Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑用外墙板技术领域,特别是涉及一种装配式围护结构保温复合板。
背景技术
目前,建筑节能技术有了前所未有的发展和进步。建筑围护结构的保温隔热成为建筑节能研究的重点,内保温技术逐步被外墙外保温技术所代替,外墙外保温正在逐步被推广和应用。其中最常用的方法是将保温板依靠粘结砂浆粘贴在外墙面上,在保温板的外侧抹薄层聚合物抗裂砂浆。外墙外保温系统是设置在建筑外墙表面的保温隔热系统,环境条件变化复杂,耐候条件要求较高,对外墙外保温系统的质量和寿命提出了较高的要求。要保证优良的质量和长久的寿命,就要求外保温系统与外墙面连接牢固可靠,不能松动脱落;外保温系统外表面完整结实,不能开裂、渗水、起皮脱层。由于市场竞争激烈的原因,也由于化学建材聚合物砂浆质量相差悬殊以及建筑施工质量和技术相差悬殊的原因,外墙外保温系统的质量和寿命难以得到有效的控制和保证,保温板松动脱落、面层开裂起皮时有发生,严重影响了建筑节能工作的有效开展。同时,外墙饰面材料多种多样,还有相当部分设计师选择贴瓷砖等重质饰面材料,对外墙外保温构造提出了更为严格复杂的要求。目前建筑领域正在应用和推广的外墙外保温构造难以达到上述较为复杂的应用要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种装配式围护结构保温复合板。
一种装配式围护结构保温复合板,其中,所述外墙板为层状结构,由内向外依次为钢筋网混凝土层、轻质填充层、保温层和聚合物砂浆装饰面;所述轻质填充层内部设有多条横向及纵向的混凝土肋。
本发明所述的装配式围护结构保温复合板,其中,所述横向的混凝土肋和纵向的混凝土肋相互交错;所述每条混凝土肋的内部为槽钢、“C”型或“L”型的型钢或者钢筋;钢筋网混凝土层中设有钢筋组成的钢筋网。
本发明所述的装配式围护结构保温复合板,其中,所述外墙板上底面的左右两端均设有上部连接件安装孔;所述外墙板的下底面的中部设有下部连接件安装孔。
本发明所述的装配式围护结构保温复合板,其中,所述上部连接件安装孔与下部连接件安装孔的垂向投影间隔有一段距离;所述上部连接件安装孔和下部连接件安装孔的数量均为2个。

本发明同现有技术相比,其突出效果在于:
(1)外墙板内设有横向的混凝土肋和纵向的混凝土肋,且相互交错;每条混凝土肋的钢筋为槽钢、“C”型或“L”型的型钢或者钢筋,保证了外墙板的结构耐用、可靠。
(2)保温层由A级外墙保温材料构成,耐火性能、保温性能大大提高。
(3)相连的外墙板之间通过相互错开的上下连接件进行固定,并且通过加强钢板与结构钢板进行固定,进一步保证了外墙板在使用过程中安全稳定、不易与墙体或墙板脱离。
(4)装配式围护结构保温复合板作为一种工业化的保温墙板,集外墙围护功能、外墙保温功能和外墙装饰功能于一体,满足了建筑节能与建筑装饰的需要。

具体实施方式
实施例1
结合图1-18所示,一种装配式围护结构保温复合板,外墙板1为层状结构,由内向外依次为钢筋网混凝土层12、轻质填充层2、保温层4和聚合物砂浆装饰面3;轻质填充层2内部设有多条横向及纵向的混凝土肋11。
横向的混凝土肋11和纵向的混凝土肋11相互垂直交错;所述每条混凝土肋11的内部为槽钢、“C”型或“L”型的型钢或者钢筋5。钢筋网混凝土层12中设有钢筋13组成的钢筋网。
外墙板1上底面的左右两端均设有上部连接件安装孔;所述外墙板1的下底面的中部设有下部连接件安装孔。
上部连接件安装孔与下部连接件安装孔的垂向投影间隔有一段距离;所述上部连接件安装孔和下部连接件安装孔的数量均为2个。
外墙板1的上部连接件安装孔均通过螺栓与上部连接件7连接在一起;所述左右两个外墙板1相邻的下部连接件安装孔通过螺栓与同一个下部连接件8连接在一起;所述上部连接件7和下部连接件8均呈L形。
上部连接件7通过螺栓与楼板6、加强钢板71连接在一起;下部连接件8通过螺栓与楼板6、加强钢板81连接在一起。楼板6也可以为结构梁。
上下、左右相邻的两个外墙板1之间设有密封条9。
轻质填充层2为岩棉、玻璃棉、植物纤维散状棉、聚氨酯泡沫、聚苯乙烯泡沫、挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫、酚醛泡沫、发泡橡胶、发泡水泥中的一种或者组合。
保温层4由A级外墙保温材料组成。
如图18所示,使用时,装配式围护结构保温复合板外挂安装于墙体或者EVE墙板外侧。其中,10为墙体或者EVE墙板。
装配式围护结构保温复合板上还可以设有门窗洞口。

2.根据权利要求1所述的装配式围护结构保温复合板,其特征在于:所述横向的混凝土肋(11)和纵向的混凝土肋(11)相互交错;所述每条混凝土肋(11)的内部为槽钢、“C”型或“L”型的型钢或者钢筋(5);钢筋网混凝土层(12)中设有钢筋(13)组成的钢筋网。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装配式围护结构保温复合板,其特征在于:所述外墙板(1)上底面的左右两端均设有上部连接件安装孔;所述外墙板(1)的下底面的中部设有下部连接件安装孔。
