Abstract
An ultra-silent single-cylinder air-cooled diesel generator set comprises a box body, a generator, an air-cooled diesel engine and a muffler, an axial-flow exhaust fan is fixed at the front end of the box body, and cold air is sucked from the rear end of the box body to thoroughly cool the generator set. The front end of the air-cooled diesel engine is fixedly provided with a partition plate, and the axial flow exhaust fan is fixed on the partition plate. The invention improves on the basis of the existing single-cylinder air-cooled diesel generator set, cancels the inherent fan of the air-cooled diesel engine on the basis of not changing the connection relation between the generator and the air-cooled diesel engine, changes the fan into an axial flow exhaust fan fixed on a partition plate, radically changes the cooling mode of the air-cooled diesel generator set, after the positive pressure blowing in the prior art is changed into a negative pressure suction cooling mode, cold air enters from the rear end of the box body, passes through the generator and the air-cooled diesel engine, takes away heat and timely discharges the box body, keeps the low temperature in the box body, and ensures the normal work of the diesel engine.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a generator set, in particular to a single-cylinder air-cooled diesel generator set.
Background
The air-cooled F-shaped diesel engine belongs to a medium-high speed engine, has high noise, adopts an air-cooled single-cylinder diesel engine as a generator set made of power, and is increased with an interlayer and silencing cotton inside in order to reduce noise and keep manufacturing cost as low as possible, so that the air-cooled F-shaped diesel engine is originally compact in design, is more dense and air-impermeable and has more serious overheat phenomenon. Especially in subtropical regions, tropical regions are used, and the problem of high temperature alarm is common. In order to solve the heat dissipation problem, a structure as shown in fig. 1 to 4 is adopted, the forward direction of the wheels below the box is taken as the front end, the fan 110 of the air-cooled diesel engine 11 is positioned at the front end, a positive pressure blowing and passive exhaust cooling mode is adopted, the air inlet of the air-cooled diesel engine is three, the first air inlet 111 of the air-cooled diesel engine is positioned at the front end of the box, the second air inlet 112 of the air-cooled diesel engine is positioned at the right front end of the box, the third air inlet 113 of the air-cooled diesel engine is positioned at the left front end of the box, the first air inlet 121 of the generator is positioned at the left rear end of the box, the second air inlet 122 of the generator is positioned at the right rear end of the box, the generator air flow direction is indicated as 16 in fig. 2, the generator flows towards the air-cooled diesel engine direction, the air-cooled diesel engine air flows 17 are combined to form combined air flow 167, and the combined air flows towards the muffler 15 direction, and the air outlet 13 on the upper surface of the rear end is discharged. The generator set has more air inlets, is distributed in a plurality of places and has poor sound insulation effect.
The generator used by the generator set has the air outlet in the middle, and the air outlet of the F186 air-cooled diesel engine is also in the middle, so that the generator and the air outlet are mutually interfered, and the cooling effect is reduced. F186 forced air cooling diesel engine adopts the malleation to blow, and the cooling mode of airing exhaust passively, and the hot air circulates in the silence box, leads to the box internal temperature too high, has dead angle and side to leak when supplying air simultaneously, and the cooling is not thorough.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of large noise and poor cooling effect of the conventional generator set and provides a silent and rapid cooling ultra-silent single-cylinder air-cooled diesel generator set.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that the ultra-silent single-cylinder air-cooled diesel generator set comprises a box body, a generator, an air-cooled diesel engine and a muffler, and is characterized in that: an axial-flow exhaust fan is fixed at the front end of the box body, and cold air is sucked from the rear end of the box body to thoroughly cool the generator set.
The front end of the air-cooled diesel engine is fixedly provided with a partition plate, and the axial flow exhaust fan is fixed on the partition plate.
The invention improves on the basis of the existing single-cylinder air-cooled diesel generator set, cancels the inherent fan of the air-cooled diesel engine on the basis of not changing the connection relation between the generator and the air-cooled diesel engine, changes the axial flow exhaust fan fixed on the partition plate, fundamentally changes the cooling mode of the air-cooled diesel generator set, changes the positive pressure blowing in the prior art into the negative pressure sucking cooling mode, and then cold air enters from the rear end of the box body, passes through the generator and the air-cooled diesel engine and the muffler, takes away heat and timely discharges the box body, keeps the low temperature in the box body, and ensures the normal work of the diesel engine.
An air inlet hole is formed in the rear end panel of the box body, an air inlet channel is formed in the rear end of the box body, and an air outlet hole is formed in the rear end of the left side plate of the box body.
And a plurality of air duct clapboards are arranged in the rear end space of the box body, and the air inlet duct is arranged into a labyrinth air inlet duct. The leakage of sound is blocked by the turned air duct, so that the aim of silence is fulfilled.
On the other hand, the invention only sets an air inlet on the back end surface, and eliminates all other air inlets, reduces the channels with the outside, and is beneficial to sound insulation. Further, the air passes through the labyrinth air inlet duct to block the transmission of sound to the maximum extent, and the silencing effect is further improved.
The left side of the generator and the air-cooled diesel engine is provided with a muffler baffle, the muffler baffle is connected with a partition plate, the generator and the air-cooled diesel engine are sealed among the muffler baffle, the partition plate, a box right side plate and a box rear side plate, and the muffler is fixed between the muffler baffle and the box left side plate.
The air inlet or the air inlet channel is provided with a filter device. To purify the intake air.
According to the invention, the positive pressure blowing in the prior art is changed into a negative pressure suction cooling mode, cold air enters from the rear end of the box body, passes through the generator and the air-cooled diesel engine, takes away heat and timely discharges the box body, so that the low temperature in the box body is maintained, and the normal operation of the diesel engine is ensured. The air inlet is reduced, and the channels with the outside are reduced, so that sound insulation is facilitated. The air inlet duct is designed into a labyrinth type, so that the transmission of sound is blocked to the maximum extent, and the silencing effect is further improved.

The front end of the generator set is taken as the advancing direction of the generator set, a person stands in front of the generator set back to the generator set, one end, opposite to the front end of the box body, far away from the human body is taken as the rear end of the generator set, the left side of the person is taken as the left end of the generator set, and the right side of the person is taken as the right end of the generator set.
Referring to fig. 5-8, which are schematic diagrams of embodiment 1, an ultra-silent single-cylinder air-cooled diesel generator set is the same as the existing silent single-cylinder air-cooled diesel generator set, and includes a box 20, a chassis 21, a generator 12, an air-cooled diesel engine 11 and a muffler 15, where the air-cooled diesel engine 11 and the generator 12 are assembled and then fixed on the chassis 21. Except that the rear side plate of the box body 20 is provided with an air inlet 23, the rear part of the left side plate is provided with an air outlet 24, the fan of the air-cooled diesel engine 11 is omitted, the fan is replaced by an axial flow type exhaust fan 22, the front end of the air-cooled diesel engine 11 is provided with a partition plate 25, and the axial flow type exhaust fan 22 is fixed on the partition plate 25.
The left ends of the air-cooled diesel engine and the generator are connected with a muffler baffle plate 26 and a partition plate 25, the generator 12 and the air-cooled diesel engine are sealed among the muffler baffle plate 26, the partition plate 25, a box right side plate and a box rear side plate, and the muffler 15 is fixed between the muffler baffle plate 26 and the box left side plate.
An air duct partition plate I231 and an air duct partition plate II 232 are further arranged between the rear side plate of the box body and the generator to form a labyrinth air duct.
When the axial-flow exhaust fan works, cold air enters from an air inlet 23 at the rear end of the box body, passes through the labyrinth air duct, flows through the generator 12 and the air-cooled diesel engine 11, takes away the temperature of the cold air and the air-cooled diesel engine to become hot air, and continuously moves towards an exhaust port 24 after passing through the axial-flow exhaust fan 22, and is discharged from the exhaust port 24 after passing through the high-temperature muffler 15 to reduce the temperature of the muffler 15.
The high-temperature muffler 15 is arranged at a position far away from the air inlet 23 and the generator 12, cold air enters from the low-heat generator 12, passes through the medium-heat air-cooled diesel engine 11 and finally is partially discharged through the high-heat muffler 15, so that the cooling efficiency is maximized, and the high-temperature problem of the unit is thoroughly solved.
In embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 9, an air inlet duct can be additionally provided with an air duct partition board, an air duct partition board I231, an air duct partition board II 232 and an air duct partition board III 233 are further arranged between the rear side plate of the box body and the generator, a labyrinth air duct is formed, and a filtering device is arranged on the air inlet or the air inlet duct. The remaining undescribed portions are the same as in example 1.
