技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制作金属瓦楞板的超高钒高速钢压辊的制备工艺。
背景技术
瓦楞板也称压型板,是采用冷轧彩涂板/涂锌板通过冷压弯曲成型的各种波浪形的压型板。瓦楞板具有质轻、高强度、色泽丰富、施工快捷方便、抗震、防火、防雨的特点,大量应用于汽车条饰、家电、工业建筑、仓库、特种建筑、大跨度钢结房屋的屋面、墙面及外墙装饰。传统的瓦楞板轧辊采用锻钢材质,不能保证深孔型的淬硬深度,压型磨损不一致,影响表面质量和板型质量。传统的锻钢材质要通过熔炼、还原、脱气、浇坯、退火、锻压、调质、淬火、回火等多道工序,能源消耗大,过程污染严重,而且成本高,不符合国家治污防污的绿色环保政策。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种污染小、能降低成本、硬度落差低,孔型表面质量光滑的制作金属瓦楞板的超高钒高速钢压辊的制备工艺。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种用于制作金属瓦楞板的超高钒高速钢轧辊的制备工艺:
步骤一:确定化学成分:该用于制作金属瓦楞板的超高钒高速钢压辊的外层、中间层、辊颈的化学成分为:外层化学成分C:3.0-3.6%;Si:0.5-1.5%;Mn:0.3-0.5%;Cr:2.0-4.0%;Mo:3.0-5.0%;V:11.0-13.0%;Co:0.3-0.5%;B:0.5-0.6%;P≤0.035%;S≤0.03%;中间层化学成分C:1.0-1.5%;Si:1.0-1.5%;Mn:0.5-1.6%;Cr≤0.3%;Mo:0.2-0.5%;Ni:0.5-1.6%;辊颈化学成分C:2.5-2.8%;Si:2.0-3.0%;Mn:0.5-1.0%;Cr≤0.2%;Mo:0.1-0.4%;Ni:1.5-2.0%;Mg≥0.03%;余量为Fe及少量残余元素;
步骤二:浇注;采用离心浇注,浇注过程采用钢水防氧化剂全覆盖铁水表面;采用陶瓷过滤网过滤钢水内细小非金属夹杂和未溶合金氧化物颗粒;
步骤三:冷开箱中温热处理:冷开箱粗车辊身,800℃-850℃中温处理,保温5h,风冷至常温。
所述步骤二中,浇注用的底箱和冒口箱使用回收率90%以上的酚醛树脂砂造型,然后刷2-3遍醇基锆英粉涂料并点火烘干,无需进炉烘烤。
所述步骤二中,浇注用的金属辊模表面抛光,然后喷涂0.2-0.5mm厚石墨醇基涂料。
所述步骤二中,钢水防氧化剂为:在铁水表面表面加入3-4mm厚的O型玻璃渣。
所述步骤二中,采用低重力倍数转速,1500℃高温浇注。
步骤四:炉内520-570℃恒温5-8h,炉冷至常温。
所述轧辊基体金相组织为:以马氏体、V4C3、VC、VNC、Mo2C为主,无Fe3C共晶碳化物,残余奥氏体≤3%。
所述轧辊表面硬度HSC68-70,硬度均匀性≤1HSC,工作层内硬度落差≤1HSC,辊颈抗拉强度≥580Mpa。
采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下的积极的效果:(1)本发明通过离心铸造成型、特殊的中温热处理得到超高钒高速钢,该产品硬度落差低,孔型表面质量光滑,制备过程可降低对环境的污染,可降低30%的生产成本,提高80%的使用寿命。
(2)本发明的钒可以大量固溶于铁中,起到结晶密实,有效硬化材料的基体,能防止晶粒粗大有助于结晶组织细微化,并能提高淬火性能。
(3)本发明浇注用的底箱和冒口箱使用回收率90%以上的酚醛树脂砂造型,然后刷2-3遍醇基锆英粉涂料并点火烘干,无需进炉烘烤,造型后直接使用,落砂后回收利用,无粉尘和固废料排放。
(4)本发明金属辊模抛光喷涂0.2-0.5mm厚石墨醇基涂料,无需进窑烘烤,不产生废料。与传统离心铸造金属模涂料相比,具有简单、高效、节能等优点。
(5)本发明针对高钒易氧化的特点,浇注过程采用钢水防氧化剂全覆盖,玻璃渣接触高温铁水后呈液态并浮于表面,起到于铁水于空气隔离的作用。
(6)本发明添加中间层过渡,避免离心浇注工作层和辊颈的结合不良。
(7)本发明采用低重力倍数转速,减少合金钒的偏析。
具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例的用于制作金属瓦楞板的超高钒高速钢轧辊的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一:确定化学成分:该用于制作金属瓦楞板的超高钒高速钢压辊的外层、中间层、辊颈的化学成分为:外层化学成分C:3.0-3.6%;Si:0.5-1.5%;Mn:0.3-0.5%;Cr:2.0-4.0%;Mo:3.0-5.0%;V:11.0-13.0%;Co:0.3-0.5%;B:0.5-0.6%;P≤0.035%;S≤0.03%;中间层化学成分C:1.0-1.5%;Si:1.0-1.5%;Mn:0.5-1.6%;Cr≤0.3%;Mo:0.2-0.5%;Ni:0.5-1.6%;辊颈化学成分C:2.5-2.8%;Si:2.0-3.0%;Mn:0.5-1.0%;Cr≤0.2%;Mo:0.1-0.4%;Ni:1.5-2.0%;Mg≥0.03%;余量为Fe及少量残余元素;
步骤二:浇注;采用低重力倍数转速离心浇注,1500℃高温浇注,浇注过程采用在铁水表面表面加入3-4mm厚的O型玻璃渣,玻璃渣接触高温铁水后呈液态并浮于表面,起到于铁水于空气隔离的作用。采用陶瓷过滤网过滤钢水内细小非金属夹杂和未溶合金氧化物颗粒;浇注用的底箱和冒口箱使用回收率90%以上的酚醛树脂砂造型,然后刷2-3遍醇基锆英粉涂料并点火烘干,无需进炉烘烤。浇注用的金属辊模表面抛光,然后喷涂0.2-0.5mm厚石墨醇基涂料。采用,。
步骤三:冷开箱中温热处理:冷开箱粗车辊身,800℃-850℃中温处理,保温5h,风冷至常温。
步骤四:炉内520-570℃恒温5-8h,炉冷至常温。
