Background
The clamping mechanism is a device, also called a clamp, used for fixing a processing object in a mechanical manufacturing process so as to enable the processing object to occupy a correct position for receiving construction or detection. In a broad sense, any device used to quickly, conveniently and safely mount a workpiece at any stage in the process may be referred to as a clamping mechanism. The clamping mechanism generally consists of a positioning element (determining the correct position of the workpiece in the fixture), a tool setting guide element (determining the relative position of the tool to the workpiece or guiding the tool direction), an indexing device (enabling the workpiece to finish the machining of a plurality of stations in one installation, including a rotary indexing device and a linear movement indexing device), a connecting element, a clamping mechanism base and the like.
As shown in fig. 3, is a prior art clamping mechanism. The output end of the air cylinder 6 is hinged with a pressing arm 1 through a rotating shaft 12, the air cylinder 6 is fixed with an air cylinder connecting plate 7, one end of a hinge plate 2 is hinged with the pressing arm 1, and the other end of the hinge plate 2 is hinged with the air cylinder connecting plate through a first hinge pin 5; in the prior art, the gravity of the pressing arm self causes the pressing arm to automatically open, so that the plate slides down, the quality and personal safety of the plate are affected, the existing clamping mechanism is single and universal in use, has no self-locking function, has no clamping force after cutting off an air source, and is easy to cause personal injury under the conditions of no air source and improper use.

The invention aims to provide a clamping mechanism passing through a mechanical limiting point, wherein the first hinge pin, the second hinge pin and the fourth hinge pin are arranged in a straight line, so that mechanical limiting is formed, the reliability and the safety of clamping of the mechanism are realized, the safety of people and equipment is ensured, and the problem that the existing clamping mechanism has no clamping force after cutting off an air source is solved.

the invention relates to a clamping mechanism passing through a mechanical limiting point, which comprises a base, wherein a cylinder connecting plate is fixed on the base through bolts; the cylinder connecting plate is movably connected with a hinge plate through a first hinge pin; a connecting piece is fixed on the cylinder connecting plate; the connecting piece is matched with one end of a connecting rod mechanism through a second hinge pin; the hinge plate is matched with one end of the connecting piece through a third hinge pin; one end of the cylinder connecting plate is fixed with a cylinder through a bolt; the output end of the cylinder is hinged with a pressing arm; the pressing arm is matched with the other end of the connecting rod mechanism through a fourth hinge pin; the first hinge pin, the second hinge pin and the fourth hinge pin are positioned in a straight line, so that mechanical limit is formed, and reliability and safety of clamping of the mechanism are realized.
Further, the connecting piece is of a rectangular plate structure, two grooves are formed in one side of the rectangular plate, and a first through hole and a second through hole are sequentially formed in the rectangular plate; the connecting rod mechanism is matched with a second through hole on the connecting piece through a second hinge pin; the hinge plate is matched with the first through hole on the connecting piece through a third hinge pin.
Further, the connecting rod mechanism is a waist-shaped plate, and two through holes are sequentially formed in the waist-shaped plate; the fourth hinge pin is matched with the pressing arm through a through hole on the connecting rod mechanism; the second hinge pin is fitted on the connecting piece through another through hole on the link mechanism.
Further, the base is of an L-shaped plate structure, and a reinforcing rib is arranged at the joint of two side plates of the L-shaped plate.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the first hinge pin, the second hinge pin and the fourth hinge pin are arranged in a straight line, so that mechanical limit is formed, reliability and safety of clamping of the mechanism are realized, the problem that the existing clamping mechanism has no clamping force after cutting off an air source is solved, and safety of people and equipment is ensured.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention is a clamping mechanism passing through a mechanical limiting point, comprising a base 10, wherein a cylinder connecting plate 7 is fixed on the base 10 through bolts; the cylinder connecting plate 7 is movably connected with a hinge plate 2 through a first hinge pin 5; a connecting piece 9 is fixed on the cylinder connecting plate 7; the connecting piece 9 is matched with one end of a connecting rod mechanism 8 through a second hinge pin 4; the hinge plate 2 is matched with one end of the connecting piece 9 through a third hinge pin 11; one end of the cylinder connecting plate 7 is fixed with a cylinder 6 through a bolt; the output end of the air cylinder 6 is hinged with a pressing arm 1; the pressing arm 1 is matched with the other end of the link mechanism 8 through a fourth hinge pin 3; the first hinge pin 5, the second hinge pin 4 and the fourth hinge pin 3 are positioned in a straight line, so that mechanical limit is formed, and the reliability and safety of clamping of the mechanism are realized.
As shown in fig. 2, the connecting piece 9 is a rectangular plate structure, one side of the rectangular plate is provided with two grooves, and the rectangular plate is provided with a first through hole 901 and a second through hole 902 in sequence; the link mechanism 8 is matched with a second through hole 902 on the connecting piece 9 through a second hinge pin 4; the hinge plate 2 is engaged with the first through hole 901 of the link 9 by the third hinge pin 11.
