Detailed Description
With reference to the drawings, the main structure of the position-adjustable clothing system of the workstation 3 is not greatly different from that of the existing clothing system, and only the arrangement mode of the workstation 3 is different. The clothing system structurally comprises a circular rail 5 and a driving chain which is arranged in parallel with the circular rail 5, wherein the circular rail 5 is suspended by a supporting device, and a chain wheel which is connected with the driving chain in a lap joint way is also connected with the supporting device. The support device can be a support built by aluminum profiles, the support is vertically fixed on the ground, the annular rail 5 and the chain wheel are connected to the support, and the support enables the annular rail 5 and the driving chain to be in a state of leaving the ground. The supporting device can also comprise a connecting frame constructed by sectional materials, the ring rail 5 and the chain wheel are connected on the connecting frame, and the connecting frame is fixed on the roof 2 in the factory building by a plurality of stay ropes or rod-type structures, so that the ring rail 5 and the driving chain are suspended in midair.

The extension head can also be replaced by a swing head hinged on the guide rail 31, and the swing head is driven by the air cylinder to realize the lap joint or disconnection with the annular rail 5. A movable lowering mechanism is arranged at the outlet end of the guide rail 31, and when the clothes hanger is lifted to a high-point position by a lifting arm in the workstation 3, the clothes hanger naturally slides down along the lowering mechanism and transits to the circular rail 5 so as to carry out sewing of the next procedure.
The support body 32 and the support device are of a split structure, the support body 32 and the support device are not directly connected and fixed, and each work station 3 can move relative to the support device. A limiting device is arranged on the outer side of the annular rail 5, and the limiting device extends at least along the length direction of the annular rail 5. The limiting device is used for supporting the workstation 3, and specifically, the supporting body 32 is fixedly connected to the limiting device, so that the whole position of the workstation 3 is fixed. However, the support body 32 is detachably connected with the limiting device, that is, when the position of the workstation 3 needs to be moved, the connecting structure is released, so that the workstation 3 moves on the limiting device, and the position of the workstation 3 in the length direction of the circular rail 5 can be adjusted. The adjustment generally means that the distance between the work stations 3 is reduced, so that a space can be reserved outside the ring rail 5, and the other work stations 3 are additionally arranged on the limiting device so as to adapt to the sewing requirement of clothing with complex procedures; or a new workbench such as an ironing table and a overlock table is arranged in the space so as to adapt to the fact that the garment can be ironed and overlocked in time after a certain process is sewn, and the special sewing process requirement of the garment is met.
The limiting device can be in two structural forms, one is a fixed rod directly anchored on the plant roof 2 or the ground through anchoring parts such as expansion bolts, and the fixed rod is parallel to the circular rail 5 so as to adapt to the position movement requirement of the workstation 3. The supporting body 32 is detachably connected with the fixed rod through a supporting rod, the supporting rod is bridged between the limiting device and the supporting body 32, and the number of the supporting rods is generally at least two which are arranged in parallel at intervals; the other is: the limiting device comprises cross bars 4 which are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the circular rail 5, the cross bars 4 are in an overhead state, and the supporting body 32 is connected to the cross bars 4. The cross bars 4 are shown in pairs, and the two cross bars 4 in a pair are arranged in parallel and at intervals. Each support 32 is bridged on two crossbars 4, and the position stability of the support 32 on the two crossbars 4 can be ensured.
There are two forms of connection for the cross bar 4, one is that the cross bar 4 is suspended by the boom 1 to be fixed on the roof 2, and the other is that the cross bar 4 is suspended by the column to be arranged on the ground in the factory building.
The support body 32 is generally connected with the cross rod 4 in a clamping way, that is, the clamping opening is formed in the support body 32 and clamped on the cross rod 4, an adjusting bolt is arranged on the clamping opening, and the clamping degree between the clamping opening and the cross rod 4 can be changed by rotating the adjusting bolt, so that the clamping opening and the cross rod 4 can be loosened, or the clamping opening is clamped on the cross rod 4, and the workstation 3 is stabilized at the corresponding position of the circular rail 5. The support body 32 and the cross bar 4 can also adopt a rack-and-pinion structure, and can be manually moved when moving, so that the workstation 3 stably moves on the cross bar 4. The movable connection between the support body 32 and the cross bar 4 can be realized in a roller sliding rail mode, and the fixation between the workstation 3 and the cross bar 4 is realized through the arrangement of a top-pressing type clamping mechanism.
As another embodiment, the limiting device may be a combination of the two modes, that is, the limiting device includes a fixed rod fixed on the roof 2 or the ground, the outside of the ring rail 5 is overhead provided with a cross rod 4, the support body 32 is movably connected with the fixed rod through a support rod, and the support body 32 is connected on the cross rod 4.
