Description

Method and device for called access
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for called access.
Background
The 2G/3G mobile network is divided into a circuit domain and a packet domain, the circuit domain is responsible for voice and short message communication, the packet domain is responsible for data internet access, but for LTE (Long Term Evolution), namely 4G, the two domains start to be fused, the circuit domain service is added into the packet domain to be transmitted, and the circuit domain is cancelled.
The 4G network adopts a VoLTE mode to carry Voice services, namely Voice over LTE, which is an IP data transmission technology, does not need a 2G/3G network, and can realize the unification of data and Voice services in the same network because all services are carried on the 4G network. In other words, the 4G network not only provides high-rate data services, but also provides high-quality audio and video calls, and the latter requires VoLTE technology to implement.
However, because time is required for network construction and improvement, when a 4G network is laid out, due to the limitation of technology and network coverage, it is often not possible to directly use VoLTE to take over voice services, but rather a CSFB (Circuit Switch Fallback) scheme is adopted, so that a 4G handset in an LTE network falls back to a 2G/3G network during a call, and a Circuit domain attribute is still reserved for supporting a CSFB scheme paging reason.
Although the called paging distinguishes the circuit domain and the packet domain, the access reason in the request message of the UE (User Equipment) access process is not distinguished, so that the eNodeB cannot perform the distinguishing process according to the service priority, and cannot access the User according to the service priority when there are many access users. Meanwhile, 4G networks are popularized, operators start to use VoLTE services, and voice services start to be carried to packet domains. The packet domain services are various, different services have different requirements on access delay, short message services and VoLTE services have different requirements on access delay, and if packet domain paging reasons are not subdivided, eNodeBs (evolved node Bs) cannot further distinguish the services and cannot process the services according to service priorities when users are congested in access.
The access delay is very important for the user experience, and the reasons for the VoLTE calling UE access request are differentiated, but the called UE is not further subdivided, which has an influence on the user experience of the current network.

First embodiment
The embodiment of the invention provides a called access method, which is applied to a called terminal. As shown in fig. 1, the method for called access includes:
s101, receiving a paging message sent by a base station.
The paging message carries the called service type information. The embodiment of the invention further distinguishes the called service, for example, the called service is divided into a packet domain voice service (such as VoLTE service) with higher time delay requirement and a packet domain common data service with lower time delay requirement.
S102, determining an access reason according to the called service type information in the paging message.
The called terminal can determine the called access reason according to the called service type information in the paging message, for example, when the called service is a packet domain voice service, the access reason is determined to be a VoLTE service, so that the base station can determine the access reason in the access process, and therefore, the division processing is performed according to the service priority.
S103, sending an access request message to the base station.
When a called terminal receives a paging message, an access request message is sent to a base station, wherein the access request message comprises: the called terminal determines the access reason information according to the called service type information in the paging message, so that the base station can distinguish and process the accessed service according to the access reason, such as preferentially accessing the service with higher priority.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the base station can broadcast the system message supporting the capability of indicating the called access reason through the air interface, and when the called terminal receives the broadcast message, it can be determined that the base station supports the capability of indicating the called access reason, so that when the called terminal receives the paging message sent by the base station, the called terminal determines the access reason according to the called service type information in the paging message.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, according to the priority order, the access reason includes: circuit Switched Fallback (CSFB) called access, voice over long term evolution (VoLTE) called access, common data service access and the like.

In the embodiment of the invention, a Paging message (Paging message sent by MME to a base station) in a 3GPP TS 36.413 protocol is extended, and an optional cell (the name of which can be CN PS Domain) is added in a message body and used for indicating the called service type of a packet Domain.
In the embodiment of the invention, the Paging message (Paging message sent to the terminal by the base station) in the 3GPP TS 36.331 protocol is modified, an optional cell (the name of which can be Paging-v1410-IE) is added, and the called packet domain service is further subdivided into voice service VoiceCall and Data service Data.
In the embodiment of the invention, Information elements in a System Information Block Type2 in a 3GPP TS 36.331 protocol are expanded, and an optional cell (the name of which can be Voice Service Cause Indication-r14) is added for indicating that a network supports called VoLTE access reason Indication capability.
In the embodiment of the invention, the Establishment Cause (Establishment Cause) in the RRC access Request Message (Connection Request Message) in the 3GPP TS 36.331 protocol is expanded, the subdivision of the called reason is supported, and the called reason is divided into: mt-CsCall Called (CSFB Called), mt-PsCall Called (common packet domain data Called), mt-VoiceCall Called (VLOTE Called), etc.
As shown in fig. 4, the specific implementation process is as follows:

Suppose that the eNodeB configuration can access 303 UEs at most, 300 UEs have initiated the calling service to access cell a currently, and 3 UEs can also be accessed according to the eNodeB configuration. And when the UEa, the UEb, the UEc, the … … and the UEz are started, the mobile terminal camps on the cell A.
MME initiates paging flows to UEa, UEb, UEc, … … and UEz, wherein UEa is circuit domain paging, UEb and UEc are VoLTE services, and UEd-UEz are common data services (such as short message service).
And the eNodeB sends down a Paging message, and indicates the Paging reason of the UE through Paging-v1410-IE, wherein the UE a is circuit domain Paging, the UE b and the UE c are VoLTE services, and UEd-UEz are common data services (such as short message service).
And the UEa, the UEb and the UEc receive the paging message, initiate an RRC (radio resource control) access Request process to Request access to the network, wherein the establisture Cause in the RRC Connection Request message carries a related service access reason. The UE1 is called for access reason mt-CsCall, the UE2 and the UE3 are called for access reason mt-VoiceCall, and the UE 4-UE 30 are called for access reason mt-PsCall.
The eNodeB receives the RRC Connection Request, and at the same time, because more UEs to be accessed exceed the admission capacity, the eNodeB distinguishes the RRC Connection Request according to the access reason, preferentially accesses the UEs with higher real-time requirements of UEa, UEb and UEc, and rejects the access from UEd to UEz.
When there are other services simultaneously accessing the base station, such as Emergency call service, High Priority Access service, mo-VoiceCall (VoLTE call) service, mo-signaling (signaling call, which is only established for signaling interaction, e.g., location area update) service, Delay Access service, mo-Data (ordinary Data service call) service, etc., the base station may perform service Access according to the following Priority order: the service management system comprises an Emergency call service, a High Priority Access service, mt-CsCall (CSFB called) service, mt-VoiceCall (VoLTE called) service, mo-VoiceCall (VoLTE calling) service, mt-PsCall (ordinary packet Data called) service, mo-Signalling (Signalling calling, which is only established for Signalling interaction, such as location area update) service, Delay Access service, mo-Data (ordinary Data calling) service, and the like. Of course, it can be understood that the priority order may be adjusted according to actual requirements, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the order.
In summary, in the technical solution provided in the embodiments of the present invention, by further distinguishing the called service, the called terminal can determine the called access reason according to the type of the called service, so that the base station can determine the access reason during the access process and perform differentiated processing according to the priority of the service.
