Abstract
The invention provides a method for recycling a recycled waterproof coiled material and a modified asphalt mixture thereof, wherein the recycled waterproof coiled material and aggregate are mixed according to the following ratio of (1-2): 100, and uniformly stirring at 160 ℃ to obtain a mixture; adding matrix asphalt into the obtained mixture, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a modified asphalt mixture, wherein the oilstone ratio of the modified asphalt mixture is 4.2-4.5%; the invention utilizes the waste and old recycled waterproof coiled materials to prepare the recycled waterproof coiled material modified asphalt mixture, can use a large amount of waste and old waterproof coiled materials, not only can treat and reduce the pollution to the environment, but also can reduce the use amount of asphalt to a certain extent, can greatly improve the high-temperature anti-rutting and low-temperature anti-cracking capability of the asphalt mixture, and changes waste into valuable.

The modified asphalt mixture comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: (1-2) parts of recycled waterproof coiled material, 100 parts of aggregate and matrix asphalt, wherein the oilstone ratio of the modified asphalt mixture is 4.2% -4.5%.

and then, mixing the recycled waterproof coiled material with the aggregate which is continuously graded with the AC-13 type according to the ratio of (1-2): 100, and uniformly stirring at 160 ℃ to obtain a mixture; and adding matrix asphalt into the obtained mixture, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a modified asphalt mixture, wherein the oilstone ratio of the modified asphalt mixture is 4.2-4.5%.

Step two: continuously stirring the AC-13 type continuous graded aggregate for 90s in an asphalt mixture stirring pot at the temperature of 170 ℃, adding the cut and formed recycled waterproof coiled material into the stirred aggregate for stirring for 90s, and finally adding the matrix asphalt into the stirring pot for stirring for 90s to obtain a recycled waterproof coiled material modified asphalt mixture; the mass of the recycled waterproof coiled material is 2.0% of the mass of the aggregate, and the oilstone ratio of the asphalt mixture is 4.2%.
Performance testing
And respectively preparing a rutting plate sample and a low-temperature trabecula test piece of a matrix asphalt mixture (the oil-stone ratio is 4.5%) and a rutting plate sample and a low-temperature trabecula test piece of the recycled waterproof coiled material modified asphalt mixture in examples 1-3 according to the requirements of road engineering asphalt and asphalt mixture test procedures (JTG-E-20-2011), and testing the road performance of different rutting plates and low-temperature trabecula samples.

As can be seen from the table I, the oilstone ratio of the novel recycled waterproof coiled material modified asphalt mixture prepared by the invention is gradually reduced along with the increase of the doping amount of the recycled waterproof coiled material, compared with the matrix asphalt mixture, the high-temperature performance of the novel recycled waterproof coiled material modified asphalt mixture is improved by about 2 times, the low-temperature crack resistance is improved by about 1.4 times, and the water stability is also improved to a certain extent.

A method for recycling a waterproof coiled material is characterized by comprising the following steps: and (3) mixing the recovered waterproof coiled material with aggregate according to the ratio of (1-2): 100, and uniformly stirring at 160 ℃ to obtain a mixture; adding matrix asphalt into the obtained mixture, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a modified asphalt mixture, wherein the oilstone ratio of the modified asphalt mixture is 4.2-4.5%;
the recycled waterproof roll is of a square block structure of 5-10 mm.
