Description

Water-based texture wall membrane coating and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings for interior decoration, in particular to a water-based texture wall film coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In modern buildings, interior decoration is an important link, and wall decoration in interior decoration is a key link, and directly influences the attractiveness, durability, water resistance, aging resistance and the like of interior decoration.
In the prior art, wall decoration generally adopts two ways: firstly, wall paper is used, although wall paper in the prior art has abundant patterns, the wall surface has higher aesthetic property, but the wall paper has weak durability and is usually required to be replaced for about 5 years; in addition, the wall paper needs to be adhered to a wall by using an adhesive material, and the adhesive material contains volatile chemical substances, so that on one hand, indoor air pollution is easily caused, and on the other hand, the wall surface is easily mildewed and speckles appear; on one hand, the construction period is long, and the construction cost is high.
Secondly, the wall surface coating is used, the wall surface coatings on the market at present are various and can overcome the defects of the wall paper to a certain extent, however, the existing wall surface coating cannot well penetrate into fine cracks of the wall surface, so that the common problems of covering and cracking of the existing wall surface coating to the fine cracks of the wall surface, scratch resistance of the protective wall surface, washing and brushing resistance of the clean wall surface, peeling and mildew of the wall surface in wet weather and the like cannot be comprehensively and effectively solved; secondly, in the prior art, the wall surface needs to be treated when the wall surface coating is carried out, particularly the wall surface coated with the coating, which greatly increases the workload of the coating process.
Thirdly, due to poor plasticity of the existing wall paint, the phenomenon of single pattern after wall decoration is caused, and the aesthetic feeling of rich patterns caused by using wall paper is lacked.
In the prior art, in order to improve the decorative performance of the coated wall surface, a texture wall film which can form a stable pattern on the wall surface and can repair the wall surface to a certain extent is developed, for example, Chinese patent CN103254697A discloses 'an aqueous texture wall film coating and a construction method thereof', which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 31-35% of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 30% of superfine triple superphosphate, 10-18% of titanium dioxide, 1.2-1.8% of ethylene glycol, 0.8-1.5% of film-forming additive, 0.15-0.25% of pH regulator, 0.3-0.7% of dispersant, 0.15-0.21% of defoaming agent, 0.08% of anticorrosive insecticide, 0.8-2% of thickening agent and 16-22% of water. But the paint can not directly act on the coated wall surface, and the coated wall surface has poor smoothness.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a water-based texture wall film coating and a preparation method thereof, the water-based texture wall film coating can directly act on a coated wall surface, a stable pattern is formed on the wall surface, and the coated wall surface has water resistance, scratch resistance and lasting stability.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the invention adopts the specific technical scheme that the water-based texture wall film coating comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is (3-7): (2-5);

Advantageous effects
The water-based texture wall membrane coating is obtained by setting a component A and a component B and adopting two steps; wherein the component A is mainly used for permeating the wall surface to be coated and attaching and crosslinking the component A to the originally coated wall surface; the component A mainly comprises a penetrant, epoxy modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, Arabic gum, rosin and a self-crosslinking polymer which synergistically permeate an original coating layer of a wall surface, are attached to a wall surface substrate and simultaneously form a certain crosslinking structure, so that the original coating layer is stabilized, cracks of the wall body are filled, a base film is provided for the coating, and lactose plays a role in assisting in bonding the original coating layer in the process; and the shell powder and the microcrystalline cellulose realize the comprehensive color shading and covering of the original coating layer, and the lactose not only avoids the crystallization of the base film at low temperature, but also improves the viscosity of each component in the component A and simultaneously improves the binding force between the component A and the component B.
Firstly, the shell powder and part of organic matters (organic matters and lactose formed after interaction between rosin and Arabic gum, epoxy modified styrene-acrylic emulsion and self-crosslinking polymer) in the semi-solidified component A have the function of adsorbing/bonding the pigment, so that the color of the pattern can be stably stored on the wall surface; and then directly coating the component B on the wall surface after the pattern is drawn, wherein the component B can not cause the rendering of the pattern due to the large acting force of partial components in the component A on organic pigment or inorganic pigment, and simultaneously the component B has certain transparency so as to play a role in protecting the pattern, so that the pattern can be stable and exist for a long time after the coating is finished.
The component B contains cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion, diacetone acrylamide, rosin, microcrystalline cellulose, transparent powder and epoxy resin, and the combined action of the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion, the diacetone acrylamide, the rosin, the microcrystalline cellulose, the transparent powder and the epoxy resin can improve the performances of hardness, water resistance, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, static resistance, mildew resistance and the like of a coating after coating. Wherein, the diacetone acrylamide not only plays a role in promoting the curing of the epoxy resin, but also promotes the component B to be partially permeated into the component A and even to a wall substrate. The rosin not only promotes the binding force of the component B and the component A, but also promotes all the components of the component B to be uniformly coated on the component A together with the microcrystalline cellulose.
Meanwhile, the coated wall surface has excellent antistatic performance (the conductivity is 1600-‐1) Water resistance (no change after 45 days of water immersion), scratch resistance (0 grade of a hundred-grid test), and simulation performance (99% similarity to wallpaper).
