本发明提供一种四点接触球轴承沟道淬火感应器,包括感应器底板,所述的感应器底板由上下两块对称铜板其中间夹有四氟乙烯板构成,所述的感应器底板一侧端部设有感应器头,所述的感应器头内装有导磁块。具有结构简单、使用方便等优点,且热处理各项指标(硬度、硬化层)均满足技术要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种淬火感应器,特别是关于一种四点接触球轴承沟道淬火感应器。
背景技术
现有的淬火感应器,用于四点接触球轴承沟道淬火时,由于结构形状、联接板差异大,从而难以达到热处理各项指标,加工质量无法保证。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种四点接触球轴承沟道淬火感应器。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种四点接触球轴承沟道淬火感应器,包括感应器底板,所述的感应器底板由上下两块对称铜板其中间夹有四氟乙烯板构成,所述的感应器底板一侧端部设有感应器头,所述的感应器头内装有导磁块。
本发明同现有技术相比具有结构简单、使用方便等优点,且热处理各项指标(硬度、硬化层)均满足技术要求。

下面结合附图说明实施例:
感应器底板3由两块对称铜板其中间夹有四氟乙烯板2构成,所述的感应器底板3一侧端部设有圆形感应器头4,所述的感应器头4内装有导磁块1。
