本发明公开一种手术用无影灯,包括吊装平台、安装柱、旋转套接件、伸缩支架、移动底座、无影灯组件,该手术用无影灯从上至下依次是吊装平台、安装柱、伸缩支架、移动底座,在安装柱的外侧安装有旋转套接件,无影灯组件分为两组,一组无影灯组件安装在旋转套接件外部一侧的上部,另一组无影灯组件安装在旋转套接件外部另一侧的下部,无影灯组件包括连接头、波纹软管、灯头,连接头的一端与旋转套接件的外侧固定连接,连接头的另一端与波纹软管连接,波纹软管的另一端连接有灯头,灯头包括灯罩、光源。本发明使用寿命长,安全可靠性强,发热量低,无辐射性。

技术领域
本发明涉及辅助医疗设备技术领域,具体为一种手术用无影灯。
背景技术
手术用无影灯是手术室最重要的医疗设备之一,医护人员通过无影灯的使用,实现在患者施术部位无阴影照明的目的,从而帮助医生清晰地分辨病灶组织,顺利地完成手术。传统的手术用无影灯一般是悬挂在天花板上,无法根据不同需求来调节无影灯得到最佳深度和角度观察手术部位,无影灯的灯源一般为白炽灯或卤素灯组合在一个灯座上,会产生一定的红外辐射和紫外辐射。照射过量的紫外线,会对人体产生伤害,红外辐射会造成创面温度升高,加速患者伤口的血凝,对医生和护士也会产生炙热感,不利于手术的正常进行,且卤素灯使用寿命短,需要频繁更换灯泡,加大医生和护士的工作量,增加医用成本。虽然现有的一些无影灯克服了上述的一些问题,但大部分无影灯依然无法随意旋转角度等

本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种手术用无影灯,以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:一种手术用无影灯,包括吊装平台、安装柱、旋转套接件、伸缩支架、移动底座、无影灯组件,该手术用无影灯从上至下依次是所述吊装平台、所述安装柱、所述伸缩支架、所述移动底座,在所述安装柱的外侧安装有所述旋转套接件,所述无影灯组件分为两组,一组所述无影灯组件安装在所述旋转套接件外部一侧的上部,另一组所述无影灯组件安装在所述旋转套接件外部另一侧的下部,所述无影灯组件包括连接头、波纹软管、灯头,所述连接头的一端与所述旋转套接件的外侧固定连接,所述连接头的另一端与所述波纹软管连接,所述波纹软管的另一端连接有所述灯头,所述灯头包括灯罩、光源。
本发明中,所述光源为LED冷光源。
本发明中,所述灯罩的内壁设有多边反射器。
本发明中,所述灯罩外壁设有光源调节开关和多个散热孔,散热孔内设有半导体制冷片。
本发明中,所述伸缩支架包括上支撑杆和下支撑杆,下支撑杆固定在所述移动底座上,上支撑杆设在下支撑杆内,上支撑杆和下支撑杆外壁沿竖直方向设有多个定位孔,定位孔内设有螺旋定位杆。
本发明中,所述移动底座底部设有若干滚轮。
本发明中,所述安装柱为圆柱型结构。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用LED冷光源,耗电量少、使用寿命长,安全可靠性强,发热量低,无辐射性,冷光源,能精确控制光型及发光角度,光色柔和,无眩光;加设半导体制冷片可散热,可吊装,可落地移动,设有多边反射器,可消除阴影,将色彩失真降到最低程度,便于医生更好的分辨病灶组织,顺利地完成手术。

实施例:如图1、图2、图3所示,一种手术用无影灯,包括吊装平台1、安装柱2、旋转套接件3、伸缩支架4、移动底座5、无影灯组件,该手术用无影灯从上至下依次是所述吊装平台1、所述安装柱2、所述伸缩支架4、所述移动底座5,在所述安装柱2的外侧安装有所述旋转套接件3,所述无影灯组件分为两组,一组所述无影灯组件安装在所述旋转套接件3外部一侧的上部,另一组所述无影灯组件安装在所述旋转套接件3外部另一侧的下部,所述无影灯组件包括连接头6、波纹软管7、灯头,所述连接头6的一端与所述旋转套接件3的外侧固定连接,所述连接头6的另一端与所述波纹软管7连接,所述波纹软管7的另一端连接有所述灯头,所述灯头包括灯罩8、光源9。所述光源9为LED冷光源,所述灯罩8的内壁设有多边反射器。所述灯罩外壁设有光源调节开关12和多个散热孔13,散热孔13内设有半导体制冷片11,所述伸缩支架4包括上支撑杆和下支撑杆,下支撑杆固定在所述移动底座5上,上支撑杆设在下支撑杆内,上支撑杆和下支撑杆外壁沿竖直方向设有多个定位孔14,定位孔14内设有螺旋定位杆15。所述移动底座5底部设有若干滚轮16,所述安装柱2为圆柱型结构。
工作原理:使用该手术用无影灯时根据手术需要可将无影灯吊装在天花板上时可将安装柱2下端的部分从安装柱拆卸掉,需要落地时就将安装柱2上端的部分拆卸掉,无影灯的光源9为LED冷光源,耗电量少、使用寿命长,安全可靠性强,发热量低,无辐射性,冷光源,能精确控制光型及发光角度,光色柔和,无眩光;用波纹软管7连接灯头,在灯罩8外壁设有光源调节开关12,可根据手术需要调节角度和亮度。在灯罩8的内壁设置有多边反射器,可消除阴影,将色彩失真降到最低程度;在灯罩8的外壁设置有散热孔,散热孔内设有半导体制冷片11,在散热时将温度降低,不影响患者和医护人员;伸缩支架4可通过螺旋定位杆15,调节无影灯高度。在移动底座5底部设有若干滚轮16,可方便随时移动。
