Abstract
本发明公开一种加温器,属于加热保温设备领域,包括内胆、外壳,所述内胆为导热绝缘材料,外壳为绝热绝缘材料,内胆顶部穿过外壳顶部,内胆顶部设有开口,所述开口设有橡胶盖帽,内胆与外壳之间具有夹层,所述夹层内填充有导热液体,夹层内设有电热元件,所述电热元件与电源接头连接,电源接头设于外壳的侧壁;还包括处理器、温度传感器、报警器。本发明不但具有防止烫伤、均匀加热的功能,还具有保温与报警功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及加热设备领域,尤其涉及一种加温器。
背景技术
日常生活乃至医疗中,为人体输送的营养液往往需要达到一定的温度才适合输入人体,目前营养液是通过用加热夹加热,这种加热存在加热部外露,容易导致烫伤的情况发生,而且还存在加热不均匀、加热效果不理想的情况。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种加温器,具有对营养液更加均匀的加热效果,还具有防止烫伤的作用。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种加温器,包括内胆、外壳,所述内胆为导热绝缘材料,外壳为绝热绝缘材料,内胆顶部密封的穿过外壳顶部,内胆顶部设有开口,所述开口设有橡胶盖帽,内胆与外壳之间具有夹层,所述夹层内填充有导热液体,夹层内设有电热元件。
优选的,所述电热元件为电加热丝。
优选的,所述电热元件为环形,电热元件垂直于内胆,电热元件环绕内胆设置一圈。
优选的,所述电热元件有若干个,若干个电热元件沿内胆轴线方向均匀设置在所述夹层内。
优选的,所述电热元件笔直,电热元件沿平行于内胆的方向设置在所述夹层内。
优选的,所述导热液体为绝缘液体。
优选的,所述内胆1为玻璃或者陶瓷等材料,外壳2为聚苯乙烯泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫等材料
优选的,所述外壳上设有感温区,感温区与所述夹层连通,感温区为感温变色材料。
优选的,所述夹层内设有内胆保持架,内胆保持架安装在外壳内壁上。
进一步的,所述内胆保持架为若干个支撑块,若干个支撑块分别设置与外壳内壁的底部、侧部。
优选的,所述支撑块为橡胶。
优选的,还包括处理器、温度传感器、报警器,所述处理器、报警器设于外壳的侧壁,所述温度传感器设于内胆内,处理器连接所述电热元件、温度传感器、报警器。
进一步的,所述外壳侧壁上设有加热按键、保温按键,加热按键、保温按键均与处理器连接。
本发明结构合理,能够避免烫伤;导热液体及均匀设置的电热元件的设置,具有是营养液均匀受热的作用;处理器、温度传感器、报警器的设置,使加温器便于控制,方便使用。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
如图1-2所示,一种加温器,包括内胆1、外壳2,所述内胆1为导热绝缘材料,外壳2为绝热绝缘材料,内胆1、外壳2均为圆柱形,内胆1、外壳2的顶部均为锥形,内胆1的尺寸小于外壳2的尺寸,内胆1顶部密封的穿过外壳2顶部,内胆1顶部设有开口,所述开口设有橡胶盖帽3,所述橡胶盖帽3为橡胶塞,橡胶盖帽3下端为圆柱形,橡胶盖帽3上端具有向外倾斜的锥度,内胆1与外壳2之间具有夹层,所述夹层内填充有导热液体,夹层内设有若干个电热元件4,所述电热元件4为环形,电热元件4环绕所述内胆1设置一圈,若干个电热元件4沿内胆1轴线方向均匀设置,电热元件4与电源接头连接,电源接头设于外壳2的侧壁。
所述内胆1为玻璃或者陶瓷等材料,外壳2为聚苯乙烯泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫等材料。
还包括处理器、温度传感器、报警器,所述处理器、报警器设于外壳的侧壁,所述温度传感器设于内胆1内,处理器连接所述电热元件4、温度传感器、报警器。
所述外壳侧壁上设有加热按键、保温按键,加热按键、保温按键均与处理器连接。
所述外壳2上设有感温区7,感温区7与所述夹层连通,感温区7为感温变色材料。感温区7在32-38℃是显示笑脸图案,在低于32℃和高于38℃时显示哭脸图案。
所述夹层内设有内胆保持架,内胆保持架安装在外壳2内壁上,所述内胆保持架为若干个橡胶材料的支撑块,若干个支撑块分别设置与外壳2内壁的底部、侧部。
使用时,事先为处理器设置工作温度为32-38℃,再将需要加热的液体倒入内胆1内,将电源接头与电源接通,按下加热按键,此时电热元件4开始工作,因为电热元件4是均匀布置在夹层内的,又有导热液体对热量进行进一步分散,内胆1内的液体在均匀受热调节下开始升温,当温度传感器检测到内胆1内的温度达到32℃时,此时外壳2上的感温区7在感温变色材料的作用下显示笑脸图案,表示内胆1内的温度合适,可以人为按下保温按键,此时处理器控制电热元件4停止加热;同时当温度达到32℃时,使用者也可以不进行保温操作,此时处理器继续控制电热元件4工作,当温度传感器检测到液体温度达到38℃时,处理器自动控制电热元件4停止工作;在上述两种操作下,电热元件4停止工作后,当液体渐渐降温至小于32℃时,处理器再次控制电热元件4工作,为液体加温。同时,为应当液体温度发生异常导致的突发情况,报警器还起到提醒作用,为使用者提供警示。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种加温器,其特征在于:包括内胆(1)、外壳(2),所述内胆(1)为导热绝缘材料,外壳(2)为绝热绝缘材料,内胆(1)顶部密封的穿过外壳(2)顶部,内胆(1)顶部设有开口,所述开口设有橡胶盖帽(3),内胆(1)与外壳(2)之间具有夹层,所述夹层内填充有导热液体,夹层内设有电热元件(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加温器,其特征在于:所述电热元件(4)为环形,电热元件(4)环绕内胆(1)设置一圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种加温器,其特征在于:所述电热元件(4)为电加热丝。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种加温器,其特征在于:所述电热元件(4)有若干个,若干个电热元件(4)沿内胆(1)的轴线方向均匀设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种加温器,其特征在于:所述外壳(2)上设有感温区(7),感温区(7)与所述夹层连通,感温区(7)为感温变色材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种加温器,其特征在于:所述夹层内设有内胆保持架,所述内胆保持架安装在外壳(2)内壁上。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种加温器,其特征在于:还包括处理器、温度传感器、报警器,所述处理器、报警器设于外壳(2)的侧壁,所述温度传感器设于内胆(1)内,处理器连接所述电热元件(4)、温度传感器、报警器。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种加温器,其特征在于:所述外壳(2)侧壁上设有加热按键(5)、保温按键(6),加热按键(5)、保温按键(6)均与处理器连接。
