Description

Vending machine and product storage state detection method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of vending machines, and particularly relates to a vending machine and a method for detecting a product storage state.
Background
The vending machine is a device for realizing the autonomous and automatic transaction of commodities, has a long history in the market, is quite widely and generally applied, and is mainly distributed in regions with dense pedestrian flow, such as railway stations, bus stations, airports, schools, markets and other public places. The vending machine is a common commercial automation device, is not limited by time and place, can save manpower and facilitate transaction, and is a brand new commercial retail form, namely a micro supermarket with 24-hour business. Can be divided into three types according to the application: beverage vending machines, food vending machines, and integrated vending machines.
With the development of internet technology, the traditional industry is also undergoing profound changes. The internet technology plays an increasingly important role in the production, research and development, sales, service and data decision analysis links.
Generally, a method for acquiring product specification information includes that after an e-commerce receives a keyword of a product input by a user on a network mall of a local client, the local client sends request information to a server, the request information is used for acquiring product specification information corresponding to the keyword of the product input by the user, then the server inquires the product specification information associated with the keyword of the product, and returns an inquiry result to the user. Generally, a server sends product specification query results to a local client in a multi-time manner, and the product specification query results are displayed on the local client in a paging manner for a user to select.
However, in the above method, when the number of all product specifications is very large, the amount of information of the product specification list corresponding to the product keywords input by the user is large, so the query of the server and the return transmission speed of the query result are slow, and after the paging display mode is adopted, the user needs to click repeatedly to query many times, the product specification list displayed by the server may contain the product specifications required by the user, and the query efficiency and accuracy are poor.
In view of the above technical problems, it is desirable to improve the same.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the vending machine with simple structure, convenient use and high automation degree and the detection method of the storage state of the product.
In order to achieve the above purposes, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a vending machine includes a vending machine body; the vending machine body comprises a storage device and a control device; the storage device comprises at least one group of horizontal shelves, and at least one group of channels are arranged on the horizontal shelves; each channel is separated by a mounting partition disposed along the partition; the control device comprises a calculator, a communication module and a server module.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the horizontal shelves are equidistantly arranged from top to bottom along the vending machine body, and four horizontal shelves are fixedly arranged in the vending machine body.
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the channel comprises a tray; the tray comprises a group of slots and a strip; the strip is provided with a plurality of photoelectric sensors which are distributed at equal intervals along the strip.
A method for detecting a product storage status of a vending machine, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: the system is used for acquiring product information selected by a user; the product information includes: product series information; the product series information includes: a body member and an accessory member;
specifically, when a local client receives a request message of product information selected by a user, the request message is firstly sent to a server so as to request all product specification information related to the product information from the server; then, the server inquires an analysis engine corresponding to the product information of the request message according to the request message of the product information selected by the user, orders the analysis engine to analyze the request message to obtain an analysis result, inquires all product specification information related to the product information according to the analysis result, and sends the product specification information to the local client. Wherein the overall product specification information includes overall product specification information for a series of products associated with the product information;
step two: positioning product data information which is related to the product information and is sent by a server module according to the product information, receiving the product data information which is inquired according to the product information and is sent by the server module, and presetting the product data information as a local data source;
step three: the photoelectric sensors are arranged on the strips at the slots on the tray, the strips are positioned below the conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt cannot block light beams emitted by the photoelectric sensors through special design; a narrow band is arranged in the middle of the tray; the strip may in this case be mounted longitudinally on either side of the tray; if coil distribution is adopted, strips of the photoelectric sensors can be arranged below the coil to detect whether products exist or not according to the positions of the photoelectric sensors;
step four: the aligned sensors at the tray and strip carrying the product information are inserted into the channels of the storage device; the female connector of the transmission assembly is connected to a power socket at the rear end of the tray; the connection comprises a power supply, a grounding circuit, a signal input circuit and a signal output circuit;
step five: signals of the photoelectric sensors of the slots of the trays and signals of other trays in different shelves and channels are sent to a computer for counting; the photo sensor beam being disturbed indicates the presence of product in the slot; if no interference occurs, it indicates that the slot is empty;
step six: the number of products in all channels and shelves can be calculated by an algorithm in the computer.
Extracting a plurality of said sub-selection information associated with said product information from said local data source of step two; the product data information includes one or more of: product rule information (component information, component attributes, attribute options, constraint rules, parameter mapping rules, material code mapping rules and picture document mapping rules), product basic information (component price, component picture and component-related document) and product business information.
Another possible scenario described from step five is: the photoelectric sensor fails, and therefore, authorized restockers must ensure that the final actual product count matches the count made by the computer; if the photoelectric sensor fails, the sensor which fails is only required to be pulled out from the strip at the bottom of the tray and replaced by a sensor which normally operates.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention has simple structure, high automation degree and difficult damage;
2. through the cooperation use between controlling means and the storage device, control the sensor by controlling means to make the operation of vending machine more nimble, convenient, simultaneously, can conveniently detect vending machine and product storage state.
3. The product specification information can accurately position the product required by the user, the user does not need to search the product with the specification required to be purchased again, great convenience is provided for the user, the data information quantity corresponding to the information selected by the user is greatly reduced, and the query and query result display transmission speed is accelerated.
