Abstract
本发明涉及一种空气净化装置。本发明所述风机一的排气管设置在净化液内,所述环形管道与风机二的排气管相连,环形管道的出口端与加压泵相连,所述中空层右侧依次设置有活性炭层、气味处理层、臭氧处理层、杀菌室、消毒室和紫外线灯室,净化液初步对空气中含有的颗粒物进行处理,然后再通过活性炭层进一步处理,处理的干净彻底;后面的过滤层依次对空气进行杀菌消毒,使空气变得更加健康;最后再将空气中含有的净化液通过加热管进行干燥;并且,该装置结构设计合理,适用方便,具有广泛应用,适合推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保设备技术领域,特别是一种空气净化装置。
背景技术
近年来,空气污染问题越来越严重,而雾霾问题更是成为人们议论的焦点,每年因大气污染而死亡的人数比交通事故死亡的人数还多,而出门戴口罩、回家开空气净化器已成为很多人“抗霾”的方法,从而使得空气净化器的市场迅速膨胀,但目前市面上的一些主流空气净化器,其净化效率、空气净化的效果并不能很好满足人们的需求,并且成本较高,不利于市场推广。
就光触媒而言,能迅速杀灭空气中的细菌,从而达到空气净化的作用,净化效果虽好,但也有其缺点。它使用时需要空气净化装置,普遍存在成本高、耗能较高、净化效果不佳、净化效率低、使用过程中噪音较大、维护不便等问题,对于空气日益严重的今天,现有的大部分空气净化装置,已无法很好的满足人们的净化需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种空气净化装置。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种空气净化装置,包括进风管道、环形管道和风机B,所述进风管道安装在风机A上,风机A的排气管安装在净化液内,排气管上安装有止回阀,风机B的进气管安装在装有净化液的空间内,所述风机B的排气管与环形管道一端相连,环形管道的另一端与加压泵相连,加压泵的出气管道与中空层相连,所述中空层右侧安装有活性炭层,活性炭层右侧安装有气味处理层,气味处理层右侧安装有臭氧处理层,臭氧处理层右侧设置有杀菌室,杀菌室右侧设置有消毒室,消毒室右侧设置有紫外线灯室,紫外线灯室内安装有紫外线灯,紫外线灯室右侧设置有加热管,加热管右侧设置有出口,出口上安装有风机C,风机C的排气管安装在室内。
所述紫外线灯设置有数个。
优选的,所述加热管设置有数个。
优选的,所述活性炭层,气味处理层、臭氧处理层、杀菌室和消毒室下端均通过螺钉固定在净化装置本体上。
优选的,所述加热管温度设置为80~200摄氏度。
优选的,所述净化液空间上方设置有开口。
优选的,所述净化液表面设置有浮标。
优选的,加压泵设置在环形管道下方。
本发明具有以下优点:(1)所述风机一的排气管设置在净化液内,所述环形管道与风机二的排气管相连,环形管道的出口端与加压泵相连,所述中空层右侧依次设置有活性炭层、气味处理层、臭氧处理层、杀菌室、消毒室和紫外线灯室,净化液初步对空气中含有的颗粒物进行处理,然后再通过活性炭层进一步处理,处理的干净彻底;后面的过滤层依次对空气进行杀菌消毒,使空气变得更加健康;最后再将空气中含有的净化液通过加热管进行干燥;(2)并且,该装置结构设计合理,适用方便,具有广泛应用,适合推广使用。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
如图1所示,一种空气净化装置,包括进风管道1、环形管道5和风机B4,所述进风管道1安装在风机A2上,风机A2的排气管安装在净化液13内,排气管上安装有止回阀3,风机B4的进气管安装在装有净化液13的空间内,所述风机B4的排气管与环形管道5一端相连,环形管道5的另一端与加压泵14相连,加压泵14的出气管道与中空层相连,所述中空层右侧安装有活性炭层6,活性炭层6右侧安装有气味处理层7,气味处理层7右侧安装有臭氧处理层8,臭氧处理层8右侧设置有杀菌室9,杀菌室9右侧设置有消毒室10,消毒室10右侧设置有紫外线灯室11,紫外线灯室11内安装有紫外线灯,紫外线灯室11右侧设置有加热管12,加热管12右侧设置有出口,出口上安装有风机C15,风机C15的排气管安装在室内。
所述紫外线灯设置有数个。所述加热管12设置有数个。所述活性炭层6,气味处理层7、臭氧处理层8、杀菌室9和消毒室10下端均通过螺钉固定在净化装置本体上。所述加热管12温度设置为80~200摄氏度。所述净化液13空间上方设置有开口。所述净化液13表面设置有浮标。加压泵14设置在环形管道下方。
本发明的工作过程如下:风机A2通过进风管道1将空气抽入,再通过排气管排到净化液13内,风机B4将净化液13处理过的气体排放到环形管道5内,环形管道5减少气体的噪音,加压泵14将气体排放到中空层,然后气体依次经过活性炭层6、气味处理层7、臭氧处理层8、杀菌室9、消毒室10和紫外线灯室11、最后经过加热管12对气体进行干燥,然后风机C15再将气体送到室内;所述风机一的排气管设置在净化液内,所述环形管道与风机二的排气管相连,环形管道的出口端与加压泵相连,所述中空层右侧依次设置有活性炭层、气味处理层、臭氧处理层、杀菌室、消毒室和紫外线灯室,净化液初步对空气中含有的颗粒物进行处理,然后再通过活性炭层进一步处理,处理的干净彻底;后面的过滤层依次对空气进行杀菌消毒,使空气变得更加健康;最后再将空气中含有的净化液通过加热管进行干燥。

1.一种空气净化装置,其特征在于:包括进风管道(1)、环形管道(5)和风机B(4),所述进风管道(1)安装在风机A(2)上,风机A(2)的排气管安装在净化液(13)内,排气管上安装有止回阀(3),风机B(4)的进气管安装在装有净化液(13)的空间内,所述风机B(4)的排气管与环形管道(5)一端相连,环形管道(5)的另一端与加压泵(14)相连,加压泵(14)的出气管道与中空层相连,所述中空层右侧安装有活性炭层(6),活性炭层(6)右侧安装有气味处理层(7),气味处理层(7)右侧安装有臭氧处理层(8),臭氧处理层(8)右侧设置有杀菌室(9),杀菌室(9)右侧设置有消毒室(10),消毒室(10)右侧设置有紫外线灯室(11),紫外线灯室(11)内安装有紫外线灯,紫外线灯室(11)右侧设置有加热管(12),加热管(12)右侧设置有出口,出口上安装有风机C(15),风机C(15)的排气管安装在室内。
