Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The message pushing method and the message pushing device in the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented in various network terminal devices, or may also be implemented in a network backend server, such as a social application server, a social message management server, and the like, without being limited otherwise.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a message pushing method in an embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in the diagram, the flow of the message pushing method in the embodiment may include:
s101, obtaining the message type of the target message which needs to be pushed to the user currently.
Specifically, the message pushing apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention may determine that the target message needs to be pushed to the corresponding user when the pushing condition of the target message is satisfied, for example, when the OA system generates the operation flow task, the OA system may send an operation prompting message to an operation user related to the operation flow task, where the operation prompting message may be used as the target message in the embodiment, and the message type of the operation prompting message is the operation prompting message. The message type may include an operation prompt message (operation reminder), a deadline prompt message (order reminder), a new event prompt message, an event completion message, etc., and in an alternative embodiment, the message type may also be a default message type, that is, there is only one unique message type. In the embodiment of the present invention, the user may be a single user, or may be all users or a class of users related to an event, and for simplicity and convenience of description, the following description takes a single user as an example, and the case of referring to multiple users does not affect the implementation logic of the present invention, and therefore, is not separately described.
S102, obtaining the historical message reach rate corresponding to the message type of the user, wherein the historical message reach rate corresponding to the message type comprises the message reach rates of messages of the message type which are respectively pushed to the user through at least two different message pushing rules.
Each message pushing rule comprises at least one message pushing channel, namely, at least one message pushing channel is adopted in the rule to push the message of the message type to the user, the message pushing channel can comprise mails, instant messaging messages, social networking messages, short messages and the like, one message pushing rule comprises two or more message pushing channels, and the message pushing rule indicates that if the message pushing rule is adopted to push a target message to the user, the target message is pushed to the user through all the message pushing channels included in the message pushing rule. In an alternative embodiment, the message pushing rule may further include a message pushing frequency, which may be a frequency that defines how often the message pushing device pushes the message of the same message type to the same user, for example, 1 or 3 times per day, or 3 days, once a week, or unlimited (pushing if necessary), and after limiting the frequency, the message pushing device may merge a plurality of messages of the same message type and then push the merged messages together to the user. In an optional embodiment, the message pushing rule may be a message pushing rule customized by a user, or a message pushing rule formulated by a background of the message pushing device.
Specifically, the message pushing device may record the message opening information of the message pushed to by the user after pushing the message to the user, further open a record according to the message of the user corresponding to the message type, and count the historical message reach rate of the message type corresponding to the user, where each message opening record may include a message identifier opened by the user and a message pushing rule adopted by the message pushed to the user, so that the message pushing device may count the message reach rates of the messages of the message types respectively pushed to the user by at least two different message pushing rules, that is, the message reach rates respectively corresponding to different message pushing rules, according to the message opening record of the message type received by the user. The message reach rate may be a rate opened by the user in a message of the message type pushed to the user by a corresponding message pushing rule. For example, a message of a certain message type has been pushed to a user through a message pushing rule a, a message pushing rule B, and a message pushing rule C by 100, 200, and 300 messages, respectively, where 50 messages of the 100 messages pushed to the user through the message pushing rule a are opened by the user, 80 messages of the 200 messages pushed to the user through the message pushing rule B are opened by the user, and 60 messages of the 300 messages pushed to the user through the message pushing rule C are opened by the user, then the message reaching rates corresponding to the message pushing rule a, the message pushing rule B, and the message pushing rule C are 50/100-50%, 80/200-40%, and 60/300-20%, respectively.
In an optional embodiment, the target message carries a message tracking link, and after the target message is opened by a user, the message tracking link sends message opening information to a message pushing device, where the message opening information is used to update a historical message reach rate of the user corresponding to the message type. In another optional embodiment, the historical message reach rate of the user corresponding to the message type may be provided to the message pushing apparatus in this embodiment by another message tracking management service, or the message open record of the user corresponding to the message type is provided to the message pushing apparatus in this embodiment by another message tracking management service periodically, and then the message pushing apparatus counts the historical message reach rate of the user corresponding to the message type according to the message open record of the user corresponding to the message type.
S103, determining a message pushing rule adopted for pushing the target message to the user according to the historical message reach rate of the user corresponding to the message type, wherein the message pushing rule comprises at least one message pushing channel.
After obtaining the historical message reach rate of the user corresponding to the message type, the message pushing device may determine, according to the message pushing rule with the larger message reach rate, a message pushing rule to be used for pushing the target message to the user, for example, in the following manners:
in an optional implementation manner, the message pushing apparatus may use, as the message pushing rule used for pushing the target message to the user, a message pushing rule with a highest message reaching rate among the message reaching rates of the messages of the message types pushed to the user by the at least two different message pushing rules. For example, the message reach rates corresponding to the message pushing rule a, the message pushing rule B, and the message pushing rule C are 50%, 40%, and 20%, respectively, then the message pushing apparatus may directly use the message pushing rule a as the message pushing rule for pushing the target message to the user.
In another optional implementation manner, the message pushing apparatus may first determine, from the at least two different message pushing rules, a message pushing rule in which a message reach rate reaches a first threshold, and then, in the message pushing rule in which the message reach rate reaches the first threshold, a message pushing channel in which a channel message reach rate reaches a second threshold is used as a message pushing channel in the message pushing rule for pushing the target message to the user. In this embodiment, in the historical message reach rates, the message reach rate of each message pushing rule is determined by the channel message reach rates corresponding to the various message pushing channels adopted by the message pushing rule, for example, two message pushing channels a1 and a2 are adopted in the message pushing rule a, when a certain type of message is pushed to the user by using the message pushing rule a, the probability that the message pushed to the user through a1 is opened according to the message opening record, that is, the channel message reach rate is 20%, and the probability that the message pushed to the user through a2 is opened, that is, the channel message reach rate is 30%, then an optional calculation mode is: the message reach rate of the message pushing rule a is (20% + 30%)/2 ═ 25%, and optionally, the message pushing apparatus may find the same message opened by the user in both the messages pushed to the user through a1 and a2 according to the message opening record, for example, 100 messages are pushed to the user by using the message pushing rule, where 20 messages are opened in the message pushed through the message pushing channel a1 and 30 messages are opened in the message pushed through the message pushing channel a2, but 5 messages are repeatedly opened by the user in the messages pushed through both the message pushing channels, and then the message pushing apparatus may use (20+30-5)/100 ═ 45% as the message reach rate of the message pushing rule a. Illustratively, the first threshold is 40% and the second threshold is 30%, that is, in the message pushing rule C with a message reach rate of less than 40% is excluded from the at least two different message pushing rules, and in the message pushing rule a and the message pushing rule B with a message reach rate of 50%, the message pushing rule a employs a channel message reach rate a1 of 20%, a2 of 30%, the message pushing rule B employs a channel message reach rate B1 of 40%, and B2 of 10%, then the message pushing channel with a channel message reach rate of 30% includes a2 and B1, so that a2 and B1 can be used as the message pushing channel employed in the message pushing rule employed for pushing the target message to the user. In this embodiment, if the message pushing rule further includes a limitation of a message pushing frequency, the message pushing frequency of the message pushing rule with the highest message reaching rate may be used as the message pushing frequency adopted in the message pushing rule for pushing the target message to the user; the message push frequency of each adopted message push channel in the original message push rule may also be used as the message push frequency corresponding to the message push channel adopted in the message push rule adopted for pushing the target message to the user, for example, the message push frequencies of the message push rule a and the message push rule B are respectively unlimited (immediate sending) and once-a-day pushing, so that after the message push channels adopted in the message push rule adopted for pushing the target message to the user are used as the a2 and the B1, the push frequency may not be limited when the target message is pushed to the user through the a2, but the limitation of the message push frequency of once-a-day pushing needs to be satisfied when the target message is pushed to the user through the B1.
It should be noted that the above calculation method for determining the message reach rate of the message pushing rule according to the channel message reach rates corresponding to the various message pushing channels adopted by the message pushing rule is only an example, and those skilled in the art can obtain more calculation methods without creative work through the above-mentioned idea, and the embodiments of the present invention cannot be exhaustive.
Similarly, the above method of determining the message pushing rule used for pushing the target message to the user according to the message pushing rule with the larger message reach rate is only an example, and those skilled in the art can obtain more comprehensive determination methods without creative labor through the above-mentioned idea, and the embodiments of the present invention cannot be exhaustive.
S104, the target message is pushed to the user through at least one message pushing channel in the determined message pushing rules.
Therefore, the message pushing device in the embodiment of the invention determines a message pushing rule which is more in line with the use habit of the user based on the historical message reaching rate of the target message corresponding to the message type of the user, so that the message pushing efficiency of the message pushed to the user can be improved, and the phenomenon that a large amount of invalid messages influence the user to pay attention to important messages is avoided.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a message pushing method in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the flow of the message pushing method in the embodiment may include:
s201, the message pushing device obtains the message type of the target message which needs to be pushed to the user currently.
S202, the message pushing device detects whether the user currently sets a custom pushing rule corresponding to the message type. If the user currently sets a custom push rule corresponding to the message type, S205 is executed, otherwise S203 is executed.
The user-defined push rule may include a user-defined push rule corresponding to at least one message type as shown in fig. 4, where each user-defined push rule includes at least one message push channel used when pushing a message of the message type, and may further include a limitation on push frequency. The user can formulate a required customized pushing rule, send the formulated customized pushing rule to the message pushing device, and edit, copy or delete the customized pushing rule stored in the message pushing device in the follow-up process. In an optional embodiment, the message pushing apparatus may periodically open a record according to the message of the user corresponding to the message type, count a historical message reach rate of the user for the message pushed by the customized pushing rule, and push the historical message reach rate corresponding to the customized pushing rule to the user for reference by the user (for example, the historical message reach rate of the customized pushing rule is displayed in the right-most column in fig. 4).
S203, the message pushing device obtains the historical message reach rate corresponding to the message type of the user, and the historical message reach rate corresponding to the message type comprises the message reach rates of messages of the message type which are respectively pushed to the user through at least two different message pushing rules.
And S204, determining a message pushing rule adopted by the message pushing device for pushing the target message to the user according to the historical message reaching rate of the message type corresponding to the user, wherein the message pushing rule comprises at least one message pushing channel.
S203 and S204 are similar to S102 and S103 in the previous embodiment, and are not described again in this embodiment.
S205, the message pushing device takes the self-defined pushing rule corresponding to the message type set by the user as the message pushing rule adopted for pushing the target message to the user.
S206, the message pushing device pushes the target message to the user through at least one message pushing channel in the determined message pushing rules.
In this embodiment, when the message pushing apparatus pushes the target message to the user, it first determines whether there is a customized pushing rule set by the user for the message type to which the target message belongs, and if so, pushes the target message to the user according to the customized pushing rule of the user, otherwise, determines a message pushing rule that better conforms to the usage habit of the user based on the historical message reach rate of the user to the message type corresponding to the target message, so as to improve the pushing efficiency of the message to the user, and avoid that a large amount of invalid messages affect the user to pay attention to the important message.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a message pushing method in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the flow of the message pushing method in the embodiment may include:
s301, the message pushing device obtains the message type of the target message which needs to be pushed to the user currently.
S302, the message pushing device obtains the historical message reach rate of the user corresponding to the message type, and the historical message reach rate corresponding to the message type comprises the message reach rates of the messages of the message type which are respectively pushed to the user through at least two different message pushing rules.
In this embodiment, if the user preset a custom push rule, the historical message reach rate corresponding to the message type includes a message reach rate corresponding to the custom push rule of the message type, that is, a rate at which the message push device pushes the message of the message type to the user by using the custom push rule is opened by the user. The detailed description in S102 in the foregoing embodiment may be referred to for the calculation manner of the message reach rate, and is not repeated in this embodiment.
S303, the message pushing device detects whether the user currently sets a custom pushing rule corresponding to the message type. If the user currently sets a custom push rule corresponding to the message type, S304 is executed, otherwise S305 is executed.
S304, the message pushing device determines whether the message reach rate of the message type pushed to the user by the customized pushing rule reaches a third threshold, if yes, then S306 is executed, otherwise, S305 is executed.
The third threshold may be, for example, 30%, that is, if the message reach rate of the customized push rule corresponding to the message type preset by the user reaches 30%, the customized push rule corresponding to the message type set by the user may be used to push the target message to the user, otherwise, the efficiency of the type of message pushed to the user by the customized push rule is low, and the message push rule used to push the target message to the user may be determined by the message push device according to the historical message reach rate of the message type corresponding to the user, instead of pushing the target message to the user by using the customized push rule.
S305, the message pushing device determines a message pushing rule adopted for pushing the target message to the user according to the historical message reaching rate of the message type corresponding to the user.
The step of determining, by the message pushing apparatus, a message pushing rule used for pushing the target message to the user according to the historical message reach rate of the message type corresponding to the user may refer to S103 in the foregoing embodiment, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
S306, the message pushing device takes the self-defined pushing rule which is set by the user and corresponds to the message type as the message pushing rule adopted for pushing the target message to the user.
That is, in this embodiment, the message pushing apparatus will take the customized push rule corresponding to the message type set by the user as the message push rule used for pushing the target message to the user only when the customized push rule used for setting the message type to which the target message belongs is detected and the message reach rate of the message type pushed to the user by the customized push rule before reaches the third threshold.
S307, the message pushing device pushes the target message to the user through at least one message pushing channel in the determined message pushing rules.
In this embodiment, when a message pushing apparatus pushes a target message to a user, it first determines whether a customized pushing rule set by the user for a message type to which the target message belongs exists, and if the customized pushing rule exists, it further determines whether a message reaching rate of pushing the message of the message type to the user through the customized pushing rule is sufficiently high, if so, the target message may be pushed to the user according to the customized pushing rule of the user, otherwise, a message pushing rule more conforming to a usage habit of the user may be determined based on a history message reaching rate of the target message to the message type by the user, so that a pushing efficiency of pushing the message to the user may be improved, and it is avoided that a large amount of invalid messages affect the user to pay attention to important messages.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow diagram of a message pushing method in an embodiment of the present invention, where the message pushing method in this embodiment is implemented by a user device, a front-end server, a back-end server, and a back-end database, and the aforementioned message pushing apparatus may be any one device or a combination of multiple devices in the front-end server, the back-end server, and the back-end database in the figure, and in an optional embodiment, the front-end server, the back-end server, and the back-end database may be independently arranged, or may be integrated in 1 or 2 network devices. As shown in fig. 5, a flow of the message pushing method in this embodiment may include:
s401, the user equipment obtains a user-defined pushing rule set by a user.
The user equipment in this embodiment may be an internet device such as a personal computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, an intelligent wearable device, or a vehicle-mounted terminal, and the user may set a custom push rule specifying a message type on an interface provided by the user equipment. The user-defined push rule may include a user-defined push rule corresponding to at least one message type as shown in fig. 4, where each user-defined push rule includes at least one message push channel used when pushing a message of the message type, and may further include a limitation on push frequency. The user can formulate a required custom push rule, send the formulated custom push rule to the front-end server through the user equipment, and subsequently edit, copy or delete the custom push rule stored on the background database.

S406, the front-end server requests the background server for the optimal pushing rule, and the optimal pushing rule carries the user identification and the message type of the target message.
S407, the background server obtains the self-defined pushing rule corresponding to the message type and the corresponding message reach rate.
In a specific implementation, the background server may search, according to the user identifier and the message type of the target message, a customized push rule corresponding to the message type of the user in a background database, and if the customized push rule corresponding to the message type of the user exists, further count a message reach rate corresponding to the customized push rule according to a message open record corresponding to the message type of the user, that is, a rate at which the message of the message type is opened by the user is pushed to the user by the message pushing device by using the customized push rule.
S408, the background server acquires the historical message reach rate corresponding to the message type.
In a specific implementation, the background server may search, according to the user identifier and the message type of the target message, a message open record corresponding to the message type of the user in a background database, and then count, according to the message open record corresponding to the message type of the user, a historical message reach rate of the message type corresponding to the user, where each message open record may include the message identifier opened by the user and a message push rule adopted by the message to be pushed to the user, and thus the message push device may count, according to the message open record corresponding to the message type received by the user, message reach rates of messages of the message type respectively pushed to the user by at least two different message push rules, that is, message reach rates corresponding to different message push rules respectively.
It should be noted that in alternative embodiments, the above-mentioned S407 and S408 may choose to perform only any one of the steps.
S409, the background server determines the optimal pushing rule.
In an optional embodiment, the background server may use the found custom push rule corresponding to the message type preset by the user as the optimal push rule.
In another optional embodiment, the background server may obtain a message reach rate corresponding to the custom push rule after finding the custom push rule corresponding to the message type preset by the user, and if the message reach rate corresponding to the custom push rule reaches a third threshold, the found custom push rule corresponding to the message type preset by the user is used as the optimal push rule, otherwise, the optimal push rule may be determined according to a historical message reach rate corresponding to the message type of the user.
In another optional implementation, the background server may determine the optimal push rule directly according to the historical message reach rate corresponding to the message type of the user, without considering the custom push rule.
Specifically, the S103 in the foregoing embodiment may be referred to as a method for determining the optimal push rule according to the historical message reach rate corresponding to the message type of the user, and details are not described in this embodiment.
And S410, the background server returns the optimal pushing rule to the front-end server.

S412, the user equipment detects that the user opens the target message.
And S413, the user equipment sends the message opening information through the message tracking link carried in the target message.
And S414, the front-end server sends message opening information to the background server.
S415, the background server stores a message open record corresponding to the message type in a background database, where the message open record is used to update the historical message reach rate of the user corresponding to the message type.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a message pushing apparatus in an embodiment of the present invention, where the message pushing apparatus in the embodiment at least includes:
the message type obtaining module 610 is configured to obtain a message type of a target message that needs to be currently pushed to a user.
A reach rate obtaining module 620, configured to obtain a historical message reach rate corresponding to the message type by the user, where the historical message reach rate corresponding to the message type includes message reach rates for pushing messages of the message type to the user through at least two different message pushing rules, respectively.
Specifically, the message pushing device may record the message opening information of the message pushed by the user after pushing the message to the user, further open a record according to the message corresponding to the message type of the user, and count the historical message reach rate of the message type corresponding to the user, where each message opening record may include a message identifier opened by the user and a message pushing rule adopted by the message pushed to the user, and thus the reach rate obtaining module 620 may count the message reach rates of the message types pushed to the user respectively through at least two different message pushing rules according to the message opening record of the message type received by the user, that is, the message reach rates corresponding to different message pushing rules respectively.
A pushing rule determining module 630, configured to determine, according to a historical message reach rate of the user corresponding to the message type, a message pushing rule used for pushing the target message to the user, where the message pushing rule includes at least one message pushing channel.
After obtaining the historical message reach rate of the user corresponding to the message type, the pushing rule determining module 630 may determine, according to the message pushing rule with the larger message reach rate, a message pushing rule used for pushing the target message to the user, for example, the following manners:
in an optional implementation manner, the pushing rule determining module 630 may use, as the message pushing rule used for pushing the target message to the user, a message pushing rule with a highest message reaching rate among the message reaching rates of the messages of the message types pushed to the user by at least two different message pushing rules.
In another alternative embodiment, the push rule determining module 630 further includes, as shown in fig. 7:
a push rule filtering unit 631, configured to determine, from the at least two different message push rules, a message push rule for which the message reach rate reaches a first threshold.
The pushing channel selecting unit 632 is configured to use, in the message pushing rule in which the message reach rate reaches the first threshold, the message pushing channel in which the channel message reach rate reaches the second threshold as the message pushing channel used in the message pushing rule used for pushing the target message to the user.
Illustratively, the first threshold is 40%, the second threshold is 30%, that is, the push rule filtering unit 631 excludes the message push rule C whose message reach rate does not reach 40% from the at least two different message push rules, and further, in the message push rule a and the message push rule B whose message reach rate reaches 50%, the channel message reach rate a1 used by the message push rule a is 20%, the a2 is 30%, the channel message reach rate B1 used by the message push rule B is 40%, and the B2 is 10%, then the message push channel whose channel message reach rate reaches 30% includes a2 and B1, so that the push channel selecting unit 632 may use a2 and B1 as the message push channel used in the message push rule used for pushing the target message to the user. In this embodiment, if the message pushing rule further includes a definition of a message pushing frequency, the pushing rule determining module 630 may use the message pushing frequency of the message pushing rule with the highest message reach rate as a message pushing frequency used in a message pushing rule used for pushing the target message to the user; the pushing rule determining module 630 may further use a message pushing frequency of each message pushing channel in the original message pushing rule as a message pushing frequency corresponding to a message pushing channel used in a message pushing rule used for pushing the target message to the user, for example, if the message pushing frequencies of the message pushing rule a and the message pushing rule B are respectively unlimited (immediately sending) and once-a-day pushing, after using a2 and B1 as the message pushing channels used in the message pushing rule used for pushing the target message to the user, the pushing frequency may not be limited when the target message is pushed to the user through a2, but the limitation of the message pushing frequency of once-a-day pushing needs to be satisfied when the target message is pushed to the user through B1.
Similarly, the manner in which the push rule determining module 630 determines the message push rule used for pushing the target message to the user according to the message push rule with the larger message reach rate is merely an example, and those skilled in the art can obtain more comprehensive determination manners without creative labor through the above-mentioned idea, which is not exhaustive in the embodiments of the present invention.
A message pushing module 640, configured to push the target message to the user through at least one message pushing channel in the determined message pushing rule.
In an optional embodiment, the target message carries a message tracking link, and after the target message is opened by a user, the message tracking link sends message opening information to a message pushing device, where the message opening information is used to update a historical message reach rate of the user corresponding to the message type.
In an alternative embodiment, the message pushing apparatus may further include:
a self-defined rule determining module 650, configured to detect whether the user currently has a self-defined push rule corresponding to the message type, when the user currently has the self-defined push rule corresponding to the message type, use the self-defined push rule corresponding to the message type set by the user as a message push rule used for pushing the target message to the user, and when the user currently does not have the self-defined push rule corresponding to the message type, notify the push rule determining module 630 to determine, according to the historical message reach rate of the user corresponding to the message type, the message push rule used for pushing the target message to the user.
Further in an alternative embodiment, the self-defined rule determining module 650, as shown in fig. 8, may further include:
a customized rule detecting unit 651, configured to detect whether the user currently sets a customized push rule corresponding to the message type.
The self-defined reach acquiring unit 652 is configured to, when the user currently sets a self-defined push rule corresponding to the message type, acquire a message reach rate for pushing the message of the message type to the user through the self-defined push rule.
The message reach rate of the customized push rule corresponding to the message type is a rate at which the message push device pushes the message of the message type to the user by using the customized push rule. The detailed description in S102 in the foregoing embodiment may be referred to for the calculation manner of the message reach rate, and is not repeated in this embodiment.
The customized rule determining unit 653 is configured to, when the message reach rate of the message type that is pushed to the user by the customized push rule reaches a third threshold, take the customized push rule corresponding to the message type that is set by the user as a message push rule that is adopted for pushing the target message to the user; and when the message reach rate of the message type pushed to the user by the user-defined pushing rule does not reach a third threshold value, informing the pushing rule determining module to determine a message pushing rule adopted by the target message pushed to the user according to the historical message reach rate of the message type corresponding to the user.
That is, in this embodiment, the message pushing apparatus will take the customized push rule corresponding to the message type set by the user as the message push rule adopted for pushing the target message to the user only when detecting the customized push rule for setting the message type to which the target message belongs and the message reach rate of previously pushing the message of the message type to the user through the customized push rule reaches the third threshold value.
The third threshold may be, for example, 30%, that is, if the message reach rate of the customized push rule corresponding to the message type preset by the user reaches 30%, the customized push rule corresponding to the message type set by the user may be used to push the target message to the user, otherwise, the efficiency of the type of message pushed to the user by the customized push rule is low, and the target message may not be pushed to the user by using the customized push rule, but the push rule determining module 630 determines the message push rule used for pushing the target message to the user according to the history message reach rate of the message type corresponding to the user.
The message pushing device in the embodiment of the invention determines a message pushing rule which is more in line with the use habit of the user based on the historical message reaching rate of the target message corresponding to the message type of the user, thereby improving the pushing efficiency of the message to the user and avoiding that a large amount of invalid messages influence the user to pay attention to important messages.
