The invention aims to provide dumpling inclusion forming equipment which has the characteristics of simple structure and convenience in use. Meanwhile, the preparation method has the characteristics of good inclusion effect and high quality.
The invention provides a technical scheme that:
a dumpling making and forming device is used for making dumplings. The dumpling making and forming device comprises a base, a conveying component, a forming component, a first packing component and a second packing component; the conveying assembly is connected with the base and is used for driving the dumplings to move; the first packing component, the second packing component and the forming component are respectively connected with the base in a rotating way; the first packing component is provided with a first extrusion gap for the dumplings to pass through, the second packing component is provided with a second extrusion gap for the dumplings to pass through, and the forming component is provided with a third extrusion gap for the dumplings to pass through; the dumpling can pass first extrusion gap, second extrusion gap and third extrusion gap in proper order under conveying assembly's drive.
Further, above-mentioned first packing subassembly includes first axis of rotation, the second rotates the wheel, first axis of rotation and second axis of rotation rotate with the base respectively and are connected, first axis of rotation is connected with first axis of rotation transmission, the second axis of rotation is connected with the second rotates the wheel transmission, first axis of rotation and second rotate the both sides that the wheel is located conveying assembly respectively, and first axis of rotation and second rotate the wheel and form first extrusion gap, first axis of rotation and second rotate the wheel and mutually support and be used for extrudeing the inclusion to the dumpling.
Further, the circumference of above-mentioned first rotation wheel is provided with at least one first extrusion arch, and the circumference of second rotation wheel is provided with at least one second extrusion arch, and first extrusion arch and second extrusion arch form first extrusion gap, and first extrusion arch and second extrusion arch mutually support in order to be used for carrying out the extrusion inclusion to the dumpling.
Further, above-mentioned first extrusion arch includes first extrusion portion and second extrusion portion, and the second extrusion arch includes third extrusion portion and fourth extrusion portion, and first extrusion portion cooperates with the third extrusion portion and is used for carrying out the extrusion inclusion to the dumpling, and the second extrusion portion cooperates each other with the fourth extrusion portion and is used for carrying out the extrusion inclusion to the dumpling.

Furthermore, the third rotating wheel comprises a first big wheel and a first small wheel, the diameter of the first big wheel is larger than that of the first small wheel, the distance between the first big wheel and the conveying assembly is larger than that between the first small wheel and the conveying assembly, and the first big wheel and the first small wheel are concentrically arranged and are respectively in transmission connection with the third rotating shaft; the fourth rotating wheel comprises a second big wheel and a second small wheel, the diameter of the second big wheel is larger than that of the second small wheel, the distance between the second big wheel and the conveying assembly is larger than that between the second small wheel and the conveying assembly, and the second big wheel and the second small wheel are concentrically arranged and are respectively in transmission connection with the fourth rotating shaft; first steamboat and second steamboat form the space that is used for supplying the dumpling to pass through, and first bull wheel and second bull wheel form the second and extrude the gap, and first bull wheel and second bull wheel mutually support in order being used for carrying out the extrusion inclusion to the dumpling.
Further, above-mentioned shaping subassembly includes first shaping wheel, second shaping wheel, first shaping pivot and second shaping pivot, and first shaping pivot and second shaping pivot rotate with the base respectively and are connected, and first shaping wheel is connected with first shaping pivot transmission, and second shaping wheel is connected with second shaping pivot transmission, and first shaping wheel and second shaping wheel form third extrusion gap, and first shaping wheel and second shaping wheel mutually support and carry out extrusion forming in order to being used for to the dumpling.

A dumpling making and forming device is used for making dumplings. The dumpling and packet forming equipment comprises a base, a conveying assembly, a spraying assembly, a forming assembly, a first packet assembly and a second packet assembly; the conveying assembly is connected with the base and is used for driving the dumplings to move; the first packing component, the second packing component and the forming component are respectively connected with the base in a rotating way; the first packing component is provided with a first extrusion gap for the dumplings to pass through, the second packing component is provided with a second extrusion gap for the dumplings to pass through, and the forming component is provided with a third extrusion gap for the dumplings to pass through; the spraying assembly is connected with the base and is used for spraying liquid to the dumplings; the dumpling can pass first extrusion gap, second extrusion gap and third extrusion gap in proper order under conveying assembly's drive.
Compared with the prior art, the dumpling inclusion forming equipment provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the base provides support for and mounts the components. The first and second packing components are used for packing dumplings to be packed, wherein the first packing component is used for extruding two sides of the dumplings so as to pack the dumplings. The first extrusion gap extrudes two opposite ends of the opened dumpling wrappers to enable the opening parts of the dumpling wrappers to be adhered together after extrusion; the second packing component is used for extruding the middle part of the dumpling to pack the dumpling. The second extrusion gap extrudes the opposite middle parts of the opened dumpling wrappers, so that the opening parts of the dumpling wrappers are bonded together after extrusion. The dumpling wrapping equipment provided by the invention is simple in structure and convenient to use. Meanwhile, the preparation method has the characteristics of good inclusion effect and high forming quality.

First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a dumpling wrapping and forming apparatus 200, which is simple in structure and convenient to use. Meanwhile, the preparation method has the characteristics of good inclusion effect and high forming quality.
It is understood that the dumpling wrapping forming apparatus 200 functions to wrap dumpling wrappers to form dumplings.
Dumpling inclusion forming device 200 includes base 210, transmission subassembly 300, form subassembly 220, first subassembly 230 and the second subassembly 240 of closing, transmission subassembly 300 is connected with base 210, first subassembly 230 of closing, second subassembly 240 of closing and form subassembly 220 and rotate with base 210 respectively and be connected, first subassembly 230 of closing is provided with the first extrusion gap that supplies the dumpling to pass, second subassembly 240 of closing is provided with the second extrusion gap that supplies the dumpling to pass, it is provided with the third extrusion gap that supplies the dumpling to pass to form subassembly 220, the dumpling can pass first extrusion gap in proper order under transmission subassembly 300's drive, second extrusion gap and third extrusion gap.
It will be appreciated that the base 210 provides support for and mounts the components. The first and second packing members 230 and 240 are used for packing dumplings to be packed, wherein the first packing member 230 is used for pressing both sides of the dumplings to pack them. The first extrusion gap extrudes two opposite ends of the opened dumpling wrappers to enable the opening parts of the dumpling wrappers to be adhered together after extrusion; the second packing member 240 serves to press the middle portion of the dumpling to pack it. The second extrusion gap extrudes the opposite middle parts of the opened dumpling wrappers, so that the opening parts of the dumpling wrappers are bonded together after extrusion. The forming assembly 220 is used for extrusion forming of the closed dumplings, and the closed dumplings are formed through the third extrusion gap, so that the dumplings have richer appearances.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the first wrapping assembly 230 includes a first rotating wheel 231, a second rotating wheel 232, a first rotating shaft 233 and a second rotating shaft 234, the first rotating shaft 233 and the second rotating shaft 234 are respectively rotatably connected to the base 210, the first rotating shaft 233 is in transmission connection with the first rotating wheel 231, the second rotating shaft 234 is in transmission connection with the second rotating wheel 232, the first rotating wheel 231 and the second rotating wheel 232 are respectively located at two sides of the conveying assembly 300, the first rotating wheel 231 and the second rotating wheel 232 form a first squeezing gap, and the first rotating wheel 231 and the second rotating wheel 232 are mutually matched to squeeze and wrap the dumplings.
In the present embodiment, the first rotating wheel 231 is circumferentially provided with at least one first pressing protrusion 2311, and the second rotating wheel 232 is circumferentially provided with at least one second pressing protrusion 2321. The first pressing protrusion 2311 and the second pressing protrusion 2321 form a first pressing slit, and the first pressing protrusion 2311 and the second pressing protrusion 2321 cooperate with each other for press-closing the dumpling.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the first pressing protrusion 2311 includes a first pressing portion 23111 and a second pressing portion 23112, and the second pressing protrusion 2321 includes a third pressing portion 23211 and a fourth pressing portion 23212.
It will be appreciated that the first extrusion 23111 cooperates with the third extrusion 23211 for press closing the dumplings and that the second extrusion 23112 cooperates with the fourth extrusion 23212 for press closing the dumplings.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the second wrapping element 240 includes a third rotating wheel 241, a fourth rotating wheel 242, a third rotating shaft 243 and a fourth rotating shaft 244. The third rotating shaft 243 and the fourth rotating shaft 244 are respectively connected with the base 210 in a rotating manner, the third rotating shaft 243 is in transmission connection with the third rotating wheel 241, the fourth rotating shaft 244 is in rotation connection with the fourth rotating wheel 242, the third rotating wheel 241 and the fourth rotating wheel 242 form a second extrusion gap, and the third rotating wheel 241 and the fourth rotating wheel 242 are matched with each other to extrude and enclose the dumplings.
The third rotating wheel 241 includes a first large wheel 2411 and a first small wheel 2412, the diameter of the first large wheel 2411 is larger than that of the first small wheel 2412, the distance between the first large wheel 2411 and the transferring assembly 300 is larger than that between the first small wheel 2412 and the transferring assembly 300, and the first large wheel 2411 and the first small wheel 2412 are concentrically arranged and are respectively in transmission connection with the third rotating shaft 243.
Fourth turning wheel 242 includes a second large wheel 2421 and a second small wheel 2422, the diameter of second large wheel 2421 is greater than the diameter of second small wheel 2422, the distance between second large wheel 2421 and conveying assembly 300 is greater than the distance between second small wheel 2422 and conveying assembly 300, and second large wheel 2421 and second small wheel 2422 are concentrically disposed and respectively in driving connection with fourth rotating shaft 244.
It should be noted that the first small wheel 2412 and the second small wheel 2422 form a space for the dumplings to pass through, the first large wheel 2411 and the second large wheel 2421 form a second extrusion gap, and the first large wheel 2411 and the second large wheel 2421 cooperate with each other for extrusion closing of the dumplings.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the diameter of first large wheel 2411 is equal to the diameter of second large wheel 2421, and the diameter of first small wheel 2412 is equal to the diameter of second small wheel 2422.
Referring to fig. 5, the forming assembly 220 includes a first forming wheel 221, a second forming wheel 222, a first forming rotating shaft 223 and a second forming rotating shaft 224, the first forming rotating shaft 223 and the second forming rotating shaft 224 are respectively connected to the base 210 in a rotating manner, the first forming wheel 221 is connected to the first forming rotating shaft 223 in a transmission manner, the second forming wheel 222 is connected to the second forming rotating shaft 224 in a transmission manner, the first forming wheel 221 and the second forming wheel 222 form the third extrusion gap, and the first forming wheel 221 and the second forming wheel 222 are matched with each other to extrude the dumplings.
In this embodiment, the first forming wheel 221 and the second forming wheel 222 are each provided with a forming portion. It is understood that the dumpling can be extruded by the forming section.
In this embodiment, the conveying assembly 300 includes a first conveying shaft (not shown), a second conveying shaft (not shown), and a conveying belt (not shown) sleeved on the first conveying shaft and the second conveying shaft, wherein the first conveying shaft and the second conveying shaft are respectively rotatably connected to the base 210, and the conveying belt is used for driving the dumplings to move.
It will be appreciated that additional transfer shafts may be added between the first transfer shaft and the second transfer shaft in order to further ensure the stability of the transfer during the longer distance transfer.
In this embodiment, the conveyor belt is provided with a plurality of non-slip protrusions (not shown). The anti-slip bulge can increase the friction between the dumpling wrappers and the conveyor belt so as to prevent the dumpling wrappers from being separated from the conveyor belt in the conveying process.
The dumpling wrapping forming apparatus 200 provided by the present embodiment has the following advantageous effects: the base 210 provides support for and mounts the components. The first and second packing members 230 and 240 are used for packing dumplings to be packed, wherein the first packing member 230 is used for pressing both sides of the dumplings to pack them. The first extrusion gap extrudes two opposite ends of the opened dumpling wrappers to enable the opening parts of the dumpling wrappers to be adhered together after extrusion; the second packing member 240 serves to press the middle portion of the dumpling to pack it. The second extrusion gap extrudes the opposite middle parts of the opened dumpling wrappers, so that the opening parts of the dumpling wrappers are bonded together after extrusion. The forming assembly 220 is used for extrusion forming of the closed dumplings, and the closed dumplings are formed through the third extrusion gap, so that the dumplings have richer appearances. Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a dumpling making and forming apparatus (not shown) with simple structure and convenient use. Meanwhile, the preparation method has the characteristics of good inclusion effect and high forming quality.
The dumpling inclusion forming equipment that this embodiment provided includes base 210, conveying component 300, form subassembly 220, first subassembly 230 and the second subassembly 240 of closing, conveying component 300 is connected with base 210, conveying component 300 is used for driving the dumpling motion, first subassembly 230 of closing, second subassembly 240 and the subassembly 220 of forming rotate with base 210 respectively and are connected, first subassembly 230 of closing is provided with the first extrusion gap that supplies the dumpling to pass, second subassembly 240 of closing is provided with the second extrusion gap that supplies the dumpling to pass, form subassembly 220 and be provided with the third extrusion gap that supplies the dumpling to pass, the dumpling can pass first extrusion gap in proper order under conveying component 300's drive, second extrusion gap and third extrusion gap. A spray assembly 400 is coupled to the base 210 and is used to spray liquid onto the dumplings.
The present embodiment provides a dumpling closing forming apparatus different from the dumpling closing forming apparatus 200 provided in the first embodiment in that the dumpling closing forming apparatus provided in the present embodiment further has a shower unit 400.
It will be appreciated that the degree of tightness of the bond during filling of the dumpling is directly related to the quality of the dumpling's inclusion and formation. In this process, the dumpling wrappers need to be kept moist in order to increase their own stickiness. The spraying assembly 400 is used for spraying liquid on the dumpling wrappers to keep the dumpling wrappers moist, so that the quality of dumpling forming and closing is improved.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present invention, the liquid sprayed by the spraying assembly 400 is tap water. Meanwhile, the spraying component 400 sprays tap water in a smog form to ensure that the final forming quality of the dumplings is not affected by too much wettability.
Optionally, the spray assembly 400 includes a spray header 410, a spray pipe 420, a spray water pump 430 and a spray container 440, the spray container 440 is connected to the base 210, the spray water pump 430 is installed in the spray container 440, two ends of the spray pipe 420 are respectively connected to the spray header 410 and the spray water pump 430, the spray header 410 is connected to the base 210 and spaced apart from the first and second packing assemblies 230 and 240, and the spray header 410 faces the transfer assembly 300.
It should be noted that the number of the spray headers 410 may be plural, so as to perform spray wetting at any time during the whole transfer process.
