时塑胶的收缩均匀性,防止出现不饱模现象,提高强度;同时,所述镶针孔11为与镶针2相对应的顶部小、根部大的阶梯孔结构,所述骨位孔12的孔径小于镶针孔11顶部的孔径,使得骨位孔12可以采用慢走丝加工,加工时间短,精度高。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种成型汽车标志细长柱形骨位的模具镶件结构。
【背景技术】
生产中,汽车标志因为比较宽薄,注塑时容易产生不均匀收缩或者不饱模现象,需要增加骨位进行改善。
本发明就是基于这种情况作出的。
【发明内容】
本发明目的是克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、可以慢走丝加工的成型汽车标志细长柱形骨位的模具镶件结构。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种成型汽车标志细长柱形骨位的模具镶件结构,其特征在于:包括凸模,所述凸模上设有顶部小、根部大的阶梯轴结构的镶针,所述凸模上设有与镶针相配合的镶针孔,所述凸模上设有连通模具型腔和镶针孔并用于成型汽车标志细长柱形骨位的骨位孔,所述骨位孔的孔径小于镶针孔顶部的孔径。
如上所述的一种成型汽车标志细长柱形骨位的模具镶件结构,其特征在于:所述凸模上设有凸出的并用于成型汽车标志内表面的凹入部分的型芯,所述的骨位孔设于型芯上。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:本发明结构简单,通过在汽车标志的内表面设置细长柱形骨位,提高注塑成型时塑胶的收缩均匀性,防止出现不饱模现象,提高强度;同时,所述镶针孔为与镶针相对应的顶部小、根部大的阶梯孔结构,所述骨位孔的孔径小于镶针孔顶部的孔径,使得骨位孔可以采用慢走丝加工,加工时间短,精度高。
