A pendulum vehicle with automatic standing device, characterized in that: the automatic vertical type swing device comprises a swing and steering mechanism and an automatic vertical device, wherein the swing and steering mechanism comprises a main frame, an upper rocker arm and a lower rocker arm, the centers of the upper rocker arm and the lower rocker arm are respectively connected to the main frame in a hinged manner through a first hinge shaft and a second hinge shaft, the automatic vertical device is further arranged at the center of the upper rocker arm or/and the center of the lower rocker arm, and the first hinge shaft or/and the second hinge shaft are the central shaft of the automatic vertical device; the limiting block of the positive engaging piece of the automatic standing device positioned in the center of the upper rocker arm is matched and arranged on the upper rocker arm, the positive engaging piece swings left and right along with the upper rocker arm around the first hinge shaft, the limiting groove of the negative engaging piece of the automatic standing device positioned in the center of the upper rocker arm is matched and arranged on the main frame, and the negative engaging piece swings left and right along with the main frame around the first hinge shaft; the limiting block of the positive engaging piece of the automatic standing device positioned in the center of the lower rocker arm is matched and lapped on the lower rocker arm, the positive engaging piece swings left and right along with the lower rocker arm around the second hinge shaft, the limiting groove of the negative engaging piece of the automatic standing device positioned in the center of the lower rocker arm is matched and lapped on the main frame, and the negative engaging piece swings left and right along with the main frame around the second hinge shaft; when the engagement teeth of the positive engagement piece are matched and correspond to the positioning grooves of the engagement grooves of the negative engagement piece, the rocker arm of the swing type vehicle is in a locking state;
the automatic standing device comprises a positive engaging piece and a negative engaging piece which are complementarily matched, the positive engaging piece is positioned at the rear end of the negative engaging piece, the front end of the negative engaging piece is sequentially provided with an elastic device and a gasket, a central shaft penetrates through the positive engaging piece, the negative engaging piece, the elastic device and the gasket, the positive engaging piece and the negative engaging piece can independently rotate around the central shaft, and the negative engaging piece has displacement along the axial direction of the central shaft and towards the direction of the gasket; the front end of the positive occlusion piece is provided with one or at least two occlusion teeth which are uniformly distributed on the circumference, and the positive occlusion piece is provided with a limiting block; the rear end of the anti-biting piece is provided with a biting groove matched with the biting teeth, the anti-biting piece is provided with a limiting groove, and the extending direction of the limiting groove is axially consistent with the central shaft; when the positive engaging piece and the negative engaging piece rotate around the central shaft in the reciprocal direction, the engaging groove of the negative engaging piece receives the component force of the engaging teeth of the positive engaging piece, so that the whole negative engaging piece moves forwards along the central shaft in the axial direction.
