Container transportation is required when an escalator or a travelator is sold overseas. The invention will be further understood by the following specific examples of the invention, which are given by way of illustration and are not intended to be limiting.
As shown in fig. 1-6, the present embodiment is an escalator or moving walk transportation boxing device for loading an escalator or moving walk containing a truss 3 into a container 4, the escalator or moving walk transportation boxing device comprises a plurality of guide devices 1 arranged on the escalator or moving walk, locking pieces for locking the guide devices 1 and a guide rail assembly 2 arranged on the container 4 and adapted to the guide devices 1, the guide devices 1 comprise a support fixedly connected with the truss 3, a rotating shaft fixedly connected with the support and a rolling piece rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft, and the plurality of guide devices 1 are distributed along two sides of the bottom of the truss 3 to form two groups of guide device arrays.
In this embodiment, the supporting member is a rectangular supporting plate 13, and the rolling member is a roller. The upper section of the supporting plate 13 is provided with two through holes matched with the connecting pieces 14 side by side, and the supporting plate 13 is fixedly connected with the truss 3 through the connecting pieces 14. The number and arrangement of the through holes in the present invention may be plural and arbitrary, and the connecting member 14 in this embodiment is preferably an externally threaded member.
The rotating shaft comprises a rotating shaft body 121, a first limiting step 122, a second limiting step 123 and a rolling piece supporting part 124 positioned between the first limiting step 122 and the second limiting step 123, the rotating shaft body 121 is fixedly connected with the lower section of the supporting plate 13, a blind hole (or a perforation) is formed in the lower end of the supporting plate 13, and one end of the rotating shaft body 121 is inserted into the blind hole (or the perforation). The shaft may also be fixedly connected to the support plate 13 in other known ways (e.g. by welding, etc.), the length of which is perpendicular to the plane in which the support plate 13 is located; the roller 11 is disposed on the rolling member supporting portion 124. The rotating shaft is mainly divided into two parts, namely a rolling element supporting part 124 and a rotating shaft body 121, which respectively form two sections in the length direction of the rotating shaft. Wherein the diameter of the rotating shaft body 121 is larger than the diameter of the rolling member supporting portion 124, and the rolling member supporting portion 124 is located at one end of the rotating shaft away from the supporting plate 13. The guide rail body 22 is angle steel with an upright wall and a horizontal wall, the upper surface of the horizontal wall is used as a running surface of the supporting roller 11, the lower surface of the horizontal wall is in contact with the bottom wall 42 to support the bottom wall, the back of the upright wall is in contact with the wood block 21, one side of the horizontal wall far away from the upright wall is driven into the bottom wall by the nails 23 to limit the position, and the guide rail body 22 is fixed between the wood blocks 21 and the nails 23. A stop 24, in this embodiment a flat steel welded thereto, is provided at a position of the rail body 22 remote from the entrance of the container 4, to limit the innermost position of the escalator or moving walkway in the container 4.
The locking piece for achieving the locking guide device 1 by locking the roller 11 at the entrance includes a first locking portion 3012 and a second locking portion 3022 which respectively collide with the front and rear sides of the roller 11, a left side limit portion and a right side limit portion which respectively contact with the left and right sides of the roller 11, and a connecting portion which detachably fixedly connects the first locking portion 3012 and the second locking portion 3022. The same locking member is used for locking one roller, and may also be used for locking a group of rollers 11 on one supporting plate 13, at this time, the first locking portion 3012 and the second locking portion 3022 respectively collide with the front face of the foremost roller 11 and the rear face of the rearmost roller 11 on the same supporting plate 13, and locking of the rollers 11 is achieved by static friction force.
Specifically, the left limiting portion includes a first left limiting portion 3011 and a second left limiting portion 3021, the right limiting portion includes a first right limiting portion 3013 and a second right limiting portion 3023, the connecting portion includes a first fixing portion 3014, a second fixing portion 3024 and a connecting assembly 303, the first fixing portion 3014 and the second fixing portion 3024 are respectively provided with an opening adapted to the connecting assembly 303, the first left limiting portion 3011, the first locking portion 3012, the first right limiting portion 3013 and the first fixing portion 3014 are sequentially and fixedly connected to form a first locking member 301, the second left limiting portion 3021, the second locking portion 3022, the second right limiting portion 3023 and the second fixing portion 3024 are sequentially and fixedly connected to form a second locking member 302, and the first locking member 301 and the second locking member 302 are fixedly connected through the connecting assembly 303. The connecting component 303 comprises a stud and a nut matched with the stud, the stud is arranged in the opening in a penetrating way, and two ends of the stud are fixedly connected through the nut respectively. The number and arrangement of the holes can be flexibly set, and the holes in the embodiment are two holes which are vertically arranged side by side.
The first locking piece 301 and the second locking piece 302 are integrally bent pieces with identical structural sizes, so that the large-scale production is facilitated. Meanwhile, the planes of the left limiting part, the locking part, the right limiting part and the fixing part of each locking piece are perpendicular to the adjacent planes. In this embodiment, the directions of the front, rear, left, right, etc. are the directions of the moving direction of the escalator or the moving sidewalk during boxing, and the directions of the locking members corresponding to the guiding devices 1 on both sides of the truss 3 during mounting are not completely corresponding, and the directions of the front, rear, left, right, etc. are not used as words for limiting the protection scope of the present invention. For easy installation, the fixing portion is provided in a direction away from the truss 3.

After the escalator or the moving sidewalk is boxed in place, the guide device is locked by the locking piece, so that the escalator or the moving sidewalk cannot move along the front-back direction of the track, and meanwhile, the track also can limit the moving of the escalator or the moving sidewalk in the left-right direction through limiting the guide device, so that the escalator or the moving sidewalk can conveniently and quickly enter the preset position of the container, and the container or the escalator or the moving sidewalk cannot be damaged due to collision to the container in the carrying process.

1. An escalator or moving walk transportation boxing apparatus for loading said escalator or moving walk into a container, said escalator or moving walk transportation boxing apparatus comprising a plurality of guides disposed on said escalator or moving walk, characterized in that:
the automatic escalator or the automatic pavement further comprises a locking piece for locking the guiding device and a guide rail assembly which is arranged on the container and is matched with the guiding device, wherein the guiding device comprises a supporting piece fixedly connected with a truss of the automatic escalator or the automatic pavement, a rotating shaft fixedly connected with the supporting piece and a rolling piece rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft;
the rotating shaft comprises a rolling element supporting part and a rotating shaft body, wherein the rolling element supporting part and the rotating shaft body respectively form two sections in the length direction of the rotating shaft, the diameter of the rotating shaft body is larger than that of the rolling element supporting part, and the rolling element supporting part is positioned at one end of the rotating shaft far away from the supporting part;
the same locking piece is used for locking one rolling piece, and can also be used for locking a group of rolling pieces on one supporting piece;
