Abstract
本发明公开了一种地板胶黏剂及其制备方法。这种地板胶黏剂,由环氧树脂、聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇、二乙基甲苯二胺、端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚、聚酰胺树脂、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯、滑石粉、羟乙基纤维素、氧化锌、氧化镁和硼砂制成,制备方法是先溶解氧树脂、聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇、二乙基甲苯二胺、端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚、聚酰胺树脂,然后加入滑石粉、羟乙基纤维素及硼砂并调整pH值7~8,搅拌溶解均匀,再加入氧化锌及氧化镁制成主剂,最后与多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯充分搅拌混合即得。本发明解决了气味较大,粘稠度不够,粘性不够均匀的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及胶黏剂技术领域,尤其是一种地板胶黏剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC塑胶运动地板广泛应用于各种运动场所,例如:羽毛球、乒乓球、排球、网球、篮球、手球、室内足球的比赛和训练场馆、多功能场馆、各类健身房、舞蹈房、学校、体育用品商店、办公室、宾馆、医院的活动场地等。由于在塑胶地板上的活动量非常大,人们与塑胶地板的接触量非常大,活动过程中由于磨损、腐蚀等会大大的缩短塑胶地板的使用寿命,需经常维修保养塑胶地板才能投入使用,而维护保养难度较大,时间较长,所以封场大面积维护保养带来的不变与损失非常大。而底板胶黏剂直接关系到塑胶地板的使用寿命的长短。但现有的底板粘合剂普遍存在气味较大,粘稠度不够,粘性不够均匀的特点,不能够满足使用要求,因此需要一种高性能的粘合剂,提高塑胶运动地板的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明提供一种地板胶黏剂及其制备方法,它可以解决气味较大,粘稠度不够,粘性不够均匀的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种地板胶黏剂,包括如下重量份的原料:环氧树脂25~60份,聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇35~50份,二乙基甲苯二胺25~45份,端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚8~30份,聚酰胺树脂2~25份,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯2~25份,滑石粉15~25份,羟乙基纤维素10~15份,氧化锌3~5份,氧化镁3~5份,硼砂3~5份。
制备方法是:
A、将环氧树脂、聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇、二乙基甲苯二胺、端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚、聚酰胺树脂混合后,加入反应釜中,在不断搅拌下升温至100~120℃,保温至完全溶解;
B、将步骤A所得降温至40~50℃,加入滑石粉、羟乙基纤维素及硼砂,调整pH值7~8,充分搅拌30~40min,得乳液备用;
C、将步骤B得的乳液在室温下与氧化锌及氧化镁充分搅拌混合,即制成了主剂;
D、将主剂与多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯充分搅拌混合即得。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明不含酚醛成分、无刺激性气味,粘稠度合适,粘性均匀,辊涂轻松均匀。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
这种地板胶黏剂,包括如下原料:环氧树脂25kg,聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇35kg,二乙基甲苯二胺25kg,端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚8kg,聚酰胺树脂2kg,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯2kg,滑石粉15kg,羟乙基纤维素10kg,氧化锌3kg,氧化镁3kg,硼砂3kg
制备方法是:
A、将环氧树脂、聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇、二乙基甲苯二胺、端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚、聚酰胺树脂混合后,加入反应釜中,在不断搅拌下升温至100℃,保温至完全溶解;
B、将步骤A所得降温至40℃,加入滑石粉、羟乙基纤维素及硼砂,调整pH值7,充分搅拌40min,得乳液备用;
C、将步骤B得的乳液在室温下与氧化锌及氧化镁充分搅拌混合,即制成了主剂;
D、将主剂与多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯充分搅拌混合即得。
参照GB/T 14074~1993规定的Ⅱ类胶粘剂的要求进行检测。本实施例的粘度为30℃0.82 Pa •s。
实施例2:
这种地板胶黏剂,包括如下重量kg的原料:环氧树脂60kg,聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇50kg,二乙基甲苯二胺45kg,端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚30kg,聚酰胺树脂25kg,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯25kg,滑石粉25kg,羟乙基纤维素15kg,氧化锌5kg,氧化镁5kg,硼砂5kg
制备方法是:
A、将环氧树脂、聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇、二乙基甲苯二胺、端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚、聚酰胺树脂混合后,加入反应釜中,在不断搅拌下升温至120℃,保温至完全溶解;
B、将步骤A所得降温至50℃,加入滑石粉、羟乙基纤维素及硼砂,调整pH值7,充分搅拌30min,得乳液备用;
C、将步骤B得的乳液在室温下与氧化锌及氧化镁充分搅拌混合,即制成了主剂;
D、将主剂与多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯充分搅拌混合即得。
参照GB/T 14074~1993规定的Ⅱ类胶粘剂的要求进行检测。本实施例的粘度为30℃0.86 Pa •s。
实施例3:
这种地板胶黏剂,包括如下重量kg的原料:环氧树脂40kg,聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇42kg,二乙基甲苯二胺35kg,端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚19kg,聚酰胺树脂14kg,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯14kg,滑石粉20kg,羟乙基纤维素12kg,氧化锌4kg,氧化镁4kg,硼砂4kg
制备方法是:
A、将环氧树脂、聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇、二乙基甲苯二胺、端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚、聚酰胺树脂混合后,加入反应釜中,在不断搅拌下升温至120℃,保温至完全溶解;
B、将步骤A所得降温至40℃,加入滑石粉、羟乙基纤维素及硼砂,调整pH值8,充分搅拌40min,得乳液备用;
C、将步骤B得的乳液在室温下与氧化锌及氧化镁充分搅拌混合,即制成了主剂;
D、将主剂与多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯充分搅拌混合即得。
参照GB/T 14074~1993规定的Ⅱ类胶粘剂的要求进行检测。本实施例的粘度为30℃0.89Pa •s。
Claims (2)
1.一种地板胶黏剂,其特征在于包括如下重量份的原料:环氧树脂25~60份,聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇35~50份,二乙基甲苯二胺25~45份,端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚8~30份,聚酰胺树脂2~25份,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯2~25份,滑石粉15~25份,羟乙基纤维素10~15份,氧化锌3~5份,氧化镁3~5份,硼砂3~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地板胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
A、将环氧树脂、聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇、二乙基甲苯二胺、端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚、聚酰胺树脂混合后,加入反应釜中,在不断搅拌下升温至100~120℃,保温至完全溶解;
B、将步骤A所得降温至40~50℃,加入滑石粉、羟乙基纤维素及硼砂,调整pH值7~8,充分搅拌30~40min,得乳液备用;
C、将步骤B得的乳液在室温下与氧化锌及氧化镁充分搅拌混合,即制成了主剂;
D、将主剂与多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯充分搅拌混合即得。
